The owners and staff of this location are fantastic. I boarded three dogs with them, and received regular updates, exceptional care, and my dogs had a great time. They hand walk your dogs multiple times a day, and have supervised play time in turn out areas. I prefer to have my dogs kept together instead of separate, and they had a wonderful, large padded room where they all could stay together. Will absolutely be returning anytime I needed boarding or grooming.

Everyone employee is very friendly, happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have, and most importantly my 3 huskies love it here! They have such great people here! I took my babies here for a nail trim and a bath and they were so kind and gentle with them especially my anxious one. The facility is super clean and they have a great selection of high quality dog foods available in the store. The groomers were also very educational in how I could help my dogs do better with their nail trims! I would highly recommend you call dog oasis for all your grooming and boarding needs!

They accepted my dog with an extremely short notice. I called at 11am to drop my dog off at 2pm for boarding and they had no issues taking him in. They took great care of him and even washed his blanket before I picked him up. They were super professional and very friendly. 10/10 will recommend to my friends and will definitely visit again when Im in town.

I have been taking my dogs to get groomed, and boarded them when I am out of town for the past 3years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for the level care and service they give me and my dogs. Our father was traveling from Texas to New York and got confused where to go because of all the construction going on there and plus he is not from there, so he decided to pull over and ask for directions. The EMT were called and they had recommended that he be checked out medically before he continued his trip to NY. The family at Dog Oasis offered to take in his dog for the time being until he was able to be discharged. We have been in contact with Dog Oasis this whole time and they have taken such good care of Sheeba at a time where we ourselves could do nothing to help. At this very moment our father is still in the hospital and him knowing that his dog is being taken care of has made him relax and to be able to concentrate on his care. Dog Oasis has gone above and beyond with handling this situation for us and giving us the chance to not feel anymore stress for my family. While I still have not been inside due to this virus, the staff is extremely nice. They are always professional and the dogs dont mind going to get their nails cut. (They wont let me) I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a groomer or just a nail trim. They have great prices!! Definatly worth going to or at least a call.

I would recommend them to everyone! I bring my two German Shepherds there to get bathed and nails regularly, because both shepherds love to play in mud and Dog oasis never complains they just do there job 100% to please my pets and me. Not to mention it’s a safe place to leave your dog while the parents go on vacation!

The only place we take our pup now!! I’ve never been comfortable leaving our GSP Reese at other places but they made it easy here. She gets so excited when we drop her off and they know her by name which I LOVE. She has experienced separation anxiety at other places but NEVER at dog oasis. They are the best in the business for sure. We always get her groomed when she stays and they do a great job (and she comes home with a bandana!) I can’t thank the staff at dog oasis enough for taking care of our girl!! We will never go anywhere else for boarding or grooming :)

Im very pleased with the service I get from Dog Oasis. They do a great job on my dog and all my familys dogs. They have good in-store customer service. I do struggle getting ahold of them occasionally to book appointments, but eventually do get through and get an appointment.

Always enjoy the loving atmosphere of this store. They take good care of my fur baby every visit for any service. The groomers are great too. My dog actually prances to meet me, which is a good sign she feels good and loved her groom.

We have been taking our pups to Dog Oasis for close to two years now and we wont take them anywhere else. Our dogs love the staff and enjoy any time that they spend here (yes, even getting groomed, bathed, or toenails clipped). They have taken our dogs in last minute a couple of times when weve had family emergencies and genuinely treat us like their family. We buy all of our food and toys here and are pleased with the selection of healthier food and treat alternatives that they have. We will never hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends that have furry friends.

Friendly and polite over the phone. However when I get in a different story. States my dog is matted. (A poodle well taking care of) Very untruthful about your dogs cut when they messed up. They could not give a town and country cut on a professional level. She had a triangle on her hips when it was supposed to be round around them. Looked very poorly. They told me that one was higher than the other when it wasn’t like it when I brought her in. She’s fifteen and never had a different cut till now. Wasn’t pleased at all. But they will stick together on an untruthful level.

