Terrible post office. Had to go here during the height of covid last year. They made no attempts to mitigate covid exposure. No arrows, masks, social distancing, hand sanitizer, etc. No big deal right? Had covid right after. Im one of those people that almost died. Pretty sure I caught it there. Masks work but not when others dont use them and are literally in your face. I yelled at a couple entitled, rude women that day that literally came up to my shoulder. One woman came right up to my window while a postal worker was helping me! She had no mask, made no attempts to back off and the postal worker did NOTHING....I knew I got sick there. Will never go here again. My money and business goes to UPS and Fedex now. I have kids too...and almost died!!! Never again even with vaccinations now.

I never received my letter that said I received On September Thursday 29th no ones bothered to call me They said someone would call me back in 3 or 4 days its been 6 days now havent heard from anyone Jeff or Julie in response to my complaint looking or letting me know whats going.I give them my cell number no response.
I drove all the way from Mesa for a passport appointment because I couldt find one closer to where I live. Steve is the person who helped me with my application and he is awesome! He answered all my questions and was very friendly and helpful!. I highly recommend this place for passport appointments!
Postal worker at counter (Hispanic in his late 20s/early 30s) thought that it would be funny to tell my Airman that He is in the Chair force. My husband is nice so he did not say anything mean back but your workers should be careful of what they say to U.S. military personnel. Some are not nice like my husband and they will rip your head off if you disrespect them like that. Way to treat active-duty service members who protect your freedom. Oh and by the way, he does not work in a nice air conditioned room like your disrespectful worker does. He works outside under the Sun in 120* blazing heat. He stands for 8 hours plus and no. He does not sit in a chair during his shift. Next time, think before you open your mouth.In addition, they took over a year to forward the previous homeowners mail to their new address and I had to write on 50+ pieces of mail to stop mailing it to our address.
Counter associates are always helpful and friendly, so it is great to go in to mail or pickup packages. However, whomever the woman I just spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and clearly did not want to be responsible for answering the phone and responding to my question. That was disappointing.
Very poor customer service. Workers do not care about concerns. Had important documents lost in transit and only excuse was carrier was new and slap in the hand. very poor.
Didnt catch the supervisors name (3/16 approx 1pm), but FINALLY someone who could help me! Had a package being delivered to an old address, and he gave me the direct number to the post office handling it, so I was able to get the package held.USPS phone and online customer service is nonexistent, truly. Some things need more than submitting an email, so I wish the phone numbers wouldnt just keep going back to their automated phone line. However, thats not a reflection on the locations themselves. Every time Ive been to this one, service is fast and everyone is friendly.
Finally got thru and luckily a gal named Andrea (I think) managed to contact a driver before he left my area and Andre came to show me how to open the mail box with my package!!! Sometimes I sure seem inadequate but he was kind to me and reiterated the procedure to open the mail box! Say what you like but there are good people at the post office!!!
I’ve been here 3 times the first time some guy in the window was so rude! I kept going to the tolleson location instead. I came here Friday for a passport application and Steve at the window on the side gave me the application and even gave me instructions on what to do and how to look for an appointment if I needed one. I decided to come on Monday to mail my renewal application since I had a good experience. Steve took care of me again and made sure the address I put down was the correct one where I was mailing it to. Was very impressed with his customer service!

