We had the misfortune of needing Servpro but AlexJosephs provided the most expeditious professional helpand worked with us over two weeks to dry our building.With his guidance he established a base line for moisture content and worked with us until the moisture was mitigated and moisture content was normal.This was a difficult situation that was handled courteously,scientifically and most important was successful.

Our basement had flooded and we were worried about not being able to find anyone on the weekend. Servpro arrived within a few hours and helped removed all the bags of unwanted items with no hesitation. We had to call SERVPRO recently to help with water/damaged property in our basement due to a broken water pipe. They immediately came out to assess and started cleanup the following day. RJ and Dustin went above and beyond checking on the property every single day and were very diligent in keeping in touch with us, providing updates, removing damaged items, etc. SERVPRO has also stayed in constant contact with the insurance company to ensure that our claim is handled smoothly.Massive cleanup is never a pleasant experience, but if you need to make that call I would HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO.

These guys are AMAZING -- I have used them more than once in different locations, and recommended them out to friends and colleges, as well. SO easy to work with, professional, reasonably priced, and efficient.... would definitely give them more stars if I could!

SERVPRO went above and beyond to make sure our house was ok after the pipes burst this winter. They responded to our contact immediately and guided us through the whole process of water removal. The crew worked tirelessly to make sure the house was cleaned up and that we wouldnt have additional problems later due to the water damage. They were able to work with my insurance company for direct payment, which took another task off our plates during a stressful time. Impressed every step of the way. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had a sewer backup in our basement and Servpro did a great job with our cleanup. The owner came personally to assess the damage and the people that came to clean were exceptionally nice, worked efficiently, and made the place immaculate. Grateful for their attentiveness during a stressful time.

This company has been falsely accused by a temporary employee that came sick from TX and tried to file a false workers comp case. The gentleman never worked for servpro. He was contracted out by Supreme Labor to do work for a few days and was trying to take advantage of the good people of Maine. This Servpro was not even involved with this job.If we hired Illegals we would have never have brought people from Texas for this job.

They came to demo our bathroom which had a leaking toilet I was assured that everything would be taken care of and they would test for mold. They didn’t demo the flooring correctly or test for mold in the walls and there is massive amounts don’t use this company they don’t know what they are doing

I am the Owner Operator of PRC Sealcoating, I have to say that Servpro of Portland goes above and beyond for their customers. They come to the rescue no matter what time of day (or night!). I have had great experiences with them, and would recommend them every time!

Absolutely zero communication. Took forever to respond and then simply ignored me. Did not show for a scheduled meeting nor did I receive a phone call even though I took time off of work. Called the office and they were extremely rude and unhelpful.
