I generally do not put up reviews but I felt the need to warn other about this place. Called them about my 2 year old dog possibly having hookworm. They told me it would be a month and a half till they could see her. That appeared to be the only option. They gave me the names of two other vets neither of which responded to my calls. You would think that they would have at least told me to bring in a stool sample so they could test for the “possibility” of hookworm but no. I found another vet that could get me in a couple days. I will never go back to these people. If I could give them zero stars I would. Thanks for letting me vent.

We have been going here for years and they have always taken care of us. They remember all our pets by name. We recently had to put one of our pups down and they were respectful and understanding of our loss. They made sure we had as much time as we needed to say goodbye even though they were really busy. I recommend them to everybody I know. Thank you guys so much.

I have never written a review but this place was absolutely awful. I went in with my new rescue pup because she was throwing up and I wanted to get to the bottom of it. They kept trying to push a bunch of different x-rays on me, vaccines she did not need, and medications she didn’t need before even evaluating her and taking a look at what was going on. They never addressed her vomiting issue and tried anything they could to find something wrong with her to milk me for my money. They yelled at my dog and did not treat her with kindness and respect and I could tell they didn’t care about my dog at all. It felt like going to take my car for an oil change and the mechanics trying to get you to fix everything in your car. This place is strictly business and they do not care about your animal.

Great care for all my pets and even has allowed me to make payments! They truly love animals and will do whats best for each unique pet.

I have had my dogs at this hospital for over a year. My first red flag should of been my younger 3 year old dog Durp had an awful ear infection. They never ran tests or did swabs. Just keep giving a us a different medication for a bacterial infection. We went to three seperate vet appointments of her ears only getting worse before they swabbed her ears and found out for over a month and multiple appointments that they had recommended the wrong medication the whole time. We still trusted them. I now this year brought my older corgi in around July because she had been vomiting off and on since March. They ran blood tests knowing it had been months of illness. They saw that her pancreas was throwing higher levels but said she probably just has an upset stomach. We take the anti nausea meds and take her home. We keep trying that course of action but she still seemingly ill. We finally bite the bullet and request to see their specialist and we are told our dog likely has lymphoma, a form of cancer, and the constant vomiting we made their vets aware of is a big red flag for this and they never even mentioned this. In an elder dog. Every appointment our concerns with her were always shaken off. Mentioning since our first appointments that she seemingly gets frequent upset stomachs that then turned to frequent vomiting only to find out our dog probably probably has  cancer and if they had taken us more seriously a year ago we might of been able to make her comfortable sooner.Do not go to this vet if you want them to take you seriously about your concerns. Not listening to pet owner concerns and having us come back multiple times for an ear infection is lowkey malpractice. We paid upwards of 500-800 dollars for this vet at almost every visit for them to never do their job. The ultrasound itself was 580 dollars. They will never see another penny of my money.

We had a sick and dying cat simply because she had 3 infected teeth. Instead of taking care of the 3 teeth, they said there was nothing they could do. They recommended we put her down because they had time to do that instead of remove the 3 teeth that could have saved her life. How do you not feel some sense of guilt allowing someone’s pet to die instead of performing a surgery (they also quoted way above other’s prices, that we were willing to pay, but somehow couldn’t perform procedure until august.)

We have been taking both of our Boxers to the Goodyear Animal Hospital for many years now. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our dogs. Dr. Ledbetter and the entire staff was extremely kind and caring during the process. Thank you very much for the paw print and the thoughtful card we received in the mail. We appreciated it very much.

I would not take my dead animal to these vets much less one that was living. They have absolutely no empathy for pets or their owners. They told me a blatant outright lie regarding a medication and I am going to report this to the Board of Veterinary Medicine.

