I am very unhappy with Dr. Taghizadeh and the manager of this office. I went here to find out if I had allergies. After reviewing the findings of my test the doctor told me I didnt have any allergies. He then proceeded to check my ears and remove some wax, even though I wasnt there to have my ears checked. I thought that was odd. A month later I received a bill for a little over $500.00. I had been billed $268 for the visit and $242 for him removing the wax. It was billed as surgery. I called on a Tues and spoke to the manager about how I was unhappy about this since I was only there for results of my allergy test. She said she would speak to the provider and get back to me on Thur afternoon. She didnt call me back on Thur, Fri, or ever. They just sent the bill through again. I would not recommend using this doctor or this office. They will do whatever necessary to get as much money our of you as possible. Then just ignore you when you try to get your problem corrected.

I personally had a wonderful experience with Dr. Taghizadeh. From my consultation until surgery he was very helpful and made sure all of my needs were met and concerns were addressed. He and his nurse Amy were very polite and made sure all of my visits were quick and easy. I am also extremely happy with my results from surgery. After a septo-plasty and reconstructive rhinoplasty I am able to breathe extremely well, he was also able to give me a nose that is much more aesthetically pleasing.

Dr Charous is an excellent doctor and very nice. He is also an excellent surgeon. He performed two surgeries on one of my older sons and is now going to perform the same on my youngest.

The wait time is ridiculous! I hope he isnt as rude as other reviews are saying, otherwise I def wont be back!!!****UPDATE***** Dr was not rude to me, nice actually, so Im back again for another 2 hr wait with them running behind on patients. Im not sure they ever catch up from day to day... Ugh. They need more doctors or less patients. Period. So now Ive been here an hour and they called me up to tell me that they do not have the results of my sleep study and it normally takes 2 weeks and I did it last week... Somebody should have called me to reschedule or something! I cant stand this place. Everybody in the waiting room has been here two plus hours and the lady at the reception desk said thats unusual, NOT!

This doctor helped me when others would not. He was very helpful in finding what needed to be done. I have not had any complications with him.His staff is another story. They messed up my billing and I was in there 4 times after surgery and then they told me I had a balance that I hadnt paid. I asked them what they were talking about and they sent me to to their billing agent. She proceeded to tell me I was lying about never receiving a bill because she personally sent them out. When I asked to see the dates that they were mailed, she refused. She accused me of lying about it even when I was crying in her office saying I never received any notification.I stopped going there because of the staff.

What a nightmare ...received a bill for 6500 dollars..their billing office did very little to help figure out what was wrong after almost a year our insurance company finally figured out they were billing incorrect codes and under an old contract. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the situation..and was sent to collections even after being told I wouldnt be. Will never go back ...can not trust what is being billed to the insurance company.

Worst doctor ever only been there 1 time and will Never go Back this doctor is very RUDE. Everytime I asked him a question he didnt know the answer to any and was getting upset with me. Very unprofessional!!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Appointment at 1:20 pm its is now 2:45 pm. Im told PA is running 45 min behind. I will not be returning. My recommendation find another office. Took three weeks to get a new patient appointment, worth the wait to find a office with better patient care.

I’ve been to this place a few times now and they are ALWAYS running 30 minutes late. Absolutely rediculous. Some of the staff is nice and others very unfriendly.A word of advice. Just show up 30 min late for your appointment.

Ive never been to an ENT, and actually found out I had a sinus infection by accident. Dr. Charous was very thorough in looking at the scans, and explaining my options. I ended up needing surgery after all. My surgery, and aftercare has been amazing. I wouldnt go to another ENT.

I am very happy with Dr Daniel Charous, Mercedes Morris and his staff. I tried to get an emergency appointment with my ENT Dr, West Valley Ear Nose and Throat and the receptionist could not get me in for over a month. I called Dr Daniel Charouss office and explained my situation to the receptionist, she got me to a Dr. and they took me in that day. When I got there Mercedes Morris took great care of me and they are my new ENT office.