My regular carrier is off and i have requested mail pick up at my house 3 days in a row and no one picks up.
Ive lost count of the times my mail has been delivered to the wrong mailbox. Sometimes my neighbors return it, sometimes they dont. And how does the Post Office respond? What do you expect us to do about it?I cant file insurance claims as the post office considers it delivered. Im tired of losing money from the post offices incompetence.
Honestly this is the worst delivery experience I ever had. First time, I see the delivery driver steal the contents from my package from my window. Second time, they don’t even deliver my package at all. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone to help. This branch is unethical and does not take accountability. I don’t feel that my shipments are safe with this office. I warn you to reconsider sending anything valuable with this service.
I called expecting I would not be able to talk with anyone on the phone. To my surprise, I was assisted by a very professional person who took care of my issue.
2020 the end of professionalism and civility.Mediocre and an excuse of service. Management is equally if not as questionable as the other employees. Customer Service 0/10, professionalism 0/10.I recommend anyone who reads this personal or business to use FedEx or UPS. Their staff can act professional and actually grasp real world results rather than have a sulk about doing their jobs task and talk down to you the customer.
3 of my deliveries in a 2 week time period have had major issues. 1, package was never delivered even after a rescheduled delivery. Had to get a refund and buy it again from Amazon. 2. Came a day late due to unexpected complications. 3. Again never got delivered because of Item oversized/receptacle full. Just for a frame of reference. The excuse was that the item was a 4ft shelf they tried to put in my mail box instead of driving 200ft to the front door of my apartment. Once again, refunded from amazon and making them deliver it again because I found out THEY DONT DO REDELIVERIES to my address??? It was stated on my package tracking info. Absolutely the worst god awful USPS Ive ever seen. No wonder theyre going out of business.
I received a we missed you note in box Saturday night. Waited til Monday, went to post office to pick up only she cant find it. Thinking okay tomorrow for sure itll be here. Mail man came and went still no delivery. Could be time sensitive information. Ive had that problem before with my unemployment twice.
Adding based upon customer service over phone... maybe she needs a pay raise to have a good attitude. 🤦♂️First time calling and hopefully I dont have to call again.

I am confused with their system.If I send more than five letters to different address it comes back as a bulk.How is a bulk if it goes to several different addresses all stamped.May be there is something I need to learn about their system.Customer service is going down hill.Sometimes on the tracking follow up it says delivered but it stays two to three days before it is delivered to my address.What is going on?Are people not paid to serve the public?
If I could rate lower I would. My expected delivery was 10 days ago at this point. I came in to see what the issue was and what told that basically its not theyre problem my package that was handed off to them went missing... I agree with the others on here. Nothing but thieves working here.
I just want to say that i have ALWAYS had the best experience with my post office in Goodyear on Estrella!!! And today Yvette & my mail carrier David went above and beyond for me!!! Support our USPS!!! They are need us and we need them!
The package delivery from this station is awful! Often, packages are checked in as delivered but do not actually show up at my door or in a parcel locker until the next day. I get alerts on the packages from the shippers + USPS Informed Delivery notifications.Most recently, I had an item shipped that was on back order with a two week delay from the warehouse. The the package was flagged as a problem with delivery and returned to Ohio. The apartment community was having the parking lot resurfaced that day. The mail driver had to walk seven extra steps through a pedestrian gate to get to the mail hut. My box weighs just over 2lbs and fits in the parcel lockers. Now, since it was returned to the shipper, I had to spend hours trying to chase down what happened and reorder from the shipper with another two-week delay in it leaving the OH warehouse and making its way to AZ. Over six weeks to get product I’ve already paid for and have on a subscription delivery because this station sent it back and did not reattempt delivery.Two stars because when I’ve had to go IN for business, the reps are friendly.
I have had it! I was expecting a delivery today and the package is marked as delivered and not in the box! It was an extremely important package. This is the third time this year. USPS is the only delivery service that has lost my packages. $160 worth of merchandise gone. I am done with being patient. I will take this complaint as far as it can go on principal for everyone who has suffered due to there incompetence.Update 07-26-2019I think it is only fair that I update this review. After filing a complaint about the lost package I was contacted by the local post office management. They were very understanding and promised to look into the situation. I was not hopeful. The courier came by my house and explained that he was on vacation and they had a temp filing in. He said they probably put it in the box of the house on the next street with the same number. Anyway he promised to go around and check. 2 days later the package was on my doorstep. I was not home at the time, but I am pretty sure he found it. Mistakes happen, it it was is done after the mistake to resolve it that matters. So thank you Goodyear Post Office for solving this problem. Good Job!
After my hold was off they couldnt find some mail a few wks, a supervisor had to go to that office to find it. She was AWESOME!
The postal worker that works my neighborhood has given my packages to other people in my neighborhood, never to be seen again. I believe that’s a felony... should be for both parts. I miss our previous guy who was so friendly and amazing at his job. Why this location keeps losing quality people until we end up with thieves I don’t know 🤷♀️

