My son dropped off my custom made t-shirt blanket. It had never been washed. I was told by the company that made it I could just put it in the washing machine. Which I probably should have done instead of letting this company clean it, ruin it and then lie and state that I dropped it off messed up and she tried to catch me but I pulled off. As I stated in the beginning my son dropped it. The blanket was in his name. He says that she looked it over before he left it. Even asked him questions about the size. Reviews are not something that I do when someone doesn’t give me good customer service. But they lied. They ruined the blanket and said (I) brought it to them like that. They offered to fix it. Not happening. Admit the mistake. And don’t blame the customer. And put a “defective before cleaning” tag on it. Refund my 24$. Apologize. Don’t lie and say I paid $$ to have a raggedy blanket cleaned. (They didn’t say that.) But they might as well had. We don’t have a lot of cleaners in this area. But this place will never ever get my $$ again. Find another place. And the lying lady is very rude. She was rude when I called to see how much it was so I could send my son to pick it up. But I went instead. Unbelievable.smh.

I brought in a felt outback hat, I was told that I would have to sign a waver because the cleaning chemicals could potentially discolor the hat. I was fine with it being discolored I just wanted it cleaned as I wore it every day. I was called when it was finished, I went in to get it and opened the bag before paying to inspect it and it was completely crushed and didnt even resemble a hat anymore. The ladies at the goose creek store were very accomidating when I told them I wouldnt be paying for it. They would send it back to get reshaped. That was three weeks ago and I havent heard anything. Im assuming its been completely ruined at this point. Ive had them clean my suits before and they did a good job. Do not bring your hats here.

I have taken several bridemaids dresses here and have always had a positive experience. Great price, great work, and friendly staff. Wont go anywhere else to get my alterations! Thanks sweet grass cleaner for all your hard work! 😁

This cleaners get it right the first time. If they can’t clean your items without causing damage, they will let you know. I use the Goose Creek location and the staff’s customer service is like family. They treat you with respect and dignity. My clothes has always been taken care of without damage.

Myself and four of my coworkers trusted these cleaners with our Navy dress white uniform. We turned them in looking for a basic turnover, just to get wrinkles out. They returned heavily wrinkled and stained uniforms with creases where creases are obviously not meant to go. When we first inspected them (inside their shop) they tried to convince us the uniforms were pristine until we showed them all of their errors. They said they see the problem but can’t correct it and would not take responsibility for the stains. They offered store credit that we obviously didn’t want, and told us to reach out to the manager for a refund. We’ve called multiple times to be hung up on! They refuse to speak to us. They claimed to be able to clean and press “anything” to then say they don’t even have an iron in their shop.

During a national pandemic they threw out a brand new sports jacket that was in for cleaning without trying to contact me in anyway. I understand the normal policy is 90 days however nothing was normal about 2020 and plenty of folks were home bound. Seems very unprofessional. Ironing of men’s dress shirts was not the best quality either.

My husband needed several items dry cleaned, so I asked him to take a bridesmaids dress of mine as well. Mind you, although I used it as a bridesmaids dress, I wouldnt exactly consider it a formal dress. It was purchased off of Lulus online for $80. However, they told him the charge would be $35 to dry clean, due to it being formal-wear. I wasnt thrilled, but it was what it was.A few days later he went to pick up our items, and they had LOST my dress. He was told management was handling it and someone would contact him.Another few days later and he finally decided to call them. They found my dress. I guess they just didnt feel the need to call and let us know it was ready to be picked up.He went and picked up my dress today, and they still charged him the full $35, despite all of these issues. I am honestly appalled that they did not feel it was necessary to offer any sort of a discount after they lost my damn dress!Its their loss. This dry cleaner is close to our house, which is why it was chosen, but I have a dry cleaner close to my work that we will use from now on instead.

I dropped my fux blanket to be dry clean, when I picked it up it sat in my home until I was ready to use it. When I took it out the dry cleaning bag it was still dirty with a really bad chemical smell. I took it back to be clean again and to see if they can do something with the smell. Well they could not unless I paid again. They will be my last time using that after I pick up my husbands pants. I will use a diff dry cleaners in the Goose Creek area.

Seamstress and receptionist were a delight! Attended to a small repair in a timely manner...a bit of small town take care of ya attitude🙂

I dropped the blanket to wash it, was supposed to be READY by March 18. We went by, not ready.. went again week later.. not ready.. I asked please call me when its ready.. Called & Went by this week... WOW rude, and wont work with me as I been waiting for this blanket for month! Never go there, ever again. RUDE, MEAN, LAZY!!

SWEET GRASS destroyed my bed skirt to a ’ high end bedding set!!They like to tell you, “we don’t accept responsibility’ and they follow care instructions but it appears they did not on my “bed skirt” as it looked like it went through a shredder!! I paid over $100 FOR MY last visit just for the bedding set they ruined.The Piece they ruined was a charge of $35 for them to destroy my bedskirt. Shredding it was one thing but then to charge me to do this ? Is Ludicrous. ...Have to believe that they will, CHARGE YOU FOR RUINING YOUR ITEMS!! HOW NICE OF THEM!! NOT ONLY RUIN IT BUT CHARGE YOU FOR IT TOO!!I have been waiting 2 months for the manager to return my call and she has not.Never EVER trust your GARMENTS at Sweet GRASS. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

We have been going to this business for years and it is constant issues. The clerks are uninformed as well as rude. They tell you one thing and when you return they tell you something else. I just had one argue with me stating I took the clothes in and that’s not what I told you. I advised her she did not take my clothes in and she continued to insist she did until she looked it up in the computer and then stated I guess I didn’t take them in. Done, will not see us again.

I love the staff and the fast efficient service they have at this place. I brought in a pair of beige trousers I were at work and there was ink on them. I asked if the ink could be removed and the lady who waited on me said she wasnt sure but shell try her best. And she said not all the ink came out they did the best they could. There was one very tiny Pinhead of Ink on these and the pants look wonderful. The pants I asked to be cleaned cost me $200 so for me of all the saint taken out considering it only cost me $12 this is fantastic.

Customer service is terrible!! The only reason I use this cleaners is for the convenience of the car side service. The girl that works there now cant seem to get off of her fat ass to serve the customers!! Management needs to be made aware of this poor service & find more vibrant energetic employees.

My wife used to come here and she often told me if I needed any kind of alterations that this place was fairly cheap. Well, I had about 4 pairs of pants altered just on the leggings and it cost me around $50, I do believe they press to put the seams. I understand how it got up to $50 but I was in a hurry at the time and I dont think I will be coming back here. They did do a great job so I will give him that. One unfortunate thing about this place they do not have a person there to measure for alterations. Other than that the staff is very friendly the place is conveniently located down the street and have a drive up to service counter.

Very good place, they take very good care of your clothing. I highly recommend this place and if you are looking for alterations go see Wander, hes the best at what he does!

Never been there. Google keeps sending requests for reviews even though I have dismissed request several times and checked box that I have not been there.

Long story short, girlfriend dropped dress off…came back to pick up but had new stains on it.. sweetgrass admitted that the stains were not there at drop off and said we had to take the matter up with the drycleaner that they ship to (clothes don’t even get cleaned at this location) Staff was Rude to my girlfriend and would not reimburse her or offer to give store credit (not that we would ever use them again) for the dress even after admitting that the stains got on her dress while in their care. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience and would not recommend it to anyone else.

More than once, my uniform items (which I needed for work) were not ready on the promised day. Starched items were double creased.
