I love these people! I started my insurance when I was 16 because my parents were with them. 10 years later I still would recommend my family, friends and co-workers to them! Plus when I cant get to them during the week I can go in on Saturdays! And Tonya is my all time favorite person!!!

Fast and friendly service. The only problem that I have had with them was my policy was canceled because of computer glitch. They did work with me to get it reinstated. They also call and let me know when they have found lower rates.

These guys to they are always charging me more than they should have if its not for having my DL since I was 16 which I have.... it was 3 points for an accident that the police report clearly states was not my fault it was the city of Burlington fault they still charged me an arm and a leg for my insurance dont even have a sports car but I was paying a premium like I was driving a Lexus or Camaro or something fancy like that I will never go back to these folks again either smh

Most unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with. Go to pay my husbands bill online being he works Monday-Friday 7-7 and doesnt have time to go in person... And the Website isnt working. Call the office to try to pay it on the phone for him just to get put on hold for 30 minutes and sent back to the main menu all over again. When an agent FINALLY answers again I get told because we werent able to pay on the due date (Even though they cant properlly run a website to where their customers can access to pay it on time like stated on the bill) the whole policy was cancelled out and we would have to pay 50 dollars more than was due to reinstate and he would have to come in in person and redo all the paperwork..... Which he doesnt have time to do. So because of this companys technical problems we get screwed over. Lets not even go into the issue of our policy being canceled months ago out of the blue due to them not know who he was going through between Nationwide and National General even though theyre supposed to have all that information in their system.

Please read my review before choosing this insurance company. I have been with Joel Davis for nearly 20yrs. I have recently purchased a new car. I notified Joel Davis from dealership. 3wks later, Someone hit and run just scrapping my car. Joel Davis refused my claim. Stating I never insured the car with them. I have never had another insurance company in my life. My insurance policy was listed on bill of sale of car because I called Joel Davis from dealership. They told car dealer my insurance info. When I confronted Mark at Joel Davis, He refused to take my calls. Refused my calls even when I left VM for assistance canceling my bundled policy with them. These are people I trusted for 20y. Please choose someone else.
