I ordered a backpack and lunch pouch with a monogram. When it arrived, the strap was stuck to the glue of the shipping bag. The strap tore, no big deal except when we go to make it larger, it would not take much to rip all the way. Anyhow, I called and without hesitation they made it right. The new one came in less than a week at no cost or trouble to me. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend. Thanks girls!
