Love their curbside service. I just order on the website and go pick it up when they email me. They even load it in my car for me. The employees are always super helpful and fo a great job.

I still prefer to go to home Depot however when I do need to go to Lowes or its the only store available Im able to find what I need. On some items they do have them cheaper than home Depot and they do have some items at home Depot does not carry that doesnt mean that I prefer the store

Always a pleasant and positive experience when shopping at this Lowes. Which inspires my creativity. Lowes has a wider selection of colors in caulk. This store is clean, neat and organized. Staff asked if we needed help but we didnt. He replied, if you have questions I will be right over here. Excellent customer service. 😀

You know how even though there are tons of Lowe’s I always go to this one . Doesn’t matter there is one the same distance away. Workers are always there to help. And they don’t have that grumpy face on. Plus you can socialize your pet here. It’s pet friendly. Which is any Lowe’s but I guess I just like Lowe’s.

Service in carpet, tile and towel was very outstanding. The gentleman who helped use was very out standing and answered all question we asked. Understand all our needs. Will highly recommend Lowes store to everyone. Keep up the good work. Oh the gentleman that waited on us has been there for three years and knows the locations of all stock.

Cheery, helpful staff. We visited the plumbing secton, got 4 brass sill valves, verified the price as marked to the part number, (I have had problems here and with the other large home improvement store with inaccurate posted prices) then proceeded to the paint section, and got my gallon of acetone. Then on to the garden section to look at plants for our front yard. Took pics, read descriptions, and made plans to return with our truck.Checked out at the garden section register, where the bill seemed too high. Upon further inspection, the four valves rang up at nearly $3.00 EACH more than the posted $7.47 each price. I called it to the attention of the cashier, and was told to go back to plumbing (at almost the opposite end of the store) take the receipt, take a picture of the posted price, and go see the manager to reconcile the inaccuracy (nearly 50% of the price!!!) Cashiers arent allowed to take care of any of this type of problem, just take your money....As we were dressed up, and just took a quick stop in before our dinner reservation, we went on to our dinner appointment.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Bottom line: We have to go back, take a pic, and find a manager for my $12.00 plus tax. Or just take a pic of every posted price on everything I purchase next time. Or just shop at the other big box store....

Love this place. Always nice employees and they are ready to help cut the wood down so it fits in my rig. Please let them accept tips. Its up to the customer to tip those guys and if you dont want to pay them more money thats fine but allow tips. If you think they get paid enough then lets watch you survive on the income they have. Or just allow tips. Thank you.

Went to buy a shower door for a newly remodeled bathroom. Their displays were absolutely pitiful. For a store to be a distributor for some of the largest shower door companies, its amazing they still are. No one on the floor in that department to help. Even to go through catalogs to see product. No one around and this was at 2:00 PM. I guess Ill contact the manufacturer and find another distributor that gives customer service and wants to sell products.

Lowe’s has gone down hill for awhile now. They never have anything. They try not to honor their warranty on Kobalt tools. I’ve started going to Home Depot more and more. At this point I’ve given up on Lowe’s. Home Depot is a better store with a vastly better selection and doesn’t have all the corporate woke ideology.

So as I sit here and watch the Lowes delivery drivers try to get my new fridge in the house...scratching it inside amd out. The drivers tell me I should get a smaller unit and send this back. Now I paid for new water line and hook up...yet no new line and now no water to the fridge. This is the worst exoerience ever. Call the store and they are clueless. You will not get another dime of our money.

Wanted to buy a sheet of peg board...But dont have a large truck for it..Nor do I know anybody with a truck..I went to the wood cutting station and the 2 high school kids said they wont cut peg board..I was mad, went to the front desk and asked why...they didnt know why..they said after asking 3 other people because of the harmful fibers and vapors in the peg board they wont cut it...B.S. its just 2 lazy high school kids that didnt want to work...So how does somebody that needs pegboard buy peg board, if you dont have a truck to haul it in??? The next day I went back, only 1 of the lazy kids were there. I asked the manager why they dont cut peg board...he said its just policy...no reason WHY...its just policy..He said..how do you need it cut. I said I just need ONE cut...so I can fit it in my car. The manager actually said..Well its up to him if he wants to cut it or not...its a safety hazard..But 1 cut shouldnt be a problem. I went back to the cutting station. Dragging this full sheet of peg board from back of the store to the front, from front to the back of the store.And the kid says, I cant cut that we arent allowed to. I told the lazy kid, the manager just told me, You can do 1 cut..so I can fit it in my car. He gets on his walkie talkie ear bud thing, and it takes about 3 or 4 minutes of him talking to somebody. And then he says...Yeah sorry I just cant cut it...company policy....LAZY KID...STUPID POLICY!!!! YOU ARE LOSING SALES..LOWES..YOU THINK EVERYONE HAS A LONG BED PICKUP TRUCK TO BUY PEG BOARD!!

