Chris came and stretched our carpet. He was very prompt and arrived at the quoted time. He did the best job he could and was always asking me if I was happy with a certain area. If I wasnt, he always went back to make sure I was satisfied. He really wanted us to be happy with the job. We were. His prices were actually lower than other quotes.

Cleanest around! They really know how to clean a carpet. Hire them for your carpet needs. :)

Would not recommend this company to anyone! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I found Chris to be very rude, disrespectful and certainly not professional at all. Chris showed up to clean our carpets and claimed he used steam, but most of my carpets might as well have been soaked with a fire hose. When he was done, he said it would take 6-8 hours to dry. I understand that the carpets are going to be damp, but not soaked...especially my master bedroom. Some spots actually puddled when they were stepped on. I called Chris to ask him to come back and extract the water and he was very rude, disrespectful and would not let me explain to him what the issue was. He just kept cutting me off and telling me I told you, it takes 6-8 hours to dry, I told you 6-8 hours. I finally said, is this how you treat all of your customers? and at one point during the rude and disrespectful conversation, he told me that I was gonna be that type of customer. Of course I know what he meant, but you can draw your own conclusion. Eventually, he came back to extract the water and did nothing but complain and even kneeled down and claimed his knee was dry when it was clearly soaked from the saturated carpet. Even after he extracted water from the master bedroom, it took way longer than 8 hours to dry...still damp in the morning. Bottom line, even if I was wrong to ask him to come back (and clearly I wasnt), I am the customer and he did not handle it in the professional manner that he should have. I have had many carpets streamed before and they were never saturated like mine were when he did it. This place is a NO-GO!!! Horrible product/service and so very unprofessional! Shocked to see some of the other comments that said he was friendly. HIS RESPONSE SHOULD TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW, LOL.

Never showed up. I called to inquire and he stated that I had sent a text cancelling him as the landlord would clean the carpet. I am a owner occuppied residence. He never called to check on the text msg source. He an I atgued on the phone. So I got another company. I dont recommend this company unless you want to argue. He did use curse words

Chris was very nice and professional, he honored his work and he came back and repaired an area that came loose.. I will recommend him to my friends
