I didnt catch the young ladys name, but even though she was running behind to accomplish other tasks, she took her time to take care of us. The whole staff was busy with customers, but they kept calm and worked around the major influx of customers that seemed to keep pouring in. Wonderful customer service!

My husband and I needed to up date our phones, some of the kids, and add a line. Alex was absolutely amazing at helping us figure out the best phones and the bundle that we needed. This store overcharges way more than going through actual Verizon. My son needed a new phone and we are on a prepaid plan because it’s cheaper than monthly plans. They told me it was $100 more for the iPhone 12 Pro Max prepaid phone than a monthly plan pro max phone. I thought it was a Verizon thing and was like ok. They also charged me $35 to transfer all my sons stuff from his old phone to the new one. Also another scam. Here I am two weeks out and I need a new phone for myself. I go to Verizon online and the same prepaid phone is the same price as a regular 12 pro max! NOT a hundred dollars more like the salesman claimed at this store! I also was able to transfer EVERYTHING from my old phone to my new one for free myself. So do yourself a favor and just go through Verizon online or maybe just go to the actual Verizon store on Rivers.
My verizon galaxy s9+ broke. Im saying it completely quit working.. I ordered a new phone online with a verizon sales rep on a Saturday to be picked up in store. I drive to the store and the location is closed for whatever reason. Now, remember I have No phone .. its completely shot. Sunday, no phone. Monday, no phone... I call verizon and wait on hold for 25 minutes twice while I am at work (dont tell my boss for goodness sakes.)I finally speak to a rep who assures me that the Goose Creek SC verizon is open. I call and speak with a trainee who took my information and assured me he would have a qualified rep contact me back.She called, said her name was GRACE and that she could help me get a phone that day.. She requested that i visit her location and that they didnt close until 9pm. I knocked off of work and drove the 40 miles to this location. I walked in and lucky for me GRACE didnt have anybody else at her booth. She did exactly what she promised on that phone.. Had a wonderful experience thanks to the worker Grace. I went in to get a screen protector, she placed it on for me and away I went within 10 mins. Typically I give 4 stars for that what pushed it over the age was aid when something went wrong with a screen protector. I called and spoke with grace who asked if I could come back. She tried a different one, same issue. Something was wrong with the brand. So she swapped me out for another brand on the spot. Never once asked for additional money just took care of the issue and fixed my phone. All while keeping me entertained with fun conversation to make the time pass quickly. The perfect custom service experience, I understand some brands and factories can make mistakes and this is how a worker should handle running into those issues. This Verizon and especially Grace are my new go to for solving my cell phone needs.

Freddy Davenport at the Goose Creek store in SC, was extremely professional. After I had poor service at the Moncks Corner store. I was given a quote of $148 by Tracy Klich and she refused to honor it. I was told that she didn’t have to because it wasn’t a written contract. Mr. Davenport not only went over my contract with me but provided the best deal for me the customer, instead of himself. He also fixed my 12 year old daughter’s phone and engaged in conversation with her to make her know that he acknowledged her as a customer as well. I truly appreciated his can do attitude and his outstanding customer service.
By far the best retail experience Ive ever had at a Verizon Store!!I took my wife to this location to add her to my account and buy her a new phone. Alex T was our representative and it was nothing short of outstanding service, had us in and out in around 20 to 25 minutes. It was as smooth of a transition for my wife as she has ever had. Alex even transferred her service for her after a different store told her she would have to do it herself. Keep in mind she isnt tech savvy at all and it stresses her out causing anxiety usually! He also tried to transfer all her old phone data over to her new phone, but her operating system was too old so they wouldnt communicate. Which we understood, the local Verizon store also told us that their wi-if wasnt strong enough to transfer her phones info for her, and said they couldnt help us. Little did we know that wi-if wasnt even necessary to sync them together.So again thanks Alex and this store for still doing great business!! Highly recommend them!!

Returned to store the following day after purchasing my phone to resolve issues which were very troubling. So on Sunday 11-29-20 I was very fortunate to have Freddy assist me. He immediately knew what the problem was and resolved it. His expertise was a sight to see. I could have been more pleased with his patience with my concerns.
Had a couple questions regarding a recent purchase of an ipad that were concerning, walked in and was greeted by John S. My wife and I sat down and he thoroughly explained everything. We left with the answers we needed. In my opinion these guys know what they are doing better than the main Verizon stores. Ive been coming here for 5 years and have never been disappointed. This time John S was the man!
They did not have the replacement battery for my cellphone but they have the charging cord.