I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the man that helped me Fathers Day weekend! He was so kind, patient, and helpful with my son and I choosing my fiancé’s Fathers Day gift. I almost bought the wrong tool, but he took the time to go through almost every brand with me and made sure I got the best deal. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service. The location itself always has friendly, but this was above and beyond. Thank you so much to the man who helped me with the Kobalt impact gun Saturday evening before Father’s Day!

Absolutely the worst Lowes in the valley. The employee at the custom doors desk left and never came back. 40 minutes later called the main line to ask for a manager and now going on 15 minutes and no one. About 10 employees ha e passed by in that time and not one asked if we needed help. We will never shop at Lowes ever again.

This is the best Lowe’s I’ve ever shopped at!I’d like to give a specific thanks to CODY he was in the plumbing isle and he was killing it he help me and 3 other customers in the matter of 5 minutes. He went above and beyond for everyone !He was super nice and very knowledgeable. I also had a great experience at the customer service desk with KALEE and who I think was her manager but I didn’t get the gentleman’s name . Overall great experience! I would definitely shop here again! Great customer service! I went to two different Lowe’s before coming to this one looking for an 1/2 impact wrench by Craftsman and was unable to find it in other Lowe’s and didn’t receive the same service at other Lowe’s as this one. DJ was extremely helpful and took this time to look for the product I needed, gave different suggestions of other products that could work as well and continued looking for the product I needed and found it! I was extremely satisfied and was one of the best service I have ever had. DJ is an excellent, dedicated and helpful employee! I appreciate all his help and if I need anything else I will be coming back to this Lowe’s!

Girls in the paint department were amazing and extremely helpful. Self checkout was another story. While there were only 2 cash registers, it was fine but no ability to scan my Lowes card especially since I have a Military Discount...when I asked, she said I had to use one with a hand scanner, and on (1) with the hand scanner didnt work and I wasnt offered a manual scan. Had to jump in the other line and wait again to have my items purchased. My cashier was very nice.

I tried to purchase three different patio table and chair sets and each one was out of stock. The manager refused to sell us the displays. I don’t understand why they would rather have the displays just sit there rather than sell them for $800.00 - $1,000.00. I ended up buying from Amazon (again). Same story with a pergola we wanted from Lowe’s. They wouldn’t sell the last one off the floor so since Amazon had it we bought it from Amazon. Another $1,000.00 Lowe’s refused.

Considering were in Arizona with record high heat I think they would have a better selection of AC units.

Went to return an item and I thought customer service people are supposed to be nice to the customers . Apparently not at this Lowe’s. Allen at customer service was rude and the funny thing is that he was only being rude to hispanics. I will not be back to this Lowe’s.

I frequently visit this location. The last 18-24 months it seems to be mixed up for the lack of a better description. I obviously see there is some rearranging and such going on so I understand things can be in disarray but the website rarely matches any location of the item in store or it shows nothing at all or the key word search is so specific you cant find it online. The latest visit I needed some tomato/pepper cages. The garden center entry wasnt open, no big deal. I go inside and walk to the GC to get cages. Well the gates locked and noone in sight to open it for a few minutes at the very least. They had no cages within the fence. Really not the end of the world but Im getting frustrated with the little things here.

I must say, this Lowe’s would be great if things went according to plan. I’m not sure where the supply chain gets interrupted or where the weakest links are in the process but having two cancelled delivery orders and then a month out estimated delivery date is unfortunate. “Estimated” simply because no one on the delivery side can confirm for sure whether or not the appliance will be on hand. I understand that is out of their control. What is in their control is notifying the buyer that the order will not arrive on the date agreed upon. That is unfortunate and quite frankly a huge waste of time for me to wait around for a delivery and never be notified it won’t be coming.I hope Terrell D Telles and the team at Goodyear Lowe’s gets it together. Ive had many experiences anytime I decided to go to lowes where there is no customer service in each department. One time there was no customer service in the shower door department. Horrible. We walked out and bought the $300 doors at home depot no problem. Yesterday, same exact problem in electrical, no help at all. I remember now why we like to go to Home Depot. (There is no help to buy or ask questions at all)

Salespersons extremely helpful and nice. They exhibited genuine desire to help. Prices excellent. Loved the clearance section in garden.

