The people here are generally helpful and knowledgeable. I wish the owner was more formal when it came to his speech and dressing, but other than that I really dont have anything bad to say about this place.

I have high praise for Daryl Cotton one of the NP’s in the office. He is very caring and listens to my concerns. I have been seeing (talking) to him now for about 6 months. My problem is you can’t reach them Thursday thru Sunday. I have had several issues that have come up on a weekend and had to depend on my own decisions on what to do. They supposedly have an answering service on Thursday but good luck getting them to answer the phone.

Their secretary quit and they cant manage their business all the sudden. Wayne MacKenzie is the only one I ever see there and he is very short with me and consistently bad mouths my OB/GYN, whom Ive seen for the last 8 years and has taken very good care of me all this time.I would not recommend this facility, they are unprofessional and unhelpful!

Worst experience... the owner was there.. he was in his shorts.. dirty t shirt looked a mess... completely unprofessional.. if you are reading this please dont come here.. I hated it.. didnt feel welcome. Didnt feel safe. I felt very uncomfortable .. I walked out .

Have been a client of Waynes for over a year and a half and couldnt be happier. He breaks down so many parts of the science area of the brain and why things are happening, understands from personal experience and does a great job to give a sense of comfort to the patient.

You cant even get an appointment nobody answers the phone.

Terrible service. Dirty office. Rude receptionist. Dr. McKenzies doctor notes are not accurate and forgets half of your appointments. High turnover of staff and you can tell they have minimal experience. WATCH OUT for your bills as they do not INVOICE your insurance correctly.

Im leaving this review for anyone that looks up this doctors office hoping to find reassurance. I apologize, but I dont have good news. I was almost 6 months postpartum when I saw doctor or nurse practitioner McKenzie. I told him, very straightforwardly, the medication that I was on before I got pregnant. I told him it worked and I desperately needed to be back on it. Instead, he suggested Prozac. I was open to it but understandably disappointed. Also, to be honest, I was taken back by the extremely offensive and unprofessional welcome to the nut house sign that hung behind his desk.Fast forward two weeks, my mom goes to an appointment that she made. I suggested this same doctor because we have the same insurance and I knew she could get it. He prescribed her the EXACT same medication regimen, down to the milligram.All of what Ive said is truthful and I dont want to mix my opinion in anymore than it already is. Im only leaving a review that I wish wouldve been left before I made my appointment. Good luck.

Amazing docter! Very helpful knows whats hes talking about hes like a brain mechanic. His has helped me and my wife so much to understand our issues and correct them. This is the doc to see if your are seeking help not a crutch!

During my appointment this morning, Mackenzie was arrogant, condescending, and finally refused service when I would not agree with his treatment. He used sarcasm and carefully worded insults to my intelligence because I would not meekly submit to his will. He thinks he is Gods gift to psychiatry. He is not.

Pretty much a life changing event for me. Wonderful, caring and knowledgeable staff. Cant say enough good about the care here.

Not what I was looking for. Lots of interruptions and assumptions. No real therapy. Throwing diagnosis around on the first visit without any history. Prescribed medication in pretty high doses without knowing history. You dont start a naive patient on mid strength sleeping pills when they dont complain of consistent insomnia. Wouldnt recommend.

Nurse (He is NOT a doctor and shouldn’t be referred to as such) Wayne McKenzie is the worst healthcare professional (if you can even call him that) that I have ever worked with. My son is no longer a patient with him. He is an absolute nightmare and constantly treated my family and I as if we were idiots. He blamed a hospital medication mistake (which was something completely out of my control) on me and told me that if my son had a relapse it would be my fault. He is very unprofessional and disrespectful. He never listened to any of my concerns and would brush off any problems that would arise with my son due to his medication. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Was not bad the first few times. However, they didnt send my medication properly through my insurance. No one for back to me after my medication was empty and was told I should have known. Was extremely rude when I said I would not be returning to them considering there was no actually counseling or therapy going on in the sessions. It revolved around how do you feel? Oh bad? Okay go on this medication. I was also extremely misdiagnosed with a MEDICAL condition I didnt even have. They were terribly unprofessional and I got no real results or help from them. If anything, my anxiety was worse after going to Agape family services. If I could give zero starts I would. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISDIAGNOSED AND TREATED LIKE YOU ARE INSANE. I cant imagine how these doctors are allowed to treat patients.

Does anyone at this place ever answer the phone?! Ive been caller #2 for an hour and a half, to ask them to send a refill that was suppose to be sent last month! Its ridiculous. Work on your customer service people.

I highly recommend this office.. Dr. Mackenzie is one of the most caring and real people ive met. He has helped me improve my life and has been a great support. Saved my life and im grateful. If you are in need of a place with ginuine people who care and real help I suggest you give them a call.

I have been trying for three weeks to get my sons script refilled and yet I still have been unable to. I have been seeing Wayne for over a year now but am totally losing trust in him. His secretaries are worthless they do not do their jobs AT ALL!

They dont answer the phone during business hours.

The most unprofessional environment for mental health healing. The receptionist is in charge of billing and has no idea what shes doing, she does not even training on anything she cant even return phone calls in a timely manner. I paid $400 over the course of a few weeks with no real treatment plan for my loved one. A complete waste of time and money.

Highly recommend this office. Mark is very real, very understanding and really down to earth!

Never answers phone DURING BUSINESS hours I had an appointment on the 26th took time off work, got a text my appointment was the 30th at 1. Figured maybe I got the time mixed up, well come Monday the 30th got another text my appointment is at 11. Called for over an hour until someone finally answered and said I rescheduled. Why would I reschedule when I requested to leave early just for the appointment! Sorry customer service would never trust one of them with my kids.

Very unorganized. Called in wrong prescription and cancelled correct ones. They called me 15 minutes before my appt to cancel. I have not gone back and no one has called me to inquire why.

They are great! Highly recommend this office.

Sometimes they run over ok on appointments, but they have really helped my child. They care, seems like to me.
