ERR is amazing! They are professional and caring. This is my first experience with a water emergency, and I truly lucked out having them. We had three different teams of theirs throughout the process (dry out team, ceiling team and carpentry team) and each one was a pleasure to work with - they all did excellent work, but most of all they each cared about making sure we were informed and comfortable throughout a stressful process. The owner called each step of the way, and also visited our home to let us know how the process would work. There was nothing hidden, no surprises. Again, I cannot say enough about how wonderful this stressful situation turned out to be. I give them the highest recommendation.
Awful experience - use them at your peril. My kitchen remodel project was a constant struggle. Crews would show up without materials or tools. Scheduling texts would come the night before with frequent cancellations the middle of the next day. They missed the countertop deadline despite my frequent reminders and I was told by their scheduler Tom Edwards that customers dont dictate their schedule! I was without kitchen access for 43 days yet the kitchen was small: 8x12, 15 linear feet of cabinets. The only nice thing I can say is that they had some good people. But they were constantly teaching guys new skills on my job! (i.e. training a young drywall tech to be an electrician!!!)I think their problem is theyve taken on too much work for the crews they have. Awful, just awful experience.
Worst remodel experience weve ever tried to get through. We finally gave up and went with another company. Gotta laugh to think that T. Edwards gave himself such a high rating for his kitchen remodel. Guess Tom Edwards, the scheduler for ERR, was so busy with his own personal job he forgot to schedule for the customer. Terrible, terrible customer service. Unless you want to live without your shower for a month forget this business.
Weve been home owners over 30 years and this was the worst experience with contractors weve ever had. Scheduling was a joke and Tom Edwards never took any of our multiple jobs seriously. We were never provided with times or dates and usually just got a call the day of that someone was coming. We only have one bathroom yet were left without any bathing facilities for over a month. Both the kitchen and bath plumbing, counters and sinks were removed at the same time and we had no water source for several weeks. We concur with one of the other reviewers regarding on the job training. We had concrete jack-hammered out in the shower area to access pipes and the young man who did the work commented that he thought it was lucky he didnt hit any pipes. We found out later HE WAS NOT A CERTIFIED PLUMBER nor was one present at the time - he was essentially doing unsupervised on-the-job training. We finally had enough and contacted Lowes, who had subcontracted out the jobs to ER&R, that we would no longer work with Tom Edwards or ER&R. This is a poorly run business where the customer is left frustrated and angry and yet they dont care.
Great renovation work done to my kitchen