Had a good experience. I went in for third garden section. And they had quite an impressive selection of plants to choose from. Most of the plants looked healthy and taken care of. However there was a couple that looked like they had already died still on the shelf for sale in the house plant section. But I was thrilled to see they had fiddle fig leaf trees in stock.

I was able to find everything that I wanted at a reasonable price.

If you know you’re looking for it’s great if you don’t you better have the right shoes!

Lowes is one of our favorite store with many good deals from fridge, wash and dryer to blinds that we bought from them.That was one of many reasons why we stopped by there while we were around that area.The store wasnt really looked well-organized with many inventory didnt sit well in its place.Fortunately there was a gentleman walked by when my husband needed some help. The store was easy to see from street.My husband was looking for pruning tools and the store has what he was looking for. Just need to wait until they put those on sale.We saved up a lot of money with military discount Lowes offered. But overall, particularly for this store, I prefer the one in Peoria.

I am not sure if it was the location or the the fact that it was the first day of spring but thier indoor plant selection was beautiful, healthy, well stocked and more diverse than any other Ive seen in Arizona and typically priced.The outdoor garden area was beautiful, and healthy as well with a plethora of customers.A live Bat was stuck inside the store, it took a few of us customers to lead it back to the door and keep the door open so he could leave! Great teamwork with a loud cheer when he got freeBathroom was large and well stocked. I saw several clearance endcaps throughout the store. Everything was labeled and priced. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Wish my local store was this nice.

Its Lowes. You have been one you have been to most. It feels like they have 2 or 3 different floor layouts, but generally the same, store to store. Some have a better selection of open box or languishing plants I like Lowes slightly better than HD because of the aisle width and lighting.

Spend your 2k plus elsewhere. After reassurance that there was an extensive process in scheduling heavy/high dollar deliveries and “nothing would just be dropped off.” It was. I was provided no tracking, spent and hour and a half on the customer service line being passed around saying this wouldn’t happen and that I would get a call once item was at the Phoenix hub to schedule a delivery.I emphasized this due to going out of town and not wanting it delivered with no one at the address. I was also told that this white glove service would have item delivered behind a gate or could be there to guide best place for massive item.Long story short. After multiple calls to the store, to shipping company and then to online customer service-nothing. The only way to have this item moved is to REQUEST A RETURN.What a joke.Taking all of our renovation projects personal and professional elsewhere.

The Home Depot down the road is always super packed, so I came to Lowe’s. I arrived early at this Lowe’s, about 6:20a and it was so dark at the store front, I thought it was closed. I was happy it was open and I was maybe the only customer. I got what I needed and went to checkout. Only self checkout was open with a big sign saying no military discount on self checkout. I asked the lady watching the self checkout to relay to the manager that they should have a register open if the self checks can’t do it. I didn’t have time to redo it, and I only spent like $75 so it wasn’t a huge deal. Just kinda irritating that Lowe’s makes you go through a bit of a pain to set up the military discount on their app, then I can’t use it.

I understand store policy, however we remodeled our entire bathroom through them and I have never been hassled so much at a customer service counter. On two different occasions. The second time really was horrible. We needed to exchange a pack of light bulbs for a different watt. The email e receipt was not good enough it took 25 min. For them to do a EXCHANGE FOR A PRODUCT 14.96 OF VALUE. They gave us a hard time about our Vanity as well. After repeated times of bad customer service at the counter, we will be shopping at Home Depot. I have never had a bad experience with them. I will say the man that help us on the floor was amazing and helpful. I wish I would have got his name. The reason for two stars is because of the ppl on the sales floor. That customer service counter would get a 0.

Troy is lighting was extremely helpful educating us about using a dimmer with LED lights. Feel in love with this vessel sink. Very helpful getting our water heater loaded up, but they guy working on this department was a bit defensive.

We just bought a dishwasher from Lowes, and used their installation/retrieval service as well.Very professional, timing was communicated clearly, and they picked up our busted old DW and installed the new one with zero hassle.Worth the little extra to use their service. New model comes in, old goes out, could not be easier.

All I can say is that its better than going to home Depot.