My husband has severe sleep apnea. We went to Dr. Charousin August of 2018 to start the process for Inspire. They told us we should be done with all the steps to qualify by December 2019- but that was a lie. As of Feb. 2019, we hadn’t even booked the last procedure to see if he was a candidate for Inspire Sleep. After looking at my husbands sleep study, The doctor required an at home sleep study To see if the mouth piece would make a difference. The first time we did it the equipment malfunctioned. So we had to do it again. Then we thought, the next step would be to book the final procedure to see if we qualified for the surgery. But no, we had a do another sleep study.- this time at a sleep center. We waited a month and we did not receive a call from the sleep study facility. So we called and they said they had left messages with our Dr. Charous’s office and hadn’t heard back. So I proceeded to call. Apparently, they never put in the request with the insurance company for the procedure. The nurse we were working with told us she was about to start vacation and would look into when she got back the following week. When you husband stops breathing 80 times in a hour, you’d think there would be some urgency but no. This was in November. We eventually got the second in lab study scheduled two months later. We were then told that it was completely unnecessary to do the study by the sleep center in January 2019. The soonest we could see the doctor again was the end of February. I had called and left a message to speak to the office manager in November but never got a call back. His condition continued to get worst, so the sleep center got us in with a different doctor.... who was able to see us within days of booking the appointment. Unlike Dr. Charous, this new doctor actually spent time with us going over everything. Charous was in and out pretty quickly. Then, the final qualifying procedure was booked and conducted within three weeks of the first appointment. And we now have learned insurance is covering the procedure. When I called the office manager back to inform her of my disappointment- she asked why I waited this long to call. I told her that I did call back in November when our nurse failed to submit the request for the second sleep study, but never got a call back. I also told her I was more concerned about getting my husband the care he needed and that was the priority. But now that he is getting the surgery he needs, I wanted to revisit this issue. I also told her that I would be posting about my experience on various platforms and she said she was disappointed that I felt the need to do that. But people need to make informed decisions and they need to go to doctors and practices that truly care about their patients. Don’t waste your time with this office. The only time they care is when you tell them you will be leaving a bad review.

Was contacted by your office about a week ago regarding an appointment reschedule by your office for my mother. I was told by your office personnel that her insurance had not authorized her care yet and that she needed to be moved to another day. An appointment was set for 04/12/16. I drove my mother to see Dr. Charous today. The woman at the front desk (Kristin Walker) told me my mother did not have an appointment. She also said the appointment had been canceled! Not true. I told her my sister and I schedule all of mothers appointments and we make sure she keeps them. Dr., mother is not capable of making or canceling appt. Therefore, someone in your office needs to own up for this mistake. Kristin seemed exasperated and told me she couldnt help me, she abruptly got off her chair and mumbled something to another employee. A few minutes later a young lady ( Veronica ) took over. After I explained what had happened she said she would try to squeeze mother in. Dr. Charous( Veronica) is an exceptional employee, she truly a professional,she listens to your patients, and has excellent Customer Service skills! Margie ...for Juana Rubio, your patient.

Ive seen him for three years now and needless to say Ive had enough of this rude and insensitive doctor. He gets actually kinda angry and basically accuses you of making up your illnesses. A family member went to him and she had the same experience. Im currently looking for a new doctor so I was reluctant about reviewing Dr. Charous but I dont want anyone expecting anything else from him other than to be a complete JERK!

RUDE, INSENSITIVE, NOT THROROUGH, FAST HIT AND RUN SERVICE, GETS ANGRY WHEN QUESTIONED AND IMPATIENT, UNPROFESSIONAL TO TREAT HURTING PATIENTS IN SUCH A CAVALIER MANNER. NEVER EVER WILL GO BACK FOR THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT.

They get results of tests and do not call you with them. There are so many patients being sent the doctor has no way of keeping up it appears and as a result he was short with his responses and seemed out of sorts. My health should mean more than a 5 minute conversation.