Cant get a hold of anyone and my package is just gonna bounce around out there, so frustrating. The automated phone messages are all COMPLETELY useless. But it is the government after all.
I had a package that says it was delivered on Friday, July 3rd however it was NOT put in the correct mailbox. My mailman TOLD ME that he put it in the wrong mailbox and my package still has not been found. Now someone has a FREE package that I paid for and I have went to the post office a numerous amount of times and they REFUSE to change the status on my package that THEY misplaced or take accountability at all.
The line is ALWAYS long, no matter the day/time/season, but its because the employees are actually taking the time to make sure they do everything correctly and service all of your needs in one trip up to the counter. They are very helpful, and quite personable as well. We have always had a good experience with any staff person who has helped us, and had all of our needs met with a smile.
This is now the 4th time I have had an issue with this post office! The USPS has not been picking up outbound mail from our multiple home mail box in Estrella Mt. Checks mailed to Phoenix medical & professionals often take 2 weeks or longer. The service here is not dependable and should be curtailed or eliminated.
My son in the Air Force sent a letter and it had my moms name on it so the mailman is returning it! By the time I got the mail and came to the post office they were closed already, but they continue to deliver the previous tenants mail from over 2 years ago. A few months ago they completely stopped giving us our mail because the new mailman decided that we didn’t live here and the old tenant still did. Trying to get through to customer service is horrible. You can’t even reach an actual person.

Today is February 29th and my package has been out for delivery since 7:10am Feburary 27th. I went by the Avondale location on western friday morning, only to be that the office on estrella parkway handles the mail for my office in Avondale. I gave my tracking number to the lady at the avondale location. She called the goodyear location and a supervisor told her he knew of the package and that it was misrouted thursday. She told me it would be delivered later today. Nothing came! Waited at work until 7pm. Then I get an email Saturday morning stating that it is out for delivery. So here I am waiting at my work on a saturday. Still nothing and its 1:30 PM. Guess I will wait until 4:00 and call it a day. This is the second time Ive had an issue with that location. I have never had an issue with UPS or FedEx delivering to this location. Seems like USPS should be held to a higher standard.
Moved to a different location. Paid $40 to have my mailbox lock done. Got the new keys and my mailbox does not open. Called the post office, and a worker told me to use WD40 and see if that will help. Even though this is their issue since they ordered this to be done I still went and tried this. It did not work. Called and spoke to a manager at the GY post office was told Id receive a call the next morning. He never called me back. Finally got through to the office and they treated me like I was bother to them. They are in no hurry to fix this problem for me and keep trying to put it off. Havent been able to check my mail and seems like this office and staff/managers who work there could care less about their customers and customer care. Still waiting on a call back with a solution and still not able to get my mail. Horrible service!!!

Does anybody know what they’re doing there? The communication skills are non existent AND they can’t seem to find my package since I wasn’t at home when they delivered it. Not only have I been going up there all week, but I have also been CONSTANTLY checking the status and the office at my apartment to see if it’s there and why I haven’t gotten it yet. Also, I never got a notice in the mail about an attempted delivery so what’s good?
Have been using priority flat rate with many packages going all over the United States and have never had a problem! Yes they do answer the phone - try giving someone a chance to get to the phone and a courteous employee will answer your questions. I just am glad they are here for me and my business, never once had any problems, and my packages have gone to some strange addresses around the country. No complaint here!
I work for the postal service. I am reading a lot of complaints regarding packages that are claimed to be delivered but you dont receive them. Phoenix has a fairly high theft rate. Is there a connection? If it was scanned delivered by a postal worker, then by golly, they delivered it. Put a security camera on your front porch and see what may be happening. And if your tracking# says its stuck in Denver, call Denver......dont yell at the guy in Arizona. All a supervisor can do is punch in the tracking number just like you to see where it was last scanned.