This is the most amazing place. I had to put my baby down, so I called the humane society and they referred me here, I’m so glad they did. The process was so easy, and they took such good care of both me and my dog. The staff was so caring. My dog had pyometra and I was scared because I am currently in a financially rough spot. My care credit card was cancelled who knows when and my Lucy looked bad. I was redirected to a website with a list of vets who do payment plans. That’s where I found this vet closest to me.That whole day I had been looking for someone who could take her in that very day and no one could at vets closer to me (not on the website)...Goodyear animal hospital asked me to come in as soon as possible.They were so so kind to me and really were reassuring she would be okay. This was nice because two years in a row I had lost one dog each year every October due to old age and I couldn’t emotionally handle losing my Lucy for a third year over something like this.When she got out of surgery I was given thorough instructions on how to take care of her. They were also very patient with her because when I got there to pick her up, Lucy was screaming her head off! Not only that but they told me to call them with any issues or questions, which I did and they were helpful then too!They set me up on a payment plan and I could never thank them enough for having this option available at a time where my finances are so very tight.Thank you so much to your services and staff and taking care of my Lucy!

Our dog piper was bitten by a rattlesnake on her leg and face Saturday morning. Took her to Goodyear Animal Hospital immediately (thankfully they are open 7 days a week). The staff and Doctor were great. Piper was in pain and swelled up something awful but thanks to the antivenin and the staff’s awesome level of care, Piper is nearly back to her complete self in just 48 hours!My one and only complaint is that they are unable to perform some important blood work for snakebites in house like other animal hospitals. They should seriously consider this! It would considerably improve the speed and accuracy to which they can assess and care for these types of injuries. In Piper’s case some educated and calculated assumptions were made... and it worked out. But why treat patients based on assumptions when facts are so much better? Get the equipment please!!*UPDATE DEC 22, 2020We discovered our Piper had a degenerative spinal disease about a year ago. Goodyear Animal Hospital helped release her from her suffering today. We are forever grateful for the wonderful care she received - in the past [snake bite in early 2019] as well as during this time of sadness. The staff, as always, was compassionate, sympathetic, caring, and of course, professional. Thank you.

Exceptional quality, these folks successfully diagnosed an ACL tear that another quack said was just a sore ligament. Weve done two surgeries for our lovely Ruger, & are about to undergo her third (& hopefully last) surgery to remove large tumors. These folks have truly excelled our expectations, & their flexibility with payment really proves to us that Goodyear Animal Hospital is committed to the well being of our animals as well as our pocketbook. 10/9 we took our kitty to Goodyear Animal Hospital and they spent so much time trying to figure out what was wrong with our 2 year old kitty. They finally figured it out, and the damage was pretty severe and and care for him was going to cost thousands. We decided to put our baby down, and the staff and doctor stayed way past their closing time to let us say our good byes and Lay him to rest.Amazing and understanding staff. Highly recommend coming here for your fur babies!

This place is terrible!! They charge for anything, even when most places dont. They dont care if they lose business for it either. I paid a hefty fee for a visit and had to return a week later for a check in and they charged me again after not doing anything but checking up. I asked why wasnt this included and they said they dont do that. They charge for any little thing, that is what I was told. Bad for business. Go somewhere else where they care about their customers.

I can’t say enough good things about Goodyear Animal Hospital. Know my pets are in the best hands when they are here. So extremely grateful that I was able to put my puppy’s care cost on a payment plan.

