I have utilized this computer gurus services the last couple of years. This week my wifes laptop slowed to a crawl. Brad diagnosed over the phone and had my parts onhand in 1 day. Upon seeing the laptop and installing new hard drive and battery, Brad recommended replacing the broken plastic. Five days later my wifes laptop has been repaired to a better than new state! Needed a new hard drive with Windows installed. Same day turn around. Treated my PC like the Goddess it is.

Brad installed an SSD drive in our laptop and the performance afterwards was like night and day. Super fast! This past week we had a major Windows meltdown due to a bad update. Brad spent a lot of his time analyzing the hardware and re-installing the software at no cost. Wed be lost without him!

I found Brad through google and read all the reviews. Of course its hard to find someone you can trust with computer repair but I can honestly say that all these reviews are well earned. My gaming PC suddenly decided it didnt want to play anything smoothly anymore with multiple issues and after trying many possible solutions it was time to take it in. After calling other places and finding they didnt know much about gaming issues I found influx. I got a response quickly and had it in almost right away, he was super nice and happy to listen and help. My PC was ready for pick up the next day and it worked wonderfully! Once I got it home it turned out there was another hardware issue on my end with something I had plugged into a USB drive and he remotely walked me through solutions until it was solved. All I can say is super nice, professional, and definitely worth the money. You absolutely get what you pay for here.

Brad is awesome. I took my computer in yesterday, it needed a new hard drive due to a failed read head. Unfortunately, all of my data was wiped off and needed serious repair.. He was able to replace it same day, install and update all software and get the computer back to me that evening! That is almost unheard of nowadays to get such quick, prompt, and professional service. The best part was his customer service and listening to customer needs. I use my computer for gaming, when I came to pick it up, he installed some required programs for gaming such as Steam launcher and other programs to optimize my computers performance so I could get back to gaming in no time! Brad did great work for us with our computer. Our old PC wouldnt power up. Brad gave us some options for repair and upgrade. We chose to purchase a new computer. We took both the old and new computers over to Brad. He was able to retrieve all of the data off the old computer and install it on the new one. We were up and running in a matter of days. First off, I am as computer illiterate as you get. When my kids were younger, they used to tell me to stay off the computer as something would always happen when I touched the buttons lol! I have an old computer tower and monitor. I had to disconnect both for painters when they came to paint my walls to remove the outlet plates. After they were finished, I reconnected all computer equipment. The tower turned on but the monitor would not and kept saying no signal. After several attempts of frustration in disconnecting and reconnecting cables and turning off, turning on, trying several different plugs, I started looking up and calling different computer repair places. I explained what was happening to each, that the tower was working but the monitor was saying no signal. One shop made an appointment to come to the house and the minimum charge was $125 -$250 just for diagnostics!! The other shop was in Peoria, 36 min from me. I made one more call and this was to iNFLUX PC Goodyear Computer Rep. Thank goodness I made this call. I spoke with Brad, who was patient and nice and told me to send him a photo of the back of the tower and monitor. He texted back saying the connections looked right. He then told me to try touching the input button (didnt know about this button) on the monitor and reset the input. I tried every button. I found the input button and pushed that button a couple times and held it. I saw the switch from HDMI which is what my monitor kept displaying to DVI which Brad said and the monitor turned on!!!!!! I was never so happy to see this. Brad helped me over the phone with this. He saved me from paying a large amount and also a trip to the shop. I am so grateful to him. Its so refreshing to know there are still good, decent, and kind people in the world that are not out to take advantage of you. I cant say for sure these other businesses I contacted knew what the problem could be or they did and just wanted to make a lot of money off me for a simple problem since I dont know anything about computers. The latter would be my guess. I know this is a long review but I hope people read it and know that iNFLUX is the place to call if you want honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful solutions to your computer issues. Ive had basic services done such as getting a new computer optimized, to having my hard drive fixed, virus removed, and other services. Some have been able to be done remotely, others need to be dropped off. Influx works very hard customer service and is always looking at the best interest of the customer. I highly recommend using them.

I brought two laptops to the same repair place unfortunately my first laptop was complete toast and I was informed the parts would be worth more then the computer so I decided against repairing the laptop. However I brought a second laptop and its been cleaned up and runs much smoother and I was very happy that I was able to get my files from my old laptop back. I would come back to iNFLUX again for any computer issue.

I shut down my computer to clean it, but when I turned it back on the monitor wouldnt come on. I searched around but everyone wanted to charge me 100$ or more just to look at it. Then I called iNFLUX, Brad immediately said he wouldnt charge me to look at it, and also gave me FREE tips to try to fix it before coming to his shop. His tips worked, thanks to his honest work ethic he saved me money, gas, and time. He will be my go to guy for all my future computer issues!

4 stars ONLY because of the confusion about the business location, otherwise this wouldve been a 5 star experience! Please note: Brad operates out of his home and The UPS Store at this address is the public drop-off spot (although you can arrange a direct drop-off with him). That being said...The service and experience Brad provided was wonderful. I spilled my latte on my laptop (UGH!) and he was able to replace the mother board, keyboard and touch pad that were damaged. He even showed me the actual damaged pieces (and you could see the latte!). I appreciated that Brad was able to find parts that worked as best as possible with my budget (he found a very nicely used keyboard/touch pad) - even if I had to wait for parts from China. Worth it! I wondered if Brad should be charging MORE for his services. Highly recommend! And if anything else happens to my computer...I know who to call now!

Three months ago Brad repaired and updated my wifes computer and we are very blessed and please with the work that he performed on her computer . My wife and I are senior citizens and he was very helpful explaining what the computer needed and we are both thankful for his expertise.

I brought it back to that other person and he assured me it was fixed, it was not so I brought it back another time and this time he said I am positive it was fixed, again it was not, so almost $2200 and month later I moved to a MAC and left the other machine behind. Then I gave to my son for gaming and it crashed with in minutes every time he tried to play. I decided to try someone else and with a search I found Brad at iNFLUX over the phone he told what could be the reason but I wanted it looked at and he quoted a price which was exactly what I paid and now the computer with 2 terabits mirrored memory is working perfectly and I no longer hear my son complain that his computer crashes and I have started using it again.I would recommend him to anyone with any type of computer problem for the customer service as well as the actual work he did.

Could not be happier with my computer. I left my laptop with my tech Brad, he let me know what was wrong and kept me up to date with the necessary upgrades and cost as well as shipping dates.. Was not pressured to purchase any upgrades . Great price too. Didnt drain my bank account. Really happy with overall service and price. Thank you!!

I CALLED BRAD IN THE AM AND HE WAS AT MY HOME BY 1. I HAD SPENT 2 DAYS ON PHONE WITH COX TO NO AVAIL. BRAD CAME IN AND FIXED THE PROBLEM AND REFUSED TO GIVE UP TIL THE WHOLE SYSTEM WAS WORKING! I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND HIM. A LIFESAVER FOR SURE!

Brad (Influx PC)helped me with connecting my personal computer network to a router. I had a very difficult problem that had effected my computer on my home network (couldn’t see other computers). After numerous attempts of adjusting settings in my computer I finally got some expert help that made all the difference in the world. Brad was very efficient and worked the problem virtually.
