Vary poor dispatching with drivers some of the drivers will always get good jobs Cecilia once stole driver info took to driver solutions.
Been working with CDS for almost 15 years. The staff here work hard to get things done. They never see failure, only challenges to take them to a greater level of awesomeness. Their team is also comprised of several talented individuals that strive to promote safety, reliability and customer satisfaction. Sure wish I worked for this family!
Friendly proffessional staff. Very interested in finding the right job for there clients.
Application was misleading. Answer all the questions with the truth and honesty. Was placed on a job that I wasnt able to do. But I accepted it because I needed work and Im a single father. Told Zack I couldnt do the job no longer. Because I had to be home at night with my kids. All of a sudden my 20 year criminal history popped up and they couldnt employee me no longer. This company is a JOKE!! Goodyear Az location.
Great place to work! Staff are very accommodating and always friendly!
Staying busy as a driver . Work work work! Paying more than most local full time jobs. Nice dispatchers. Not like HDS.
Good company with great people!

A wonderful place to work they keep you working very friendly and professional people there love this place
At CDS they support their drivers..treat you with respect and always get you the work needed with flexible schedule...I would definitely recommend CDS!
I worked for CDS as a dispatcher from 2012-2015 at the California branch. This is a smaller company where you arent just going to be a number, they actually look out for you. The safety department works really hard to approve drivers quick. The sales team has landed some very reputable companies to work for, as long as you are up front about the kind of work youre willing to do and the shifts youre willing to work, they will keep you busy. The only con I can think of is new hires usually work day to day for the first several weeks until dispatch can find a permanent placement, and thats usually due to the hiring companies screening process. If youre an OTR driver burnt out from the road or youre semi-retired just looking for a few days a week, its a no brainer, call CDS.
This place is a joke. I worked there temporarily as a driver and my girlfriend was a dispatcher. She was constantly coming home in tears because the owners of the company were making her take the on-call phone for the entire weekend and threatened to fire her if she didnt. She would be up all day, and most of the night with the phone ringing off the hook. When I came into the office to pick up my last paycheck, I overheard 2 of the office girls talking about how they are constantly mistreated by management and how a former female employee was sexually harrassed in the office, and they were scared because the guy still works there. The employees that work there are obviously miserable and mistreated. From a driver stand point, I would not recommend this company to a fellow driver in search of work. The dispatchers will lie and mislead you to take a job that they are trying to fill.
Way back in 2001 worked for them, was unemployed so no money, owner came out to job he gave me 20 dollars for lunch. Then years later came back to them did drug screen, then step father passed, helping mother out of state for 5 months, came back and they said I could not work for them with no explanation.
Ive worked off and on for CDS since 2013. For the most part everyone does well with communication and keeping you busy. The trucking industry has slow periods during the year and those times are really the only times they couldnt keep me working. I have found that communication with everyone in dispatch every couple days with your available time and what your looking for will help keep you working. I have came back to CDS again because Im starting school again and CDS offers the flexible schedule needed to be a fulltime student and work at the same time. Ive worked for Trans Force(Dana Every) and they are a joke compared to CDS, and Dempsey from HDS now works for TransForce which makes things much more of a joke over there. CDS will always be more or less family for me, regardless of what Im doing work wise. Great company.