This has to be the most aggravating vet I have ever dealt with. I was hopeful that it would go well when I found this place had the only available appointment for weeks when my dog needed a follow up from an emergency visit. By the end of her follow up, I was charged more than the original emergency visit, 90% of which was from medications. So I opted to pay for the medications through Chewy, which was half price, but had to fill them at the vet as Chewy was on back order. Fine. I told them at the follow up that my dog had an upset stomach from the medication, they said this was normal. A few days later and she now won’t use the restroom as often and has an even worse upset stomach. I called back and was told to try the bland diet and if this didn’t work then we would take her off of the antibiotic. I call today to tell them she is getting worse and the message is passed to the doctor. I then get a voicemail asking if I want to fill the medication that I requested at the vet or have it faxed somewhere else per the miscommunication last time. I then call back and say that I didn’t request any medication, because I didn’t, and I don’t know what they’re talking about or the condescending tone the doctor has about going “back and forth” with medication fills, when I was told I could look for prices and fill with them if needed last time. When I called to have them fill, I was told they don’t do payment plans on medications even though the vet told me directly I could do a payment plan, fine I’ll pay the 160 in meds. I tell them to fill the new medication and I will be up there about 4:30, three hours from this call. I get a call at 4 asking if I want the medication filled. I tell them, I already called back and said that was fine, I was told she was “printing it and filling it right now”. I come in at 4:15, and they have no medications on my dogs file to fill. The receptionist disappears for ten minutes and comes out with her meds. I really don’t know if this is a miscommunication between the front office and back office or if there’s no chart notes being mad, but I’d rather drive an hour to a different vet who is cheaper and more put together than use the location convenience of this place.

I have been going here for 15 years. I am very pleased with their service. Theyre great with my fur babies. I will never go anywhere else. As a matter of fact, I moved to a different city four years ago and changed vets. I was so unhappy with the new vet, that I returned to Goodyear Animal Hospital, which is now 25 miles each way. However, I dont have a problem with the drive, because I know my babies will be well taken care of. I give them a 5+ rating.

We have been bringing our puppy here and were pleased.. when my cat was having an emergency I called them. He hadnt eaten in 2 days. I was told they couldnt see him for 6 days. I was referred to blue pearl. That place should be shut down. I was keeping him comfortable giving him water and he started seizing. Took him to blue pearl. They said it may take up to 8 hours to get him in when there was no one there at 9 pm. My Willow passed 6/2/20. Not sure that either company cared. Who should you trust with your pet...I honestly dont know. My heart is broken

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Always very accommodating. After a visit they followup and show concern for my pets. They by far are the best!

Don’t trust this place .. they bandaged my dogs leg the wrong way and now he’s required to get surgery because of how it was placed .. they said his leg was just fine but really everything was placed wrong

I was so scared that I was going to lose her since the vet I had gone to wouldnt see her in spite of having Pyometria. Dr Vasquez put my mind at ease and assured me that she was going to take care of my big girl and she did. My big girl is smiling and wagging her tail again and I forever grateful to you for helping her and I will only take my fur babies to you and your clinic from now on.

The ABSOLUTE best! They truly care. No one would help us when my pitbull puppy got parvo without $6,000. Up FRONT. No one. That is until God sent us to this amazing place! They actually took him back without money being their top interest. My puppys life was their first interest where as everyone else it was money first then treatment, and when your puppy, who you love dearly, life is at stake, people really can take advantage and price gouge your emotions. But this place! They got him right in from curbside pick up, and called me once he was stable to arrange financial care. He stayed with them for just under a week and we were allowed to visit him in a nice, quiet and super clean exam room for 45 minutes as often as we liked. The vets would call me 3 times a day with progress notes and to tell me when we could be getting ready for him to come home. When I tell you these people treated us like family and my puppy as if he was their own, I mean it. Every single person who works there from the doctors to the reception and billing people they are all total class acts with the most caring and professional combination other companies should really take note of. Im so grateful to them. They saved my puppys life and hell celebrate his 1 year bday in February this year and we owe it all to this Goodyear animal hospital! God bless each and every one of you guys! 🙏

Absolutely wonderful! We took our dog Baan in because she was vomiting profusely and not eating and was very weak. All I asked over the phone was if they had payment plans because, like many others at the moment, money is tight and we need all the help we can get. They told me they had payment plans available and they set an appointment the same day even tho they were SLAMMED with so many emergency cases. We waited 10 minutes past our appointment time and they were extremely apologetic and polite and we appreciated it greatly! They gave him a physical and a checkup in under 15 minutes and gave us options on how to treat our pup. He came out looking much better and they gave us supplies in order to monitor his condition and told us if we needed anything else to not hesitate to call. And I wont! It was obvious they were busy and they didnt just put us on the back burner like we worried. If we need anything else I will surely come back! Thank you again!

