I have been with State Farm since I was 17. I had been with Chris Cohen State Farm for the last couple of years. During covid-19 I had to cancel my car insurance policy with them no fault of theirs but I had a couple of back payments I could not afford. I still have my renters insurance through them and they are amazing. They are always upbeat, positive, and happy to help!! They answer any questions they can and if they cannot answer a question they get back to you as soon as possible with an answer. They always have a smile on their face and you can hear it through the phone. They are great people and Ive even spoken to Chris a few times myself and he is a great man and he is just as happy to help as all of his employees. I am hoping my car insurance rates will go down soon so that I could come back to State Farm where I feel like family every time I walk in the door!