A package I recently ordered to be sent to my parents house was marked undelivered as addressed. I tried calling them to sort things out, do they even have a working phone number?? So to ensure that my package didnt get sent back to original sender, my mom went to the post office, but they wouldnt give it to her because it wasnt addressed to me. Sorry I live in Flagstaff and you wont answer your phone! I better not have to pay shipping fees for this item again because this site is incompetent.

This place is a huge headache! I had a package that said it was delivered, but I never actually received it. I get that things happen and I was sure someone would at least try to help me out. Boy was I wrong. When I finally did get ahold of someone after trying over and over again for days, I felt that I was not treated with respect. I was told multiple stories and I was even told in a voicemail that they were closing my case because the mail carrier claimed that it was delivered to the correct person. After trying over and over to reach them AGAIN, I was told that they never said that and that they would be calling me back. I said okay, but then asked if there was an easier way to reach them because no one ever answers the phone and then I was hung up on! Its been close to two weeks since that conversation. I havent heard anything back and Im not holding my breath. Luckily, the company I ordered the package from was nice enough to ship me a replacement. From here on, I will be avoiding using the USPS at all costs. At least while I am living in Goodyear.
5 STAR FOR ME. I have not had a problem with this post office to date. They have always been friendly, great customer service, knowledgeable, and clean. They get their customers in and out as quick as they can. I have been coming here for 5 years. They always put a smile on my face i dont know all there names but Steve, Angela, and the rest of the staff are great. I worked for fortune 500 and 100 companies so all in all they are really good here in Goodyear. Been to other usps locations not so good i always do my business here.
I ordered something 7 months ago and it was delivered 6 months ago, but guess what, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT, me and my family have so many packages that we havent gotten yet
We have had 3 packages not delivered by this post office. I have filed a complaint with the USPS IG office.
Received 1 piece of junk mail at my apartment 2 weeks ago. Have not received anything since. Have VA paperwork, IRS paperwork, and a couple checks that are all MIA that were sent out 3 weeks ago and counting. Either my mail arrives within the next week or the USPSIG will be getting a phone call and a letter from a JAG.

On more than one occasion i have had packages that they claimed they attempted to deliver, and left a delivery notice but never did, and NEVER tried to redeliver. They just leave it sit at the post office until I come pick it up. This is at the request of the customer.At Customer Request ??? I NEVER spoke to anyone. I never got a notice. I only knew this because i checked my Amazon (where i ordered it from and have PRIME so i should always get my packages deliver very quickly.) Really disgusted with the USPS here.
Why is the weekly local food store ads delivered on Wednesday each week where as our friend in Sun City West receives her store ads on Monday of each week? The ads take effect on Tuesday each week and my mail reaches my mailbox at around 2:30 each day, give or take an hour or two. Not everyone can be first in the morning. One time in 4 years my ad was delivered on Tuesday. I am not saying it is my post office causing the delay, it may be that the ads are not scheduled for delivery by the printer till Wednesday here in Goodyear.