Absolutely love love love this office! I recently adopted a little puppy named Abby from the Maricopa pound. With her adoption came a free vet visit and I was lucky to look through the list and find this place. The lobby and exam rooms are very clean, organized and very welcoming. The doctors and staff here truly care about the wellbeing and safety of their furry patients and it was very comforting to me to be able to bring my babe to this wonderful office. Thank you to everyone there for being able to fix up my girl and not only work around my schedule but also to offer helpful payment plans as well. Lastly, the biggest thank you to Chelsea, who spent the time to show me easier ways to administer medications and also to answer all my questions regarding house training and other basic information. The doctor and the staff were amazing. I have a hamster named Xenophanes that was given to me right after I had to put my 16 year old chocolate lab down. She has a very special place in my heart. They took great care of her. and helped me with a payment plan since I couldnt pay for the visit all at once. Also the medicine that was provided the assistant explained the process for at home care very throughly. I will definitely be bringing my other pets here. And referring family and friends.

I have exotic pet rats Dr. Johnson has performed amazing tumor removals on 3 of them. I will not take them anywhere but Goodyear Animal hospital. My rats 🐀 come out of anesthesia fine and seem so happy they healed quickly and there was no change in their happy personalities. If you want the best for your fur baby I highly recommend Goodyear Animal Hospital the entire staff was king and informative and easy to work with.

We recently moved to the area with our 8 year old Golden Retriever mix. He has some preexisting conditions and we were worried about finding the right vet to assume his care. We visited Goodyear Animal Hosp with him to get a sense of the practice and have them do a baseline on him before we “committed” to becoming patrons. We could not have been more impressed! All the vets we have met are amazingly talented medical professionals who truly love animals and are dedicated to their ethical care and treatment. We feel so blessed to have found them! Highly recommend!

Love this place. Always clean, bright and friendly! I wish I lived closer because I would switch to them in a heartbeat. They do followup calls and it shows that they care even though I have never seen the same vet staff twice.

Yesterday I took my very unexpectedly sick dog into this place. Dr. Reeser worked on her for about two hours. Ran up a bill of 951.00. Only to tell me afterwards that I needed to take my baby to an emergency hospital.The vet at the animal hospital worked on my baby for about 30 minutes and then broke the news thats she was too far sick to save. We made the decision to end any pain and put her amazing life to an end.Any trained veterinarian could have seen that the best coarse of action was to euthanize. Goodyear Animal Hospital failed do so. They ran test and kept her in longer pain that probably necessary. Coincidentally I was given my baby back and told to go to the animal emergency room 20 minutes prior to Goodyear Animal closing for the night.I feel there was no integrity or honesty from the vets. I feel Goodyear Animal hospital is not trained or equipment for emergencies. Instead of telling you that they watch you cry and hand over hundreds of dollars.

When we rushed our sweet baby to the hospital two days ago they were absolutely incredible doing everything that they could in their power to help our baby girl Lilah. Unfortunately, due to multiple organ failure and brain swelling from severe seizures this morning she passed away in our arms. However, this hospital did literally everything Before & After to make it easier on us to the best of their ability. They set up payment plans and worked with us with everything and they took extra steps to make sure that this process went as smoothly as possible after our one year old kittens death. Thank you guys, I cant thank you enough!💔😭

We had to go here for the saddest of reasons and they were so accommodating and so kind. They made the process as painless as possible for me and my little.

My mother in law took my dog in due to me being pregnant. My dog was not feeling good. She was not wanting or drinking and very out of it. They took x-rays and blood work and did an organ test, and gave her fluids and medicine to stop her from throwing up and sent her home. Told us to call if she did throw up more. Well when she got home she was not getting better at all. Called them and they said they couldnt see her till the next day. So I took her to another vet thT same day and they tested her right away for parvo. Which is what she had thank goodness that are taking care of her now. Goodyear couldnt even run the darn test.. and they are a animal hospital. This place ran test that didnt need to be ran and made us pay 1000 to send my dog home to pretty much suffer and die. I will be making sure we get our money back for them not taking the right steps to save my dog. They better hope she makes it through.