Love our Cellular Sales- Verizon in Goose Creek. Excellent location, central to everyone. Each time I go, my wait is minimal if any. Customer service always exceeds my needs. My last visit was to upgrade my 16 yr olds phone and Freddy Davenport went above and beyond to help us make a decision that met my sons wish list and my budget. He thoroughly walked us through options and even made updates to our plan to meet our maturing familys needs...saving me even more $ in the end. He took the time to show us how the equipment worked so that we could make decisions we were confident in. Now dealing with the people outside of the store was a disaster. Ashley was competent, relaxed, and in control the entire time. Please visit her at the store. Yeah visited this Verizon store yesterday and had a pretty good experience. I was helped immediately as soon as i walked in door and trust me thats hard for many cell phone stores. The person that helped me was fast and very knowledgeable and didnt try to pressure me into something I didnt want. Overall Im satisfied with experience, it might of been a bit overpriced but not by much. Its a top notch location and im guaranteed to return.
Excellent experience here.The guy that helped us was nice, polite, and made us feel at ease. I cat remember his name but his desk is all the way to the right when you walk in. He helped us for three hours trying to solve an issue we had. He figured out what to do in a timely manner and walked us through the whole process . this is the store to go to for help. And new phones.

Shes the only one who takes the time to explain things to me and helped me get by bill under control after months of my one line costing over $300. She even helped Me get some of the overages credited and a much cheaper unlimited plan. Everyone should go see her!!

Casey at the Goose Creek location went ABOVE and BEYOND in customer service Monday when I went to get a new phone. Not only did he come in on his day off (to accommodated my schedule) but I was “that” guy who hadn’t backed up his phone before going in.... he was super patient and waited around for an hour and a half while my phone backed up so I wouldn’t lose anything. Again, it was his day off and had plans that I made him late for, I kept apologizing, but he kept reassuring me it wasn’t a problem. He also got my Apple Watch set up and a new case and screen protector for my phone (which he installed) I was a HUGE pain in his neck, while i was there and before, but really appreciate all he did for me!!! I definitely won’t use anyone else and it’s worth the drive from West Ashley!! THANKS again Casey ;-)

Through my years as a physician as well as an Army officer, I have had the opportunity to experience probably the total range of customer service from abysmal to stellar. Without a shadow of a doubt, the recent customer service I have received from Mr. Cory Hunnicutt is far and above the BEST I have ever experienced. He has gone out of his way to ensure that my account along with the problem I was having was handled in a manner far superior to my greatest expectations. As far as I am concerned he is a superstar. Verizon is lucky to have someone of his caliber to represent them. Many kudos!!
One of the salesmen lied through their teeth and told me that they will buy out the lease from my phone from AT&T. I did not know big cellular companies do not do that because it’s like helping out the competing company, but he definitely said that Verizon will do it without any consequences or catches. Now AT&T collections agency has taken over $750 from me and we are suffering the effects of it. Completely mistrust their location and one of their workers...I am definitely bringing this up to corporate, and I don’t want others to fall into the same trap. I thought I was going to save money and get better service, but the cellular service stinks and Verizon is not meeting the expectations they have set.
Sales manager lied about us receiving Verizon gift cards for porting over 2 numbers and switching service. Its been 6 months have not received any gift cards.
My experience with Ashley at this Verizon location was nothing short of exceptional. I was dealing with a couple service issues, prior to entering the store and she took care of everything. Whether it was trouble-shooting, speaking with customer service reps over the phone to correct any mishaps, or setting up a new plan with my fiancé, Ashely assured that we were taken care of and that is an understatement. If you want someone to set you up properly and treat you with professional courtesy and respect, go speak with Ashely. If you have a question about anything, go speak with Ashley. She put in hours...yes, hours to correct any and all errors that were affiliated with my account. I can’t thank her enough for helping myself and my family out.

We had a great experience yesterday with Ashley. I was a bit on the fence about upgrading my phone and plan but she was able to answer all my questions and listened to my concerns. She was able to quickly tweak her approach based on what I told her. She took a lot of time and I did not feel rushed or like a burden. She was available for a follow up question even today on her day off!
Shop here if you want your IDENTITY STOLEN. I live in a completely different state than SC ( with proof I was at home) but some how this store allowed someone to activate a phone under my Verizon Account and forge my signature and them had the balls to email me the receipt. When I called to find out how someone could have my access pin to get into my account. They were clueless and claimed that they check IDs before activation. I highly doubt it. I had to call the police and file a fraud report and now it has to be investigated. BUYER BEWARE.Plus when I asked to talk to a Manager/Owner they claimed he was out of the country... BS.
I recently bought a new phone from here and Cory Hunnicutt took really good care of me. He definitely knew what he was talking about. Unlike my past experiences, Cory sold me a phone that will last instead of a phone that cost more. He definitely knows how to treat his customer right. I recommend to everyone to go to him.

Picking up equipment sent by Verizon, sales person looked up my account then retired to get me to pay for equipment already paid for, he said they arent a corporate store and thats how it works there. If I didnt want to pay for it again I would have to go to the corporate store. His answer when I asked why he wasting my time.. My Bad i guess

Been dealing them with them for years. And they now have the worst customer services I have ever seen. I called Corp to complain they said they would get back with me they never did. I always say its the customer who does not complain is the one you have to worry about. Everyone in there has there own rules and policys. Your gonna love this last week cellular sales called me about upgrading my phones I told her what happend she hung up on me. You think she care no because she would had a supervisor or someone in management call me about my experience.