I think they leave the phone off the hook. I have been trying to call for the past 2 days and all I get is a busy signal. We moved, and I have a question about our forwarded mail...very simple question that requires a person to ask...not an automated system. I tried to call the national USPS customer service and after numerous rounds through the automated system, it said there is no customer service available at this time!!! I have a specific branch question, but live out of state now...am I supposed to fly out to AZ to go to the post office!
They Changed my lock on box by mistake. According to the carrier when I was able to catch him the lock was supposed to be changed at another location that is close to mine. Key was suppose to be left with me and no key yet. I cant get my mail out because Im at work when he delivers. I called and no one answers . No resolution available on their website. Very poor service ! Ugh

- [ ] October 1st I went to the post office located on western in Avondale to pick up my mail because I placed a hold on my mail on September 23rd. I was told that all Avondale mail was sent to the Good Year post office. I went to Good Year and my mail was not there. So October 18th I went back and same thing occurred. Monday October 21 I went to the post office and provided a change of address and also was advised to place a holder on my mail because the mail that was going to be delivered that week might not be included in the change of address. On Friday (October 24th) I went to pick up mail (from the Avondale location) because I’d seen what was going to be delivered through the Informed Delivery Daily Digest email. The Avondale location advised me to go to Goodyear they didn’t have my mail. I arrived at the Goodyear location and a very nice and a respectful associate advised me that they didn’t have it but they would tell the mail carrier to go back to the location to get my mail and come back the next morning. Saturday (October 25th) I went to pick up my mail and again they didn’t have my mail. The worst part of them not having my mail is that the mail carrier never even went to pick the mail back up. One of the associates advises me that the supervisor would go and pick my mail up. My only question was, about what time would it be ready? She asked the supervisor (Lorenzo)and he yells from across the floor how can I help you. I’m very puzzled because I thought he already knew what was going on and I didn’t understand why he was yelling at me from across the floor. I tell him I just want to know when my mail will be back and he then yells for me to walk over to him so that we are not yelling across the floor. As a supervisor I would think the professional thing to do would be to walk over to the customer and talk to them and not the customer have to walk up to him. I walk up to him and I say I only wanted to know what time to be back and he says well first thing is first do you have a key to the mailbox (first and foremost why would I be at the post office if I had key?). That lets me know he never even talked to his team about the situation which further let’s me know my concerns are not being handled properly. Because my Dialect is very culturally influenced and I’m a young African American woman and had on sweats and a T-shirt on and some glitter on my face I felt prejudged and racially profiled due to the lack of professionalism I was receiving and the fact he was talking to me like I was incompetent. He didn’t take ownership of the situation or make me feel like everything would be fixed he talked down to me and like I was ignorant. He never even introduced his self he just went right into questioning me and acting as if this was my fault. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I did everything the Usps postal associate told me to do and I’m having nonstop problems and I all I wanted was my mail.
I ordered an item off of eBay for a really good deal. Paid $20 instead of $80+. My package went out for delivery but was never updated at the end of the day. About five days after that, I finally submitted a lost package claim. They called me a few days later letting me know it would be about 7 days before I would hear back about my package. I finally hear back and they cant tell me any information about my package. And if I want a refund I have to print my receipt and go into the post office in person. Leaving me with all of the footwork to fix their mistake. I understand mistakes happen, but this is not the correct way to fix them.
Got off work and walked into the post office to pick up a package. The entrance to the counters was wide open when an employee looks at me and tells me we are closed as they help an individual in front of me. If you are close then maybe you should close the entrance to the counter so unsuspecting customers dont assume you are willing to give them assistance. Would have been better if I was given a sorry we are close instead of a you are an inconvenience to me look!
Where I live the mail box was changed out WITHOUT ME HAVING RECEIVED ANY NOTICE in my neighborhood and now my key will not fit for me to receive my mail! NOT EVEN THE WORST PROBLEM, I called 6 times and no answer HOW ABOUT YOU ANSWER THE PHONE AND HELP! My father is a mail carrier and I understand that they work hard but YOU OFFICE ADMINS NEED TO ANSWER THE PHONE!

Over an hour on the phone to be told to use the post office street address to get packages. They are not open when I am off work. THEY IMMEDIAYELY SEND THE PACKAGES BACK. It is the USPS address problem. FedEx and UPS get it right all the time.