Recently I had to put down my best (four legged) friend. The decision was made late on a Friday and our usual vet was closed until Monday and I didn’t want my buddy to suffer anymore. So the next morning I called the Goodyear Animal Hospital. They immediately took our information and asked us when we would like to come in, mind you we’ve never been to the Goodyear Animal Hospital with any of your pets. A few hours later we were there and were taken to a room as soon as we walked in. Their professionalism, care and compassion was easily the best I’ve witnessed in decades. I could not have asked for a better bunch of people to help send my buddy off so gently.Thank you.

Friendly, caring, personable staff that explained everything including pricing and payment plan options. The hospital was clean and modern with lots of room and areas for both people and animals alike. Loved it!! Will be going back!

My wife and I have been extremely pleased with the service here. From the receptionists to the techs to the vets themselves, every last person seems to genuinely care about the animals (and people) that walk through their doors. Twice they were able to squeeze us in for emergency appointments even though they were booked solid. This is the only place that we feel 100% comfortable bringing our dogs to.

Absolutely love this place. Even tho we live far from here I refuse to go anywhere else so we make the drive for it. The staff are amazing and very sweet. The waiting area isn’t too big but it’s very clean and the atmosphere is great. The rooms are spacious. They have really good puppy and dog packages. I highly recommend this place.

The best veterinary clinic weve been to. When we had to put down our beloved 12 year old golden retriever, you couldnt find a veterinarian who would handle it with more care. We highly recommend them.

Our first visit there was a sad one. Sadly we had to put down our 13 year old cat. It is a heartbreaking experience to say the least. But this office was extremely kind and caring. They are open 7 days a week so when these emergency situations arise, they are there to help. The front desk, back assistant and vet were great. I just wish I was there for a different reason. This will be an office that we bring our future pets to for their care. Thank you for being so kind.

My dog was acting unusual one night. He wasnt wanting to eat much. The next morning I noticed his back leg was swollen and it was difficult for him to put weight on it. I called several animal hospitals that had all told me they were booked for the day. I then called Goodyear Animal Hospital and they said they were booked as well. The receptionist seemed concerned and was able to squeeze us in later that day. They took great care of my dog. Dr. Reeser prescribed him some medicine and he was back to his normal self within a couple of days. I definitely recommend them because they genuinely care.

Have been going to this facility since 2016. Extremely poorly managed office. I always make an appointment months prior to the visit and even then we have to wait and wait to be seen by a vet. By the time the vet loiters in, my little ones are panting and shaking with anxiety and ready to have a panic attack. Also, one of the review questions is Did the staff seem knowledgeable? - if they are not, why are you hiring them?

Very over priced. I was shocked by my bill for simple services. Reasoning provided by the Vet was unprofessional. I was given by the vet incorrect advice / input on my dogs condition. The tech was nice & caring to my pet but I wont be back. Im very disappointed that its this hard to find affordable & quality vet support in my town...

The first time I ever went to this clinic was after my childhood cat passed away and I desperately needed her to be cremated asap. When I went in, I was obviously a mess, but the employees had such compassion for myself and my long time kitty friend. We decided this was going to be the best place for our darling pets. Since then, weve taken our furry and not so furry babies here. Each vet and each vet tech that weve seen has taken their time to explain each process of what theyre doing. If I ever have any questions after an appointment, they are extremely patient and kind when I call with what seems to be 100 questions. I recommend this clinic to anyone asking for a new vet office.

