Just got windshield replaced. Very unhappy and don’t have time to address as I’m moving out of state tomorrow. NOT factory glass, and was not disclosed to me, so no sound shield or logo, and the glass fits poorly. It looks like it was almost forced in, as there is damage to the plastic housing when the new glass was placed. Old black adhesive was not removed and is visible through the gaps on the sides of the ill-fitting windshield. Tech left multiple paint dings in my car while replacing. See photos. Band of adhesive from old windshield visible across the new windshield because it’s not attached in the same place. Matter of fact, tech ripped away the cloth lining the roof of the interior of my car at the old windshield line, and it’s just hanging there. So bad. So so bad.

Awesome service. I called. They quoted me within minutes with just my vehicle information. Pulled up to the yard and they pulled my car back right away. In all, my car was fixed in 2 hours from my first call. Great price awesome people.

Im changing to a four star. The tint they put on my windows, while a bit choppy, is holding good. My back window has a few bubbles though. They said I was warranted for a year so well see. If they do.... Ill go five star. I would rather better quality work for the price, but it is still decent. 5 stars if they fix my back window

These guys fixed my window at a low to average price, very friendly, very HONEST! No need to worry about them charging you for stuff they didn’t do. I had the ceramic tint done on my truck and initially it had spots from dust all over. I took it back and they redid all the windows for free and it was perfect. They even fixed a spot in my windshield where a rock hit, for free! Crystal was very understanding and helped ensure that the replaced was done correctly. Highly recommend this place.

I got my Honda CRV tinted with them. We had some scheduling issues at first but they were quick to fix the problems and help me get the service I needed. The tint looks great! It’s a lifetime warranty and if any bubbles or peeling shows up they will fix it for free. Highly recommend this place!

Terrible. 6 hours to install our windshield. And thats with an appointment and prior coordination with employees. 6 hours and no updates...no information on status. 6 hours ...thats correct. 6 hours on one car. No apologies from Manager or employees. Terrible service.

Returned the next day after a windshield replacement for resealing,they turned me the keys with the driver side weather strip hanging from my trucks bed,and 2 days later tried to use my windshield wipers only to find the damage to the ¼ outlet hoses that feed water,definitely do not recommend them at all.

For anyone who’s thinking about going to Avondale AutoGlass don’t.. took my wife’s truck to get the rear window tinted. The worker wet the whole truck instead of just the back window not sure why he had to wet the whole truck. Not only that he didn’t clean the windows after he was done with the back window. Place is not professional at all returning someone’s vehicle back in this condition. When I was waiting for my truck to be pulled up to the front I waited 10min. When I advised the front desk it hadn’t been brought up the young man stated they were “cleaning” it.. place is trash, not recommended.

These guys are great. Fast, friendly service. Dont judge quality by location. Yes, its a roughed up trailer, but the workmanship and their ability to fix a windshield or rock chip at competitive prices far exceeds the appearance. With all the gravel that gets tossed around out on the I-10 and 101 hywy, Im glad I found a place that can fix rock chips at a good price. It keeps my insurance rates down. Plus they are close to my house and can usually get a chip fixed in under an hour.

Called their office today at 1pm to get my passanger front window replaced on my truck. They told me to bring it on in at 130pm. They replaced my window and matched my tint by 4pm. Definitely recommend this shop and the employees were very helpful.

Not even worth ONE star!! Glass is so foggy, the weather stripping is so incredibly sloppy, cuts are way too short and they tried to fill it in with glue. The stripping is also bubbled up in areas. Do not waste your time! I wish I couldve waited until Monday for Safelite, but Im traveling. Glue was also all over my headliner and pillars. The older man was very nice, the younger guy had no idea what he was doing. Absolute Worst place to go, beware!! I will be calling Professionals to fix this mess when I get home!

I have always used Safelite for my autoglass replacement but had a not so great experience the last time. I decided to look around and called Auto Glass Avondale. They had the windshield ready the same day but I actually had to postpone a couple days because the insurance claim/adjuster took longer than to have the windshield ready. They were able to accommodate the tint strip on the windshield which led to me leaving Safelite in the first place. Large inventory of windshields and quality install, will use again.

Terrible place to go I got my driver and passenger sides tinted there for $80 literally 1 hour later lots of bubbles I called them they said give it a week I did and a week later its peeling off so I take it back make me wait 30 minutes and they said yeah we took the tint off put new one on there and I go look its the same tint and the part that was peeling he cutt of and put like sharpie on it made my window look terrible and they refused to fix it they are a bunch of frauds
