On the morning DISH was supposed to hook up another television in my fathers apartment, so that a family caregiver Id arranged could stay for two weeks in my absence, DISH canceled the visit. They rescheduled the visit for two weeks later, long after the need for the additional hook-up was necessary. The most disappointing part of the attempt to rectify the problem was how uninterested DISH seemed to be in fixing a problem they made.