The doctors and staff there have always been great with my furry family members. (Both cats and dogs). They are also very compassionate and understanding when / if its time to say goodbye to one family members. I wish I didnt have to know how great they are when that time comes, but they were great when I brought a friends fur-baby in for that reason. And also after my fur-baby had been attacked by coyotes. The staff was awesome through Lil Dudes parvo, valley fever, and the coyote attack and his final breath. I will be forever grateful for them!!

Dr. Johnson shows a great deal of empathy towards her patients and their owners and includes the owners in the decision making process. She, as well as the other doctors and staff demonstrate a relaxed, professional atmosphere.

Hands down the best place to have your pet cared for! I have been going there for years and have never walked out doubting care for my dogs. They are priced reasonable. The staff and doctors are friendly. Do not be afraid to ask any questions you may have. You will know what any treatment will cost you before having it performed. I am very happy and they are our vet of choice!

Apparently Hailey just hangs up on people after picking up the phone. When I called back and requested to speak with someone else due to her hanging up on me she stated theres two different Haileys here and it wasnt me. Same voice, same disregard. Calls should be monitored to ensure quality assurance.

Our cat had a medial emergency and brought her here to Goodyear Animal Hospital. They were able to get her in right away and perform emergency surgery on her. She recovered quickly and is doing wonderful. They were kind and compassionate during that stressful time and even offer financing options if needed. The office is always so clean and welcoming. We have been coming here for over 10 years and am so glad that we have because we always receive top notch service.

Very poor customer service. My partner and I brought our dogs to this animal hospital beginning in April. We informed them we were both the owners. However, they only listed my partner. I continued to bring them by myself for appointments and there was never a problem until today. They refused to acknowledge me as an owner and the office manager became condescending and rude to the point that other people in the waiting area were laughing at me when I told her she was violating my civil rights. We will never return here. And, I’m considering legal action.😡

This was our 2nd visit to the vet and we have been totally impressed with the level of service and care shown by all of the staff. Our 1st visit was to say goodbye to our friend of 18 years and was a very emotional time for the entire family and the folks that were there to assist made this time much easier for is all. Our most recent visit was less emotional for is and more uncomfortable for our male cat of you catch my drift..., but even this visit was above and beyond our expectations, from the initial call to the intake all the way through the follow up text the next day from the Dr. herself to check in and see if we had any questions and to see how our patient was doing. I would recommend this location to anyone that has a fur baby that needs attention. Thank you for all you do to make these visits a little bit easier.

I have been using this Vet office since October 2013 when I moved to the West Valley. I have 3 cats and 2 very old dogs (18 and 16 years old). This is one of the best vet offices I have been to. The front office staff are always really pleasant, and willing to go the extra mile for the client (human or animal). The medical staff is very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. Whenever I have take my pets in, the vet has been honest and has NEVER tried to up-sell any services. They always offer the most practical cost effective way to treat the pets. One of my cats was on constant antibiotic eye drops for a chronic condition. I was happy to pay to ensure he was not sick. The vet actually told me about a supplement that we could use that might work. It did, and I get it online for much less. She told me to look online. My two old dogs need the same medication, and the front desk staff did calculations for me to see which format of pills would be the most cost effective. It turned out that getting one larger prescription for one dog (which the two then share) was cheaper than a prescription for each, so that is what they advised and that is what I do. They did not have to, because I would have been none the wiser. However, now (considering these past experiences), I ALWAYS trust what they tell me because I know they are not just trying to make money. This is a wonderful place that I would recommend to anyone. Did I mention they are open 7 days a week and open until 7:00 pm on week days! I love this place.

I took one of my dogs here a few years ago and had such a great experience that when I got my new puppy I decided that Goodyear Animal Hospital was going to be his vet. When we brought him home he had a bad case of kennel cough and they were able to get us in the same day and give him some medicine. The staff is very nice and I love how they offer no interest payment plans. Definitely will be staying with them!