Ordered a priority shipment due to be delivered on Saturday, Nothing arrived. Sunday they are closed, monday was a holiday. Thankfully it wasnt too essential of an item. But if it was a car part, or live insects to keep my reptiles alive its a much more serious situation. Atleast the person running deliveries got to take an early weekend.
When Im trying to track my package that was guaranteed to be here at noon or my money back..... All I could get its a damn recording. After 10-15 mins of listening to your damn recording, it finally gave me the option to talk to a person. Was told my estimated waiting time whats 20 to 40 mins. I was left on hold for 60 mins and now that the time is 5:44 pm, Im guessing you all locked up and left for the night, not checking to see that I was on hold.60min and 8 seconds of my life I cannot get back. Hopefully I will not have this problem tomorrow as Im visiting out of state . My anxiety is at 💯 because its an extremely crucial package that I had to pay extra money for,to guarantee my package by noon on the 30th, will be here tomorrow and hopefully you will return me my money without any hassle.Thanks for checking your phone line there!! So I receive a hand written notice in my mailbox today that says, mail will no longer be delivered. All mail AND packages will be held at Post Office for pickup from now on. Really?! My mail is usually checked every 2-3 days, and for the last 2-3 weeks it has been checked DAILY due to packages coming for Fathers Day. So are my packages too much of a hassle for the postman/woman to put them in the LARGER box with a key in my smaller box for me to retrieve?? Um is this NOT their JOB?! I work Monday thru Friday 8-5 like most folks do, so NOW I will only receive my packages on Saturday?!?! I have NEVER had a USPS delivery person leave a notice at ANY residence I have EVER lived in. This is ridiculous To say THE LEAST. Horrible customer service. Its a wonder the USPS is struggling to stay afloat. They dont want to do THEIR job at this location.
On my first trip here I was attended to by a grumpy, negative, female senior citizen. But...the usps blunder with my missed delivery was rectified immediately and was handled very nicely after the manger was called to assist. Suffice to say, initially negative experiences here can be turned around.
Delievered my expensive package to the wrong address. Because the shipper didn’t buy insurance the post office has no liability. What kind of business can run like this and stay open? I just want my package or want to know where it is since it says you delivered it to my box but you didn’t or I wouldn’t be making this comment and made the report. Yet been the full 7 days and I still don’t have my package. Bad bad post office. I know why the mail lady is out at 630 at night with a light on her hat and put it in the wrong box. How is that on me? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK IF YOU CANT FIND MY PACKAGE.

This is a POOR excuse of a post office when it comes to customer service. Customer service DOES NOT exist at this location! Do yourself a favor and do ALL OF YOUR mail business with the local UPS Store next to the Safeway Store off of Estrella PKWY. See what a DIFFERENCE it makes to have that experience than the HELLACIOUS one you will experience dealing with the Goodyear Post Office. This office is one of the MANY reasons people hope to see the Postal Service VANISH in a few years!!!! PATHETIC!!!!

