Totally blown away by the sincere attention given by this place of business! I purchased my 1st lawnmower and trailer here. My trailer had to be ordered, so my service man, Bill allowed me to borrow his personal trailer to get my mower home. They all are kind, knowledgeable and patient. Recently had my mower repaired here and even in the busiest season they got me in and had great customer service, honest work, great people.

I tough the starter recoil of for my pressure washer was broken and I went over Wes Outdoor to order a new one. The gentleman that took care of me that morning end up fixing and putting together the current and broken starter recoil at no charge, he really knew wath he was doing and more important, his kindness and customer service was very impressive. People like this really believe in serving and helping others, they also are the ones who drive small businesses to the top and keep their doors open, great experience and I will be back.

This is not necessarily a review on WES. The service and sales there have been top notch. However the product they sell Husqvarna is cheap crap IMHO. We have always mowed our own lawn and last year we purchased (from another dealer in Springfield) a 46 cut riding mower new. This thing has the weakest 18 hp engine, it cuts like crap, and has been in for repairs twice already. The repairs were expensive and the belt held for one cut. Another trip back out there. Its cheaply made and to be honest, if this mower was a piece of anatomy, it would be the vagina of mowers. Steel is thin and weak, moving parts are weak. Engine is about weedeater level. Speaking of which, I did purchase a nice Husqvarna weedeater from this location this year, and so far, its been the best Ive owned. Perhaps they have the same motor? Anyways, enough bagging on a poor product. Save your money and buy anything else thats cheaper. However if you need service or supplies, this place is excellent in its knowledge and staff.