Only a couple visits so far, so I will hold back one star for not enough data. So far dr. Jager has been caring, attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. The staff has been speedy and professional. This is not a low-budget vet choice. The prices are about middle of the road. The facility is clean and our wait was short. Dr. Jager did pick up on some things that we werent aware of and seriously improved our dogs long-term comfort. The final piece will be whether they give me her prescriptions so I can get them filled someplace cheaper. If they do that, theyll be 5 stars in my book.

Amazing place, have always taken all my pets here when they needed to be checked out.But, when my pet recently died of old age, I took her here to get cremated. I had forgot to get her paw prints because I was so devastated and wasnt asked about that at the time I dropped her off. I was extremely sad a few days later when I remembered. I picked up her ashes today and they did her paw prints! I am so grateful for the staff here, they are truly caring. I felt such a huge relief seeing those little paw prints with her ashes. Thats something Id never be able to get back, and Im forever grateful. Amazing place, amazing staff.Thanks for all that you do!

Man I looooooved this place! The people are great- made me and my dog very comfortable, the facility is spotless, and I was able to get an appointment same day I called. Not only that I went back right away with no wait time and my dog had his procedure done that day as well. They Dr. truly cared about his well being and literally saved his life. They also have payment plans available for expensive procedures, which really helped me out. I am forever grateful to this place, and would recommend to anyone!

I have been taking my two cats here for several years now. When we adopted a German Shepherd puppy we knew he would be going to the providers here as well. We have seen a number of technicians and Dr at Goodyear Animal Hospital and all of the pets always get treated as if they were their own. I have recommended others to the Goodyear Animal hospital and they have been happy with the service as well.

My dog had to have a tumor removed and the cost of all the test that they wanted to do was ridiculous. So we had to say no to some of the test. It still cost over $500.00 for the survey and the things we did agree to pay for. Other than the fees that they charge, the care was excellent for now. I will update this review after they remove her stitches

I have no complaints regarding Goodyear Animal Hospital and Grooming, which as far as vets are concerned, is saying a lot. Ive taken my animals to a number of other facilities with less than satisfactory experiences.I have not felt pressured into any procedures or add-ons at Goodyear Animal Hospital, and the procedures I have had done were at a reasonable rate that allowed for payment options.The facility itself is well-kept with clean exam rooms and a friendly staff. My pets will be back.

They have some of the worst service! They always seem to change my appointment with out notice. They have done this to me twice already. Im done with them and I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. You get better service elsewhere.

Have been taking our cats here for years. Excellent care. Open 7 days is so convenient. Extremely compassionate when we had to make a final decision on a long time pet.

My dog got the best treatment. Arriving there for a surgical procedure early in the moring and leaving a few hours later helped ease the whole process. He is doing great now. Staff was very helpful and the Doctor very caring. Thanks!

I have an orange rescue tabby (Bailey) that my son found 12 years ago in a dumpster with one badly infected eye.. While living in California I had the best vet and she informed me that eventually his eye would have to be removed because he couldnt see out of it anyway. I moved to here to Arizona 2 years ago and wasnt looking forward to the day to find a new vet but Goodyear Animal Hospital has the BEST reviews and was recommended by a friend of my sons. Well, my cat does NOT like to be touched or held (very rarely by me in the last 12 years) but I love him anyway. He is a difficult cat to get into the carrier - so I have to take him to have his eye examined - So to the vet I go ---- - OH MY GOSH - the people who worked at Goodyear the BEST and most patient of all. They carried him out of my car for me, took me immediately into a room - the technician spent 20 minutes talking to be about all Baileys problems (psychological as well) and then Dr. Fan comes in and does the same thing - patient, kind, and listened and wasnt in a hurry to get me in and out. The result was that Bailey needed to have his eye removed. The cost was high but they worked with me and he had the surgery yesterday. When I brought him in yesterday they were so good with him and explained every thing they were going to do - and the same when I picked him up - These people love animals and it shows. Believe me when I say I have had some really bad vets and its hard to find a good one - much less a GREAT one. Highly recommend them! They will be my go to vet and for my sons pet as well.
