I was so excited to sign my kids up for swimming lessons and to find out they were never signed up. So all that paper work I did and her taking pics of my id and putting in my info into the computer basically for nothing. To find out they were never registered. Smdh

Signing up was easy! Great Customer Service. Informative and detailed oriented. Excited to begin the water aerobics classes.

The teachers for swimming pool they are very bad and they don’t know how to teach the kids and know my kids they hit the pool. Because the teacher don’t have experience!!

Ive seen good YMCAs, and this one isnt good. This random YMCA Ive been going to because I live near it is very small. All they offer is there swimming pool. A while ago they had a lounge for gaming and tv for kids, now they dont and thats a reason why theyre doing so poorly. Let the kids have fun while their parents are exercising. That was one of the reasons they came anyways. The main workout area is duller than my local gym. The swimming pool is mediocre. If the main selling point that intrigues everyone is the pool, at least make the attraction pool better with funner rides than just a slide that makes you go in a 360 degree angle 2 times and go back on again until you realize its your hundredth time on the slide.

This place is the best. Devon the childcare director is the excellent. The fact that they have provided care since the first day schools closed is amazing. Highly recommend.

$$$$$ Very expensive membership. They are always closing the pool for lightning in the area. The diving boards and slide are randomly closed every so often. Nice workout area. Very nice little kiddie pool, when open. Watch your kids though, I dont trust the cute little teenagers they hire as life guards.

I left some soap in the bathroom and tried to recover it. The girls at the counter were so rude. Complete b.s. There are people with no job and this girl acts like it’s her playground at work. Go back to elementary school.

Ive been a member here for 5+ years. I love the facility especially the pool. Locker rooms are clean and lockers are large. They just remodeled the shower area also. The staff when you walk in are very friendly and you feel like you are home. There is a huge gym and some awesome classes.

Great place, with a good gym and pool. They have good family pricing and childcare services for up to two hours while you work out. They have a ton of extra programs, like after school care, a summer program for kids, karate, swimming classes. The staff is very friendly as well.

Honestly, YMCA has had a big impact on me and my family. We go to the YMCA to spend time together and even to work out as a family. I would definitively recommend for other family and especially if you have young ones because they have a very friendly set of staff and even a daycare.

We have been family members for 10 years. I rarely went and there were many reasons for that. 1) class times are very limited and very crowded. 2) There is NOWHERE to change your kids, especially if you have infants!! You arent allowed to use the womens locker room, which would be much better. Instead you have to use the family changing room, which is anything but designed for families. You have to lay them on the floor to change them. When I went with my older girls (5 and 7), there isnt anywhere to put anything! No counters, tables, benches, or chairs to lay out dry clothes or put down wet swim suits and towels. Its just AWFUL!! 3) Class times are very limited and crowded. 4) They close early, so if you wanted to go after you put your kids to bed, too bad! 5) I just cancelled my membership and due to the 30 day cancellation notice and the timing of my cancellation, I am PAYING for 2 MONTHS AFTER I CANCELLED THE MEMBERSHIP!! Totally unacceptable!! 6) The child care is a joke. Theres someone at the front desk who minimally observes the kids. There isnt anyone outside to monitor them. Basically, its a free for all for the kids and hardly any adult supervision. I am happy to cancel this membership and have been wanting to for years. There are so many better gym options out there. For an organization based on young people and families, that history is not reflected in this location.

Never to busy. Has enough machines and free weights. Kids club is awesome and entertaining. Much cheaper then lifetime and doesnt charge for every kid, which is great because we are foster parents and often have multiple kids. We dont need fancy, we dont need towel service. We love YMCA!

We have a family membership and its nice to be able to leave the kids in the daycare and workout. The gym is nice but doesnt have some machines that I would like. Ive never seen it too crowded. The pool is nice as well.

I come three times a year to watch my child swim during open swim. I dont use any of the facility and they try to charge 15.00 to come and watch when I can stand outside the fence and watch from there limiting the interaction and supervision I can provide to my child. Ridiculous!

Was excited when I saw there werent a lot of people here so my kids and I could go swimming. I found out why not many people were swimming, they have so many stupid rules here. The diving boards are closed down too, you cant go swimming in the deep end, and you can play with your kids. The pool here sucks!

Showed up today after work with my 8 year old hoping to use the daycare/gym. I was told the daycare opened in 20 min. (3pm) I stalled around town, waited the 20 min. Only to be told to come back at 3:30pm. First day ended with frustration and skipped out due to poor customer service. Buyer Beware, maybe tomorrow will turn out better.

Staff are friendly they remember your name and the kids that belong to you. During summer time my kids like the swimming facility and have a great tine and awesome for me because by the time we get home they are worn out.

My two boys were bullied by three thugs in their summer camp program. Nothing was done by camp supervisors despite repeated complaints by my boys. When I found this out I pulled my boys out of program and demanded a refund and an explanation of what will be done to prevent this from happening to other children. Thus far Im getting little to no answers. Supervisor Devon Casem passed my complaint to Todd Heimecke. I dont believe he is very interested in pursuing any action towards these thugs or training for his staff. Employee attitudes come from the top down in any business. Beware

I have been a member for several months and I thinks its great. Day care for my son, yoga for my wife, weights and cardio for me and pool for all of us.

Kid pool too often closed, pool for adults to narrow, classes to expensive, leaving soo, agressive staff, too many kids for 1 adult, changing schedule too often, Im sorry is the truth

My friend and I went for the first time to this Ymca the girl asked us if we had been before, which we both responded that we have not. She handed us a form to fill, we paid our 20 dollars and she gave us a day pass. The girl did not even give us a map or volunteer to show us around, when we asked where to go she pointed and said last door on the right is the locker room.The place appeared to be clean and the girl was friendly enough, but there was no customer service.Then we changed into our bathing suits for the 6:30 am aqua zumba class only to find the fliers had a typo and the class is held at 6:30 pm (not am)on wed and 8:30am on friday. We got our money back and left.This did not leave a good taste in my mouth to ever return.

Never had an issue until today a staff member told me they couldnt watch my son. They were willing to watch him before.

Great place great lifeguards and instructers

They will continue to charge payment on credit card after cancellation notice is giving weeks in advance billing cycle.
