I had toe nail fungus on 2 toe nails. I saw Golden Apples ad in the West Valley View. I called to ask how much it cost and how well it worked. The staff took the time to explain it all to me over the phone, so I set up an appointment to get a treatment. They got me an appointment right away. When I arrived, the office was easy to find, clean, and had lots of information about other treatments they offer. My appointment took only 15 mins. I was able to get back to work, with no down time. The staff told me how to take better care of my toes and outlined the over-the-counter creams and powered to use. I went to find them at the store, called Golden Apples staff to get assistance and they again took the time to make sure I got the correct creams. Their customer service is excellent. You dont find that much these days. I will return to take advantage of some facial and spider vein treatments!

I was doing laser hair removal treatments for my underarms. I am loving the results! I dont have to shave anymore. The technician is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back and get more done!

I have been to many different medical spas over the years, so I have a good reference point as to compare customer service, costs, treatment options, and results. By far, Golden Apple has stood out amongst them all. And Im fairly picky - so that says a lot! The customer service has always been exceptional. Anytime Ive called to ask a question or set up an appointment they are extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I go in for treatments I never feel rushed, everything is always explained clearly to me, and I always feel comfortable discussing with the staff my long term goals. Because of this they are familiar with me and my skin, and I feel confident in the treatments they help me pick to achieve my goals and budget. I must add, that Ive never felt pressured at all, only willingness to offer suggestions as to things I might want to consider doing. Im so happy I finally found a medical spa on the west side that does such great work. For reference: at this office Ive had laser treatments, botox, microdermabrasion, and laser peels. They do exceptional work and Ive had great results. That is why I continue to rely on them for their expertise and great customer service. Highly recommended.

I visited Golden Apple Skin the day before my facial to see the office and staff. The office is professional and the staff very informative. Today I met April for my Ultimate Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Skin Tightening, Microdermabrasion and Ultrasound treatment. April was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and explained everything she was doing during the treatment. I was very satisfied with the feel of my face and did not have any redness or sensitivity afterward. I will go back to Golden Apple Skin for another microdermabrasion in a couple of months.

I have had several procedures done at Golden Apple and have been happy with all of them (Botox, microderm, photo facial, and laser skin tightening treatment). The staff is very pleasant and is patient with any and all questions Ive had. I never have felt pressure to get additional procedures or products. I am always concerned about looking plastic or fake and I have never had that problem with this spa. The results always make me look rested and refreshed.

Have gone twice for Botox and have been thrilled. Great, friendly, well-educated staff. Been very pleased with their pricing as well. So much better than when I used to chase Groupon deals & drive all over the valley.

The customer service was very pleasant. However, my results were extremely unsatisfactory. I did not see any reviews on this place since it was fairly new, boy I wish I had! I was getting laser hair removal, purchased their package of 6 for $550 I did notice after the first 2 my hair not growing back as fast or as thick. But by the 6th treatment my hair was still coming in. So of course I needed to get another set! I was told that if I did need to purchase additional treatments they would be reduced. They were not. It seemed the treatments had stopped working. I was not getting any newer results by my 10th treatment and when I made a comment to the technician her response was well your hair is finally starting to grow in the same cycle. After that treatment my hair started growing back the very next day! It just seemed like a complete waste of time and money! I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

I took advantage of the Ultimate skin-rejuvenation treatment purchase from Groupon. It was great and I couldnt be happier with the results! The dark spots on my face have noticeably faded and my pores are smaller. Im not so self conscious about my dark spots now. I definitely want to go back for another laser treatment and microderm facial. The staff were awesome!

They have very competetive specials and great products. I would reccommend Golden Apple skin laser and veins to anyone. I love my skin after I go there.

I do not live in AZ but visit my sister about 4 times a year. I have been to Golden Apple twice. Once on a Groupon and the second time because they did such a great job the first time! I went for Botox and ended up trying the Xeomin. The cost was a bit less than Botox so I thought what-the-hell! I am very happy with the results. I have been getting Botox/Dysport for many years and from a few different Doctors/Medical Spas. I know when it works and when it doesnt. Dr. Figuaroa knows what he is doing.I might add that the staff has always been very pleasant and friendly. I will be back for more!

Unfortunately, this location has closed. If you are looking for April Yeager, their former lead aesthetician, she is now seeing clients at Celebrity Skin Studio in Litchfield Park. She is awesome!