I have used their boarding and grooming services. The shop is very clean, always smells nice, the dogs have playtime, etc. We received updates and pics while away on our trip. The groomer has done an excellent job at each visit. I have a standard poodle. The staff genuinely cares about the dogs and are extremely nice, understanding and patient with the dog owners as well. Their prices are very reasonable also. Ive already recommended two friends to use their services. I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

I remember taking my super cowardly dog Dodger to dog oasis for the first time. I thought for sure it was going to be a trainwreck experience considering his behavior towards grooming, but the staff was beyond professional and took real good care of my boy.

After my groomer retired I had to find a new one. I live in Gville and did a search and found Dog Oasis - I could not be happier. My lab loves going there for her bath. When I say lets go get a bath she gets so excited. When she leaves there is no sign of stress, she is calm as can be. They take great care of the kids while they are in their care. You can tell they love dogs. I am so happy I found you guys!

I love this place. I have a Yorkiepoo and a Labradoodle, and I take them here for regular grooming. The staff is great, and they always do a great job. My pups always seem happy and super proud of their new styles when they meet me to pick them up. I recommend Dog Oasis 100 percent!

Best grooming experience ever! I was able to get a grooming done the same day, and they were done in just an hour! They made me feel very comfortable and I felt that my puppy was in a safe place with people who cared! And to top it off he came home with a little Christmas bow!

Took our Molly to Dog Oasis for the second time Sunday. She was in need of a thorough treatment. Really dirty. lolWhen I picked her up, I was amazed at how great she looked. Clean, brushed and trimmed, and nails ground.Corvan and Kristin are wonderful with her.. Molly has some leg and hip issues and needs a gentle touch. And these to give it!Molly loves going there and seeing them both.Absolutely the best treatment we have gotten anywhere.Kristin and Covan are the Best!

Took my pup, Jude, for a bath and they were able to see him that same day. He was ready within hours and he smelled great. The team at Dog Oasis was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the pets there, either for baths daycare. They also offer for sale treats and petfood, namely Fromm dog food.I recommend you check them out, as they have plans to expand.

So the cut is beautiful and I appreciate it but when I dropped off I specifically said save as much hair as possible. My husband specifically asked for them not to be shaved due to the cold temperatures. They warned me that there was mats and yes the underside had mats which I asked for the underside to be shave . They said the legs may have to be shaved. I said ok So when I left I knew my dogs were being shaved on the underside and legs possibly shaved and all hair kept as long as could be on top. Then I go to pick up, they charge me extra. I had to pay $107.00 which they included 2 dematting charges that no one called and asked me or warned me about. So. Watch out. Pay ahead and get in writing what you want done. Im so disappointed for such a pretty haircut and the extra charges and extra hair removed. Bummed! I feel I cant recommend them based on my visit. I feel so taken advantage of and forced to pay for something extra not discussed with me. Ps. They also asked me of my dog had ringworm because my 2 were apparently left with other dogs in which one had ringworm and pooped around all the dogs. I have the jot of picking up poop daily on a mat so I know wasnt my dogs. Now on top of their bill I will have to go get them checked and treated for tha . THANKS dog oasis for shaving my dogs coats off against my wishes, charging me for dematting when all you did was shave off the mats clearly notable by my shaved dogs, and now exposure to worms because no one was watching all the dogs together and find the poop later. Plus, that bothers me after this morning my dog is scurrying away from the other dogs because shes terrified, now knowing you left her alone with other dogs which when I left all were 4x her size. :-( especially since I brought that to your attention and a couple dogs were corrected.Ps. See the 2 photos of all the long hair saved on their backs and look how pretty their eyes are now theres no red left! Ugghh so disappointe .