They never ring my door bell & they never knock either! All they do is stick that notice of delivery attempt on my door or in my mailbox! Someone is ALWAYS HOME! I am disabled & cnt work my oldest son & his fiancé work at nite & my youngest son works in the evening when something is going on at the arena(where the Coyotes play). I have brought this issue to the managers many times n I see nothing has changed! It’s very disappointing that the usps has joined w FedEx and UPS on their deliverys being horrible! I wld rather not order from anyone that uses any of these 3. I have literally watched the FedEx guy sittin in his truck writing out the notice of delivery attempt then walk up my driveway stick the note on my security screen door and leave!!!!!! Although Ive had my share of horrible experiences with the USPS throughout the country, this Goodyear AZ location is by far the best Post Office Ive ever visited. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.
Wow. The only good thing I can say about this Post Office (or the USPS in general) is that anyone who actually visits one will immediately be cured of ever thinking that Government is a solution to anything. If you want government run health care I would suggest seeing what they have done with the simple task of delivering mail first.I wish this was fiction: I just moved to a new subdivision and the community has common mailboxes instead of each home having a mailbox. The HOA refers me to the Post Office to determine which one is mine. I call and wait 45 minutes with the 800 Number to find out that their system is down. I wait a few days and go in to the local office as they had suggested to do. Upon arrival I explain my need of determining which mailbox they deliver my mail to. The gentleman (I use the term loosely) explains to me that there is no record kept of this and that I need to ask the carrier that delivers my mail. I asked how he suggest I do that. He said well you could wait at the mailboxes. Deep breath.I replied Yes, I could also try my key on every single mailbox but that doesnt seem like the right way either. My neighbors might not appreciate that. He then suggest that I call their location between 930 and 1030 the next morning to try and get in touch with the carrier. I kindly asked So, if I am understanding you correctly, there is no record of where my mail is delivered to and the ONLY way of acquiring this information is to ask the one man on the planet who delivers my mail?. Amazingly, he says Yes.!We continue. So, in June of 2018, youre telling me there is one man who knows where my mail goes and he and he only is the gatekeeper of this information?Does he ever get a vacation and if he does how does the next person know where to put my mail versus anyone elses?. He replies Well we do have substitutes for his time off. I ask And how do they know where to deliver peoples mail? I kid you not, he replies well they already know that.. Naturally I have to ask And how did the substitute find out the first time? He says From the carrier.I would become upset if all of this was not so comedic. I had to ask So, if these 2 people quit tomorrow what happens to hundreds, if not thousands, of peoples mail? Naturally, this didnt get much of a response.So when I left to drive home, put on my best camouflage, and stalk the mailman I figured Id give the 800 number another crack at it. I go through the voice menus to get to a live person... Your expected hold time currently exceeds 1 HOUR. Queue the music.Ladies and gentlemen, your 2018 USPS.
This is not for people who have a job. They are closed During any convenient time . there is more.
Here in Goodyear the mail delivery is horrible about putting other neighbors mail in the wrong box I get my neighbors License tags .. And neighbors Concealed Weapons permits. Medication delivered to the wrong box. I can tell they dont pay attention when they are placing PKG in the boxes. Finding a lost PKG is a waist of your time. You get the Run around And Postal worker are dishonest when addressing the issue. Every one in my Neighborhood get someone else mail on a regular bases. We have all complained about the horrible Service. The employees inside the post office can be rude to addressing the issue with no concern ..
Only gave one star because I dont have the option to give ZERO stars! Twice in the past week, Ive ordered pick up services. The carrier has not picked up either time without me filing a complaint because they didnt pick up packages the first time. Every time I call the phone is either busy or it rings and rings with no answer. After seeing the reviews online and all of the issues others are having, I chose to escalate my concern to the main customer service number for USPS. Its time a new manager is hired at this post office. Its clear that customer service is not part of the culture from the top down at this location.

December 24th. 2018. I was packing tmy van o leave for outing with my family outside. A truck that says Us postal pulls front of my house. A man that looked like he was in his late 50s rugged beard and mustache with glasses on walks out looking at packages. I walked up to him. He seened very stressed and said to me in a stressfull manner hows it going? I said good. He then said I have some packages for you but I cant find them. Then he recant his story and said I do have a couple of them but I cant find the other one. Then a few minutes later after he was searching. He then said, I dont have them and I believe it was put on the other uspostel vehicle by mistake. We will get back to you. I said okay. Anyhow, I have been expecting a delivery from the company called wish. It has been 2 weeks and they said my package would arrive December 24th. I have it on my app. Today, I went to this uspostal location. Explained my situation and they direct me to a supervisor. I told the supervisor everything. He said that the guy is new and doesnt seem knows what he is doing and that I stopped him. I told the supervisor I didnt stop him, I told him he parked front of my house. Then the supervisor said, you ordered from China which they have a problem tracking because its not a priority mail and its from China. He asked me how long I ordered it. I said 2 weeks ago. He then said well it can take about tona month. I then said well I guess Im learning something new. He then said I yeah its best to wait. I left a little frustrated.

