This place was great, they went above and beyond my expectation. They were able to replace my sons keyboard after he broke off several keys. They also cleaned out the inside and made suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again.I would definitely recommend to friends and family, that if you have any computer issues go here. I had an appointment on a Friday at 4. I got there and explained everything I needed done for about 5 laptops. One which I had no hope for. I was notified on the following Thursday everything was ready. Got there the next day and all of them work if not as good maybe even better then when I bought then years ago.

My Macbook Pros fan broke and caused me tons of worry due to the cost and not wanting to get a whole new computer. Then I found JHDs. I made an appointment Friday at 3 PM, found out around noon the next day the issue + estimated cost, and got a call it was complete Monday at 3 PM. Fantastic turn around, great service, and fantastic price.

In December I brought my 5 yo Alien desktop to JHD to see what could be upgraded so I could pass it on to my son to use for school and gaming for the next few years. He replaced the video card and memory and can’t remember what else...but it is up and running great. His service was fast and he was friendly and professional. The only delay for me was waiting for the new components to come in but I was not in a hurry because I know things slow down during the holidays. I appreciated the text updates when he sent them about status of my computer. I would definitely bring my next upgrade or repair to him! Thanks!

If I could give him zero stars I would.I came into the office on Friday and met with Hubert. I expressed the sense of urgency as I need it for Work. He assured me he would have it in 24 hours and said any other place would have it to me in 72 so I took his word and went with it. Saturday Morning I received 2 missed calls, this was before 11am and I had dropped my computer off after Noon the day before.I called back within 30 minutes and he responded I called you, you didnt answer, the shop is closed now you can pick it up on Tuesday. I said Oh no, thats not what we agreed to I need it today. He begrudgingly agreed and said, Fine but you have to pay cash. FineI pick up my Computer, pay the cash and here we are Sunday and the computer is in the same condition if not worse and I am out $160. I call Hubert and his response is again you have to wait until TuesdayHe reminded me again again how he did me the favor of letting me pick it up Saturday and is now taking time out of his day to take my phone call on a Sunday. He refused to acknowledge that if he had done his job Friday, he would have known the computer was not working when he said I could pick it up.Now Im out $160 and have to wait until Tuesday.However, I will eat the money and take it somewhere else. I will never do business with this man and you shouldnt either.

Excellent customer service. Wish I had gone to him before trying to fix it on my own. Very knowledgeable, and professional yet able to explain in layman terms. I would give him 10 stars - reasonable prices an added bonus.

Even though I was from out of town, JHD worked on my computer and removed the virus and retrieved the data in 24hrs. This allowed me to use the computer and take it home with me. They worked hard to clean it up. I highly recommend this company.

I called Hubert with an issue on my MacBook pro and took it over the same day. He had it ready within 24 hours and stayed late on a Saturday to allow me time to pick it up. On top of everything it was $180 cheaper than he quoted me and he was able to save me from buying a new hard drive. VERY HONEST!!! Thank you!

They did a great job and I had no problems. You may have to wait a couple days, but the issue I had was fixed and I havent had to go back. If I have another issue its exactly where Ill go.

I am absolutely shocked with how well they fixed my computer! I am so so so pleased with not only the customer service, but the time line. I messed up my screen on my macbook pro and he fixed it at half the cost of Apple and at like half the time. Every future computer problem i have, ill be coming here. Absolutely over the moon with this guy! Definitely recommend!
