The first call I placed went to someone that answered that sounded junior and I was hearing him and another persons sidebar saying they shouldn’t have answered the phone and the man immediately told me to hang up and call back. The second time no one answered and I left a voicemail and received no call back for the rest of the day. So much for their 4.9 star google review.

I cannot rate this service highly enough. Thomas was professional and arrive in a timely manner. He was helpful with all of my questions. I have used road side assistance in the past and I will definitely be asking for Roadside King to assist us in the future.

They said 45 minutes but I waited for over 2 hours and then when they got here they couldn’t even get my car. When I called to cancel the guy on the phone thought it was funny and was cracking jokes. I did not find it amusing. The driver was very nice though. 11/10 would not recommend

Will was my towing specialist and he was absolutely AWESOME! It all started with the wait time, which was almost none. I was given a 45 minute window for ETA, but Will actually showed up to my house less than 15 minutes after I received notification. He was very friendly and helpful, giving me and the car a ride to the rental company in Summerville. Thanks to his speedy arrival, I was still able to make it to work on time. Roadside King if anyone needs 911 help with their car This guy is awesome, he worked with my husband over the phone to troubleshoot the problem. He was broken down on the way to work and It ended up being an easy fix enough to get home so he can replace what he needs to! My car broke down this morning at 5:30am. I called Roadside King and they were extremely helpful. The truck running was in Folly Beach but he came right away all the way to Goose Creek and took my car to the shop in an extremely timely manner. He was very understanding with my work schedule, so I was able to leave my car and have everything taken care of for me and payments over the phone while I was able to make it to work on time! Also offered a military discount. All around great service and would recommend!

My Harley Road King throttle cable snapped while on my way home from work on Cypress River Road. I called Roadside King and was quoted for a 15 mile tow. Will (The Owner) was the one who picked me up. He picked me up from goose creek and drove me to the bike. He had a custom motorcycle trailer and was extremely knowledgeable about how to properly tow my bike without damaging paint, suspension, or handlebars. He was super charismatic and made the ride home enjoyable. Felt like I was getting a ride from a long time friend. Not only was he very professional, but we definitely drove well over the estimated mileage of the tow and he still honored the price from the phone call! Even gave a military discount! This guy is the real deal! I would recommend him to anybody!

I called Roadside Kings early this morning to see about having my car towed and how much it would cost me. I spoke with Will the owner and explained my situation to him and that I wouldnt be able to pay him until next week and Will was willing to offer me a credit until I could pay him. I was very satisfied with the whole service. Before calling I was kind of nervous about the hassle of having to tow my car. But both men I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Accidentally locked my keys in the car. Called Roadside King and within 20-30 minutes tops they were pulling up. Not only are they professional, friendly and timely. I needed a tow. The first driver, Will, came right out but couldnt do it because his truck was too large for the space. He contacted his associate, another Will, and he promptly arrived, got my vehicle hooked up, and was on his way. Upon arriving at our destination, It only took a few minutes for him to back in my vehicle and release it. The whole process was smooth and timely and done with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I have programmed my phone so that when I or someone I know needs service the contact info is at my fingertips. I will NOT hesitate to call them again.

CALL THESE GUYS!! These guys were awesome. I called for a tow and was redirected to roadside assistance because it was more cost effective. Roadside showed up and wasnt able to get a lug nut off. They bought extra tools and broke 3 wrenches trying to help me out and ended up having to tow me. What was supposed to be a 15m job cost them a few hours and they still ended up helping me out.

Well. Where do I start. I got my truck stuck on the back 9 of my grandparents property. He showed up as soon as he could(rather quickly I might add) when he got there it was around 930pm and at 12am the truck was out. It was no easy task. He never quit, although it would have been easy to walk away. I appreciate what he did for me and Ill recomend him to anyone. Professional and all around great guy. Call this guy for any tow related needs. You wont regret it and you wont break the bank.

It’s my anniversary so I went to Walmart to get flowers but then my car wouldn’t start, he offered to take me to my house and then go back to get his tow tuck then towed the car to my house, I couldn’t thank him enough for what he has done today, I give him 5 stars everytime he helps me.

I was stuck last night. Roadside King was the last place I called asked for two pictures of deep my tire was stuck. On 2-6-2020 I broke down on my job I called two different towed company to get quotes they both was high I said lord I need to get home I Google his service and got a great quote he came to my job in Summerville and towed me all the way to Walterboro we talked about a lot of things family school and mostly the Lord if you need a tow person hes the go to person if I broke down again hes the man keep striving for greatness you deserve more than a five star

Was pleasantly surprised at how quick he had my car door open. I got my keys within 5 minutes. The service was more professional. I would prefer him everytime.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Mechanic wanted to charge me $700+ to replace my column gear shifter. I got a quote elsewhere for at least 100$ so I decided to ask for a tow to that location. Will, who came to us at midnight asked what the problem was and I explained what happened to my truck and what the mechanic was charging. Within 20 minutes Will found and showed me where my shift linkage was broken under the dash and bandaided the issue to where I could change gears and at least drive my truck out. Amazing. I will send anyone and everyone I know who needs a tow here.