Had a guaranteed delivery date. Online status said that it was delivered that day at 10:50am and in my mailbox the driver left a note that my package was left at my apartment managers office. I went to the Apt manager and she had never received a package. Calling/Emailing them does not help. Just avoid United States Postal Service in general. This place in particular is complete CRAP.
0 for 3 on my first three packages delivered to new house. Tracking says package delivered, but is no where to be found. Camera proves they are neither delivered nor stolen.
I want to say that I am not a fan of USPS in Goodyear, AZ. First off, my mother (and her cat) just moved to Arizona from Vermont to live with me (and my husband) - and that was stressful in and of itself. Top it off with the post office in Goodyear, AZ attempting to deliver my mothers four (4) priority mail packages to a vacant home (wrong address!) on a Sunday morning (estimated delivery was supposed to be on Monday 8/14/2017) - then posting on the USPS website attached to the tracking numbers that the packages were delivered, then not delivered, and declared undeliverable due to an unserviceable address (hmmmm....wonder why!). Grrrrr......!!!!!! (My mother at this point was on the verge of a nervous breakdown.)Long story short - LORENZO (the hero manager!!!) was able to look up the tracking numbers we provided on the receipt (when we drove down to the post office as soon as they opened up at 8:30am on Monday morning!) and determined that the packages had been brought BACK to the post office and were in fact STILL in the back. He told us we could take them home with us and even wheeled them out to my vehicle himself. WHEW!!! (This review is two-stars, but I would give Lorenzo six-stars if I could! Best demeanor and customer service skills I have seen in a LONG time!) Thank you so much for your help, Lorenzo! You saved my mothers sanity and now she can enjoy getting settled down into living here in Arizona.My husband (who retired out of Luke AFB after 26 years of active duty service) and I have lived in the Tri-City area for 20+ years and this is the first time this has ever happened.I have three words for you.....ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Hopefully this will never happen again!
This location is very easy to get in and out of. The staff seem to be very friendly. I however hate how long the lines are so I use he self serve kiosk.
I wouldnt give any star, I didnt have a choice!!This location is HORRIBLE!! They consistently lose my packages!! GET IT TOGETHER!! They also have no working number to call and get some sort of Customer Service.
My mailbox lock was changed without authorization from me or my husband. I went into the post office, and they were unable to tell me why or who changed the lock. They assured me someone would come the following day to change the lock and drop off the keys to me at home. After waiting all day, I never received any keys! Now some random person has had access to our mail for the last four days! This is completely unacceptable.
Government run facility. That said, it is one of the better post offices Ive been to.
As mentioned in my other statements about USPS regarding the lack or urgency and empathy, USPS has good people working for them. The system the use needs to jump to the 21st Century. Lorenzo saved the day by going to the USPS in Downtown Avondale to find my certified mail.He knew it was there unfortunately Avondale USPS didnt give a better effort. It took me 4 trips. Lorenzo owned up and represented USPS well. I wish USPS employees would model after him.
Frustrating to not have my packages... I thought the post office was suppose to deliver packages but for some reason two of my orders ended up in some parcel locker. Adding more to the level of aggravation is calling and getting an automated system that took way more time than it should have until I finally got in a Que waiting 30-45 minutes for a callback. :(
They cannot get their act together! Today I got a notification from eBay that a package was delivered. I went to my mailbox, my package was not in there, but my neighbors mail was! This is the third time in two weeks I have gotten somebody else’s mail and not my own! It’s the 17th time in five months. Why can’t they hire drivers who know how to read?!?!
Everyone was very nice how full and pleasant willing to help always had a smile on their face