Very poor customer service!I walked from one side of the store to the other looking for an a/c filter but had trouble locating the filters. I also couldn’t find any employees, despite walking from one side of the store to the other (yet you can find them all gathered in a circle having meetings in the middle of the store if you get there early in the morning).I came upon employee “Manny” near the flooring department, who was finishing up with a customer between a couple aisles.I patiently waited my turn within a few feet of them. At one point the customer was writing something on paper so there was a break in the conversation,. I asked, “Excise me,, sir, could you direct me to the a/c filters?” Manny looked at me and without reply turned back to the other customer.There was silence then, and Manny made a comment to the customer and a brief conversation between them ensued.I continued to patiently wait. The customer was then about to walk away when Manny told her to follow him. I again told Manny that I had a quick question about locating an item. Manny looked at me without saying a word, turned from looking at me, and walked past me.The customer apologized to me and followed Manny.I told the customer that I wasn’t bothered by her but rather Manny’s unprofessional contact and lack of kindness. Manny didn’t even respond, as if I didn’t exist.I then left the store and made my purchase at The Home Depot.It’s a shame Manny felt put out by the very hand that helps provide him a paycheck. I’m curious what he would do if Lowe’s had to close its doors if every employee treated customers in that manner and business cane to halt due to no more customers tolerating the mistreatment.

They were great definitely great the only store in town that actually has a inverter generators in store couldnt believe it let me in the exit 2 minutes to 8:00 when they close thanks Tony appreciate it buddy good years a good place I came from surprise in my motorhome I was there in 16 minutes walked in the exit picked up that generator and walked back out the door it was great thanks guys

I found this store has more than my local Lowes store on 75th Avenue n W McDowell rd Phoenix this Lowes is at 130th Avenue n W McDowell rd Goodyear very friendly n very helpful they help load my items in my car since I have to use a cane n I had my Service Dog with me (she is not big enough to put the items in car if she could she would) it just seems like they more items in stock than others Store I think this maybe my new Lowes even if it is 4 miles farther away

Everyone was very helpful! There was one gentleman that kind of sighed when I asked him where something was and I apologize for bothering him however the girl that worked in the lawn and garden area by the weed killer was absolutely the most helpful I wish I remembered her name. There were two man standing at the door as I was leaving with 120 lb of pellet salt and three bags of steer manure would offer to assist when they saw I was going outside by myself I dont normally ask for help but they should look for opportunities to assist people that have large loads. Im not sure if its because of the pandemic that they didnt.

My purchase of a washer and dryer with this location has been awful. While I understand that stock is an issue, we were told we would have our appliances delivered on the morning of 11/28. Nearing the end of the delivery period, having had no contact from Lowes, I called to get a status update. I was transferred to their receiving department, and was then hung up on. After a second attempt to get an update, I tried to get an update directly from their front desk, and then I was transferred to their receiving department where I was met with highly unsatisfactory and rude customer service. I was told that, due to a delayed dryer, they decided not deliver my washer WITHOUT CONTACTING ME beforehand. As new homeowners, this lack of communication was very disorienting as we could have made proper preparations beforehand. Now, Saturday afternoon plans need to be canceled, new expenses for drying equipment are made last minute, and I am left knowing that I will never trust Lowes with future appliance purchases. I spoke with their manager only to be told sorry, well make sure to get that washer delivered today and follow up on those training opportunities. No real resolution. Only inconvenience and poor customer service.I tend to be reasonable and understanding, but this was poorly handled. Lowes dropped the ball on this 2k purchase. For those considering this Lowes for appliance purchases, I warn you to reconsider.

Purchased maytag washer in Feburary of this year. Ask about warranty on washer sales person informed it had 10 year warranty. Delivered washer slightly dented. Driver noted on delivery receipt get credit for damage. Then washer would only wash on normal cycle. Called Maytag set up an appointment for repair. Then received a call from Maytag repair will be charge. Called Maytag show sales receipt just purchased washer less than month. Repair person informed us the installer had not installed the hoses correctly.No charge. Received the bill no credit issued went to lowes and credit was given Since, sales person did not recommend the warranty on the washer. Went to Lowes file a complaint try to get the extended warranty on Washer. Still working on this issue.To may headaches Im no longer going to be a deicated Lowes customer.

A great place to find what you need in this limited Hardware Store market

Went by this Lowes because we were in the area. Walked in and was greeted by multiple associates. Huge signs directed me in the right direction. Found what I needed in a matter of mins. Multiple lines open and I was able to use the self checkout. Helpful associate at self checkout and was able to use My Lowes card and military discount. Got in and out in a matter of 5 mins max.

Bought security door... Biggest mistake we have ever made. Tried to get manager to refund but didnt know how. Decided to just forget it and wait for installation. Installer called, set up time & date then never showed up. Buy from somewhere else

The worst experience that Ive ever had to deal with. I was treated like a criminal just because I went through self checkout and I was $7 short so they said I had to go find the $7 and buy a gift card or I would lose and have to give up my remaining $138 balance. Ill be in contact with corporate.
