The office is clean. The staff is fabulous! Their dental work makes you look like a million bucks. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. You can have root canals while awake and fall asleep while getting them and fillings without sedation. This place did a wonderful job on my son. Hes always had very bad experiences but here he comes out happy and pain free. If you want top notch care and a great high dollar look when youre done this is the place for you. Their skills are unmatched in this field!! Ill recommend them highly.

I put off going to the dentist longer than I should have because of past experiences and I was so hesitant to make an appointment but knew I had to do it. Just let me tell you that if you are nervous about it, don’t be! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, the assistants make you feel like you’ve know them forever and Dr.Zuffi is phenomenal!! I never thought I’d actually like going to the dentist. This place is top notch! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Carolina Complete Dental! I have anxiety and a fear of Dentist and was made very comfortable and at ease. I saw Natalie Zuffi and she made me feel like I was her one and only patient. She spent her time with me and explained everything to me. She is very kind and personable and Im so happy I went to them!

My Husband Richard Rapagna absolutely loved this place and the staff was the best! He has a phobia with dentist and enjoyed his visit. Has a appointment for a cleaning & on the 22nd a appointment for six veneers on his top front and has no fears or anxiety about his appointment . Thats saying alot for a man that has absolutely hated going to the dentist for the past 40 years.. we recommend them to anybody that would like an excellent job done on their mouth.

I ignored my teeth while I was taking care of my parents and now I am trying to have everything corrected. Dr. Bale is wonderful. Carolina Complete was such a relaxing experience from the Dental Hygenist to the Dentist. After my teeth were thorough cleaned, the dentist actually found that the cause of the discomfort in my teeth was actually from my sinus, which made me know that I needed to contact my regular physician with this information. He immediately put me on antibiotics and I am now pain free..all because of a trip to Carolina Complete.

I have been going here for years and have always found it to be one of the best dental offices I have been to. I have a great deal of anxiety with dentists, but find the staff here, especially Dr. Barganier, to be very sensitive and understanding about it. They can make everything from a multi-hour procedure to a regular cleaning not seem so bad.

I was very pleased with my appt today, from the front office personnel, to DR Barganier’s assistant and Dr Barganier himself. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable in there office.

I had a very good experience at Carolina Complete Dental.I was able to make an appointment and be scheduled for my visit in 2 days.I have tried a few other dentist offices over the years,but was not happy with the level of customer service or had to wait too long to be seen.The hygenist was very nice, did a very good job cleaning my teeth.and taking the x-rays.The dentist was very nice as well.I received the new patient special, so I was able to save money as well.I know I will be going back in the future.

My family and I have always had a great experience with this dental office. The staff is great and the doctors are all wonderful too.

I have been wearing dentures for years. I had partial dentures, full dentures, and finally full dental implants. I have been to many dental facilities that also make dentures. Dentures are very expensive and takes time, caring and finding a dentist who takes pride in their work to get them made properly. I went to an “affordable, low cost” dentist/denture establishment and paid dearly for an almost worthless denture (they refused to fully refund me!). Carolina Complete Dental, Dr. Barganier and his staff, had made me the best full set of dentures (made for my dental implants) ever. His goal of providing his patients with the best possible denture is not a farce. He and his staff truly care. Prices are reasonable and the quality of my dentures surpassed all others. He even took measurements to ensure the dentures would look and line up properly. If you need dentures, I would recommend implants if you can afford them. You will/should never need to use denture paste again.

On day one Tiffany was a very calming presence, which was important since I havent been in the chair for many years and I know under that mask is a great smile too!Today an extraction, crown and a couple fillings were on the agenda and Dr. Barganier and Jessica knocked it out of the park. I do not recommend this practice!Dont believe the hype that the focus of this practice is patient care. Instead, my experience indicates that financial gain is the primary focus.Also, be advised that a woman identifying herself as Wendy in the front office apparently feels she is authorized to argue with patients.Such conduct is offensive and counterproductive to providing positive patient relationships.

Dont hesitate to use this as your main general dentistry location. The staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. Ive been so embarrassed of the current state of my teeth and this staff have done everything possible to be empathetic and understanding, with the motivation of helping improve my oral health.

All I can say about this place is great things! I had past bad experiences at the dentist and always HATED going to any dentist office, till I found heaven yes heaven in GooseCreek!!! The staff is glorious, from the moment I walked in that office they made me feel like a warm cup of cocoa on a cold night! It didn’t end there either the whole visit I had a smile on my face (except when they where working in my mouth, hard to keep a smile lol) even after I walked out the door! I feel more then welcome there. The way Dr. Bale worked on my mouth makes me not hate the dentist and that statement speaks volume, she was extremely awesome! I have a pretty high degree of dental phobia. I really dont like going so I am always putting it off until I have to go and then its always a big deal. This time was no different but with the added issue of COVID when I did have an issue it was hard to find someone to see me.When I finally went in, even though I wasnt happy about it, I was treated so kindly by everyone. They didnt discount that I had some issues (well anyone who knows me knows I have issues) and they all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.I had to have a cleaning which when though without a hitch. Then I had to come back for some additional work. Dr. B figured out why dental work has been so difficult in the past for me. He explained why in the past when Id had work it hurt even after being numbed. In addition, when I told him that I have bad reactions to lidocaine with epi he switched to a different drug and I didnt have a problem.This is a great dental practice and everyone work so hard to make you feel comfortable.If, like me, you have some dental anxiety I think youll be very comfortable here. Highly recommended.

I have great experiences here, the staff, hygienists and dentists (Shout out to Dr Bale!) are friendly, and more importantly, they are excellent at what they do.They take the time to explain whats going on, and when youre scheduling, give you a heads up on cost, provide financing, let you know honestly how long the procedure takes and work on your overall dental health on your schedule and your terms.Other dentists will tell you what they want to do, but at Carolina Complete Dental, its a DISCUSSION about your dental health and how you want to handle the porcelain collection and its gummy display.Ive been through several dental places over the years along the east coast, and they are BY FAR the best. If youre someone who is afraid of the dentist, this is the place you WANT to go! Recliner seats, vintage coture weighted corduroy shawl for the xray, and music you can jam to while your getting teeth pulled. They also dont judge if you drool a bit 🤷‍♀️Theyre understanding and patient. During the procedure will explain whats going on, and remind you that you can let them know if something hurts so they can stop and make sure youre more comfortable.They get that its a painful process and theyre all there for you to make sure the dental experience is as pleasant as possible.Oh and when you get the xray, its more like getting a school picture than glamor shots, so dont get bougie & try to strike a pose or anything, and um...dont put your chin on the blue thing, thats for you to bite 🤦‍♀️😅 (yeah I did that)
