Had the Samsung ice maker problem. Came to my house, got the right part number, ordered it, showed back up, installed it, works like a charm. No money exchanged hands as this was a warranty issue. Techs were great and friendly...
If o could leave a negative rating, I would do so. Do not use them. Youve been warned. They are a nightmare to work with. The technician required a fee my warranty company first off waived, and even if they didnt, I pay it to them online. So clearly I was being jerked around. Then, rescheduled the appointment with a different tech just to be somehow cancelled? So I am off for no reason today and out over $300 salaries and still no refrigerator. So feel free to call them if you enjoy getting screwed over. Theyll definitely do that.....!!!!
Angel is a wonderful Tech who communicates her time frame, stays in touch if there is a change and explains everything thoroughly at the appointment.
