My vape caught fire today, I had it for years and it was really outdated. When I came into the store the guy was incredibly helpful & I didn’t believe him at first when he sold me my new one. I gave him a really hard time but he really knows his stuff. Not only did I not spend nearly the amount I expected to but I LOVE the mod he sold me and I will recommend anyone to come here for anything they need. He is amazing and I am incredibly sorry I gave him such a hard time

I realized I havent reviewed their Goose Creek location to I had to make sure I said my piece here. Modern Vapor hit it out of the park again with their second location. With their trademark style this shop has a fantastic laid back feel. Adding to the atmosphere in addition to their large bar top which has seemingly set the standard, the shop has a lounge complete with a couch, coffee table, comfortable lounge chairs, and end tables.This is the only shop I go to. It has a fantastic selection of juices, a comfortable laid back atmosphere, and friendly very knowledgeable staff who are eager to help you find a mod that will best fit your needs. The equipment they sell is top of the line and at great prices. Both of their shops are very clean, and even have a workbench to build and install coils, and the staff will help with that too. All of their juices have testers so you can find a juice you love without a case of buyers remorse. Its the best shop Ive been to, and Ive traveled extensively as far as California. Frankly, if youve never been to Modern Vapor, youre missing out. Its clear that theyre passionate about what they do.

Great and helpful staff. Most vape shops I’ve been to the employees are very pretentious and almost judgmental if you have questions, but the staff here is super cool about everything.

Went in originally to buy 1 coil for my smok novo only to find out they only sell them in a 3 pack, whatever didn’t buy them. I had to buy a disposable for my girlfriend and they charged me $11 for 1m disposable that leaked immediately upon opening. I would’ve gone back in but the sales guy seemed bothered the whole time I was in there. Not a good experience and this is coming from someone who’s worked at a smoke shop before. That’s just not how you do business with a paying customer.

The staff at modern vapor is amazing. I’m there way too often buying juice or new coils and Robert and Michael are always helpful. I bought a new mod and it turned out to be defective. They inspected it to make sure they couldn’t fix it and when they couldn’t they gave me store credit to get a new one of my choosing. I will continue to shop there. Good job guys!

He helped me get started with the right gear for my RDA, and told me some tricks to make sure that I was happy with what i got. Pretty good customer services. Particularly one employee who is there often, I am sorry, I dont recall his name. Others are kind, as well, but he is an expert. They are getting harder and harder to find these days. He saved me from having to send a pricey mod back to manufacturer - but if I did have to they were going to take care of it all for me. Not a bad selection of fluids. Prices are about what you would expect from brick and mortar, not outlandish like a few vape shops in the area. All in all a solid vape shop that cares about its customers. As someone who has been vaping for 5 years (and been a non-smoker for 5 years), I wont hesitate to recommend this place.

Okay customer service. I asked for more suggests and told him what I liked. I said the tester tasted burnt as he kept burning it and had no response. Tried a couple then He didnt really have any desire to help. Got a tank vaporesso and happy with it but went up the road to Vape FX up the road and loved the customer service and better vapors.Edit to response: I went to this location vape fx is not right up the road but 15 minutes away.

Husband and I have been searching all through the low country for a specific box mod. each vape/ecig store we went to we were met with the same answers dont carry in our inventory cant keep it in when we do have it etc. we stopped in here, and instead of just giving us the same line the owner, Michael, went above and beyond and was not only able to order the mod for me to be shipped to the store in a quick manner but was able to order the kit AND at a cheaper price!!!! which I defiantly wasnt expecting to be able to find any where other than online. This is the only place we go for our vape needs. Michael and Pamela are the best! Their team is always helpful and knowledgeable. They are perfect examples of how customers should be treated and they carry quality products.