Great staff and service. I let them know my dog Lucy has a hard time with nail trims and they did everything they could to make it happen in the safest way possible, without pushing my dog too far. They knew she was too stressed so they stopped and waited until I could come be with her while they tried again after Luck calmed down. That made all the difference for Lucy and her nails are trimed! My 2 cavapoo puppies are 5 months old and had never been to a groomers before. They were both getting extremely fluffy and their nails needed trimming. I looked all over the place for a groomers with good reviews and even asked around for recommendations. (No luck and several horror stories later.. I turned to Google) I stumbled across Dog Oasis on Google and read the reviews. They had great reviews (with the exception of a couple whiny Complacent people who would complain about anything) so I made an appointment. I am really glad I did! The groomer, Cassie, made my babies look fantastic! (They both prance around like they feel fantastic also) lol They both did great and were happy and tail wagging when I picked them up. I couldn’t be happier with the pricing, staffs knowledge and patience and just the overall quality of the experience and care. I would recommend to anyone and will defiantly be back!!

I have had dogs all my life and have been to several different doggie day cares. Hands down Dog Oasis is the best I have ever been to! They treat my pup Sam like one of their own! They staff is always friendly and the owner and his wife are amazing! Sam is so excited to go to doggie day care everyday! He practically drags me through the door! Best experience i have ever had with my dogs! I have 2 Dobermans, who are the best dogs ever but not easily accommodated because they are huge and some places are hesitant because of their breed. I will never takes my dogs anywhere else again! Everyone on staff was so welcoming and friendly! The owner was there at the time of drop-off and made sure to say hi to me and my pups, introduced himself and thanked us for coming by. My dogs diets are particular and the staff was very patient with me while I explained how everything was to be done, and they accommodated my every need. I gave them a call on day 2 just being a worried dog mom and they gladly talked to me and sent me pictures of my babies happily playing which was awesome! Had a great experience at pickup, my babies were groomed while they were there and smelled and looked wonderful upon arrival. I could not have been happier with my dogs stay at Dog Oasis!

This place is the best!! Our dog, Riley, loves staying at Dog Oasis when we go out of town. It is very clean and the dogs get lots of attention. There are rooms where the dogs play together. Covan, the owner, also started selling dog supplies. Great selection of treats and food. Grooming is also an option. So when we pick up Riley he is happy and clean. A great addition to Goodlettsville.

My puppy Gibson loves coming here. When we bring him home he sleeps the rest of the day from playing so hard. The first time we brought him they pointed out to us that his ear was starting to get infected. Thanks to them we took him to the vet before it got bad.

Our entire experience this past week was poor. We had a week long boarding appointment and grooming appointment while she was there. We had worked out a drop off time several weeks prior and confirmed it the Friday before we were to drop off on Sunday. There was a miscommunication and they didnt show up until 2 1/2 hours later. In addition, the owner apparently contacted an employee to come take care of us when I finally got in touch with someone, but she sat in her car pretending to be a customer because she was scared. (We were NOT ugly at all) The owner showed up, we were forgiving and headed out of town.She was to stay the week and be groomed first thing on the day we were scheduled to pick her up. I called to see if she was ready and was asked if I wanted her to just stay all day. I declined and said if she had already been groomed we would come soon. Upon arriving, she told my husband the amount due was over $400. He questioned the amount and finally had to get her to break down the charges. In the end, she said it was (another) mistake and we only owed less than half that amount. (No discount or consideration was made for keeping us waiting 2 1/2 hours when dropping her off.) None of her belongings were together. We had to ask for each item individually. As we started down the road, we realized we didnt have her bed. I called to tell her we would be coming back to get it. She didnt realize we wanted it and said it was in the wash because she had an accident in it. (???) We went back and got it even though it was wet and covered in hair and blue fuzz.Her grooming is the worst job Ive ever seen. Hair is uneven, tail was cut short (we requested to keep the length) and several nails had not been trimmed.Keep in mind my dog was super active and healthy prior to boarding here. Not well since picking her up. Now after a $150 vet visit she is being treated for kennel cough. Fortunately she received the immunization in March so it should be less severe. Kennel cough is contracted from other dogs and unclean conditions. She has not been exposed to other dogs anywhere else.Needless to say, we will not be using them again.I never give negative reviews, but after much thought, decided this needed to be told. Get EVERYTHING in writing!
