I called last week to schedule an A/C HVAC annual check up with Goose Creek Heating and Air since I was stood up after a two week wait from a competitor the sounds like the county I live in.After less than a week wait the technician was here bye 8:30 on Monday morning and finished bye 9:30.He was very respectful and even wore protective boot covering to protect our floor. Highly recommend and very reasonable in price.

I woke up to an 80 degree thermostat, it was set at 75…. I researched A/C companies online… “Goose Creek Heating & Air” had so many 5 star reviews!! I called yesterday about 4pm, and a lovely, kind voice answered the phone. She couldn’t have been nicer!!! She definitely set the tone!! I asked if there could, maybe, possibly be a remote chance a tech would be available today. Less than a 24 hour notice, I know I was asking for a lot… never having used them before. She said she could have a Service Technician there between 12-4!!!! PERFECT!! At 12:40 they called & said a Tech was on their way!! He was courteous, kind & he listened to me!! He was finished by 1:30!! I’m enjoying nice cool air!! I can’t say enough great things about Goose Creek Heating & Air!! And for Mr Tommio, you are wonderful & very appreciated!!

On one of the hottest days of the year the air conditioning went out. I was thrilled that I was able to arrange for an after hours technician to try to help.The tech arrived with a great attitude, looked professional, and started straight away to figure the problem. It turned out to be fairly minor and he corrected it. He also did a few other things to insure that there were not other issues that needed attention.I understood that there was an upcharge for overtime support. The tech was very clear as to the added costs to remedy the situation and discussed possible alternatives.I wisely chose to have him handle the situation and he did. The costs, given the situation, were acceptable.I would recommend Goose Creek Heating and Air Conditioning with no reservations. Good people providing a job well done.

Evan came out to my home to provide a quote for a new system. He was on time, efficient with his inspection and even remedied a potential fire hazard he encountered while inspecting. Evan then took the time to answer all my questions and talk through options. If you are shopping for new systems, give them a shot.

Sam was very kind and professional. She got done quickly and was able to work around my loud kids. I was supposed to be notified that she was on her way and I wasn’t. So I was just rolling out of bed when she got here. Otherwise no complaints and a very fair price for such a large house.

AC unit had stopped cooling the house. Called business on Saturday, outside office hours, and had a quick response. They were able to send the technician on the same day. The technician arrived and was very friendly. He diagnosed the problem to be a bad capacitor. He replaced it immediately and verified that the compressor was working again and that the AC temps started to drop. Very clear with the charges, just payment for the diagnosis fees and the labor fees, no charge for parts because the AC was still under warranty. All done in less than 30 minutes. Do recommend.

I paid a good deal for an upgraded unit 4 years ago from Goose Creek Heating & Air because I heard they were the best. This week my A/C stopped working. Called to have it serviced and waited three days to have someone come look at it. The repair man did a great job diagnosing the problem. It is apparently a valve that is covered under warranty but they didn’t carry these spare parts and will apparently have to order it. So I paid the $89 for the visit and now sitting without A/C in August. No worries, I’m used to this treatment from other companies. I’ll go pick up a window unit tomorrow for $300 or so and when they show up again to replace valve I’ll happily pay another service fee.

They were able to come to my house the same day I called. Several other companies said they could not get to me until the next day. They promised a time within a 3-hour window. When the technician was on his way, I received a call saying so, and he did arrive within the allotted time frame. Tommie was polite, professional, informative and was able to quickly diagnose and fix my problem. He checked out the unit in the attic first- took photos to show me a couple of things I might want to consider in the future- but showed me readings that confirmed that all was working well. We then went outside to the unit there- he opened it up- checked readings and a capacitor read 0. He had a replacement in his truck, promptly switched it out, and got me back up and running. After spending 2+ days with my thermostat reading 82 degrees inside, I was thrilled with the service that I received. I will definitely use Goose Creek Heating and Air again!

My AC was installed in 2014. August of this year my air stopped cooling the trailer. The technician replace a capacitor and it worked. The part was under warranty so I paid for the labor only. Everyone was I spoke with was very helpful.

Communication is key. I had a bad experience with hero heating and air so I reached out to goose Creek on Friday. I was promised a call back on Monday morning to set up my appointment. Monday morning I received a call from goose Creek heating and Air (positive mark #1). They were able to start my maintenance contract that very same day (positive mark #2). Their office called me on updates about the technician and his arrival time (positive mark #3). The technician arrived within the first 20 minutes of my appointment time (positive mark #4). While the technician was here, He was polite and respectful the property. Overall it was a good experience and great communication.

My HVAC was freezing over so they came out and it possibly is a malfunctioning part (recently replaced by another company) because it was overcharged. I was satisfied because the AC was cooling down again before the technician left. It is going to be a wait and see issue and they were the 2nd pair of eyes so praying it just stays functioning! I called GCH&A based on their reputation in the community and because they are locally owned. I like the story of how the owner started from scratch and built his business. Very polite from the first phone call. Told theyd be out between 3 to 5 that day. They called an hour early and were on their way! Was impressed with the young mans professionalism. He was very thorough and diagnosed the problem after working through the steps. Replaced the switch that was bad and charged a reasonable amount for the repair. Will definitely call again should I need HVAC work again. Very pleased!

Our AC went out yesterday so we called and scheduled a tech to come out to look at it. We just bought the house about 4 months ago and knew the unit was old so we figured we might have to replace it. The technician, Aaron, came out and was incredibly professional. He checked our unit and saw that it was almost completely out of refrigerant and said he could fill it but with the system being close to 19 years old, it likely wouldnt hold long and well be right back in the same boat in a few months. Instead he suggested replacing the unit, which we had agreed beforehand we were going to do anyway. We just appreciated the fact that Aaron didnt try to talk us into charging the system knowing it wouldnt hold long causing us to have to spend additional money down the road. We have an appointment with Neil tomorrow and look forward to working with the team at Goose Creek Heating and Air to get our new system up and running.

One of our unit stopped cooling few days before memorial day and the south east which is not a great time for that to happen. Shawn came out diagnose the issue repaired it

The service tech was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, but the tech who came out before did not fix this the issue that Zak service tech found. The overflow micro switch cover came off the side of the pan and cause the furnace thermostat to shut the down. This should been caught during the last inspection. We $126.00 for something that should be caught .Very displeased with Brandon’s mistake. We payed $99.00 for the inspection.
