The carriers on my route are incompetent. Every time I put my mail on hold, I always come home to a box full of mail. I placed my mail on hold for 2 weeks. I left a hold card in the mailbox before i left. Guess what? I came home Sunday and my mailbox was full of mail. I have informed delivery, so I was monitoring my mail. When I saw that a package was delivered, I attempted to call the post office. You know the deal, 1-800 number to nobody. So I placed a hold electronically. Guess what? They finally started holding the mail, but did not get the mail out the mailbox that they had already delivered. This happens every time. Or they don’t deliver my mail at the end of the hold until a day or 2 later than I requested. This is very frustrating to me since I am a Letter Carrier myself.
R**** saved my life this morning by finding my packages I accidentally dropped off last night by mistake! The girl last night was super helpful as well- its a nice breath of fresh air when people go out of their way to help you instead of treating you as an inconvenience! Thank you guys for all you do! Bout to look at my own box because the drivers down there seem very incapable of wanting to do their job. Been waiting on my mail for a week and give me the reason that my driveway is not accessible when they never pull in it anyway. Ive grown very tired of this place in the past year. Never had a problem out of them. Always used to get my mail without no issue and now they come up with excuses all the time about why my mail wasnt able to be delivered. Ive relocated my mailbox 3 different times for them last year and so forth. If someone doesnt want to do their job, I would rather them just tell me that rather than sit here and continue to waste my time.
Constantly shoving oversized items into our mailbox instead of getting out of the truck and putting them on the porch. We’ve been through 3 mailboxes because of this and today I come home once again to find the mailbox broken and laying in the ground after them trying to shove a box in there. They could of at least left a note of apology. I’m over it! Get the heck out of the truck! These postal workers of today could have never handled it years ago when they had to deliver mail on foot! The worse thing we ever did was spoil them with trucks that they now never want to get out of and cause damage and added costs to homeowners.

This is the 2nd package package in a month I never revived..someone there must be keeping them..and the so called mail guy keeps putting the wrong mail in my boc
Called right at open on a Saturday to try and intercept a package (emergency passport!) that arrived that day but wouldn’t be delivered to my house Monday (day of travel). Staff member was kind, found my package, and left it at the desk for me to pick up!!! I very literally would have missed my whole trip were it not for their willingness to help. Thank you thank you thank you. I love supporting the USPS, thanks for making it easy for me.
Wow they actually had someone standing in the main area to help as you came in. Made things super easy and quick.

This is the most corrupt mail service Ever. I live in an apt in the 37072 zip code. Ordered my Husbands death certificate twice. Never Received it. Verified that it was sent to the correct address twice. Once? Maybe. But twice? Paying for Documents never Received. Filed a complaint. Lot of good that did. Had to tell family and friends not to send birthday cards, Christmas cards, or packages. You will never see them. Somehow important documents and packages never arrive. Have to have them delivered to a friends house. This postal service in goodlettsville is the most corrupt I have ever seen in my life. And to top it off, they could care less.
I put in a change of address to be forwarded and I received all my mail except important medication when the prior month they delivered it.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a post office. I brought my package up to the lady working at the desk & told her I wanted to ship my package the cheapest way possible. She responded with we dont provide labels, or tape, thats all on you. Then she waved me on. I explained that I just didnt know which label to use so that it wouldnt be expensive. She then said we dont do any of that. You have to bring your own tape & your own label unless you want to do priority mail, but thats like, $7.00. I was so shocked that I didnt even know what else to say. Ive done the exact same thing at countless other post office locations, & Ive always received help. I wouldnt advise visiting this office unless youre looking to get frustrated.

While ththe staff are very nice, the manager is very rude and disrespectful. I had one question for her and when she answered she went into a long explanation. When I tried to clear up some of her statements, she talked over me and talked down to me as if I was an idiot. She rolled her eyes when she said the mail carry lied to her and i tried to explain what happens to our mail. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. I think she forgets its the CUSTOMERS MONEY THAT PAY HER! While I enjoy seeing the rest of the staff and the convienance of this USPS I will be filing a formal complaint. Its ridiculous that a manager can treat someone as rude and disrespectful as she does. From the other comments, Im not the only one.
They received my package and instead of sending it to Nashville to be rerouted to Hendersonville it somehow got rerouted through Minnesota and is now completely lost. Thanks guys. Great work.
I wish my post master would deliver my packages like Fedex or UPS. They keep leaving packages on the edge of my uncovered porch for everyone to see and the last package sat out in the rain. Please, my back door is under a car port common sense says leave it there. Stop being lazy and leaving it on my front porch to get stolen or rained on.
Nothing over and beyond at this location. Just average Customer Service. No smiles or greetings just a thank you. But I just went there to get those nice new Marvin Gaye postage stamps. 😉

Worst post office EVER!!! The manager was just absolutely RUDE to my husband! With all this snow, Ive gotten texts saying my packages were there, they literally took the phones off the hook yall!!! So he couldnt call to make sure they really were there and drove all the way down there to be told theyre not, even though theres no way for them to get down our road, the conditions have not bettered since yesterday!!! And she tells him the phones are off the Hooke because of people like him. I am SO beyond mad right now!! Who keeps their phones off the hook?? Who sends out alerts saying our stuff is there to pick up and then you come to do so and its not there and you cant even call because theyve taken the phones off the hook. Ive never heard of such a thing. Literally the worst post office ever and I wish there was more I could do then to write this stupid review. That manager needs to be fired. I will be calling hire up than her and reporting her taking the phones off the hook and not even trying to help my husband with where the mailman could be so he can go to him after he had to drive all the way there in this snow since she decided to take the phones off the hook cause of people like him. What a JOKE!!! Now my husband is literally out driving around looking for the mailman. Its beyond ridiculous!! That woman needs to be fired and Ill be sure to do everything I can to report what she has done and how my husband was treated!!!!!
Never had a probeen in 10 years with thePostal Office or its workers. Have had a fewwith mail delivers in past but have a great one now.
The staff are always friendly and eager to help me with my postage needs!

Linda gave outstanding customer service. At my request she corrected the old address that I mistakenly put on pkg & rerouted it to the appropriate post ofc. Otherwise pkg would have been returned to me, $16 down the drain...whew.Thx Linda, yourre the BEST!

Worst possible post office. Turned in forwarding order THREE times and still can’t get mail delivered. Some blue hair “lady” always has a smart mouth and no luck at the PO since they are all to busy running there’s to get stuff done.
This is the worst post office I have ever been to I live in Goodlettsville so I come here quite often and there has never been one time I come in here and not wait at least 15 to 20 minutes. There is always one person up front to help everyone and thats ridiculous.

What problems dont I have?! Lost mail, returned mail for no reason, mail thats not mine. It happens a lot. Coming from someone who worked downtown for a long time and never had these issues, its very frustrating.
