While my rating may affect the company as a whole, you have title Attorney E Keith Bell to thank for that. I cant comment on every person in the company. I can only comment on my negative experience with Mr.Bell.There was a situation in which he insistently asked for information that I strongly felt did not directly pertain to the situation. I also felt it had no legal foothold. He was asking for my Grandmothers social # which I resolutely denied because I would never do anything to put my family in jeopardy under spurious grounds. I repeatedly asked for detailed information as to why this was the case with a reference to TN law code. I was never given anything close to that. When I spoke with Mr. Bell on the phone he didnt want to answer my questions as a professional. I made it clear that I cannot provide that type of information without her approval and that I needed a detailed, legitimate, and legal reason to even ask. I was met with frustration instead of answers. I can only assume that he may not fully understand the law in this case, otherwise he could have explained it.So my message to the company is that customers desire clear, concise, and accurate legal information. No client should ever be met with an answer that is in essence a just because line of reasoning. I might add that the State of TN accepted the title without the information he requested.

We have been working with Chad and his friendly staff at Lakeside Title & Escrow for the past 2 years. They are always quick to respond to any issues or questions we have for our clients. I cant say enough good things about the company. If you are looking for a solid title company I highly recommend Lakeside Title & Escrow!

I would never use this company EVERService is lousy.I had to have my realtor get my paperwork and title policy sent to me.THIS IS THE JOB OF THE TITLE COMPANY.Called today for title insurance policy, told wait another 30 days.The policy was in my in box from my realtor within the hour.These folks would not help mat allSTAY AWAY from these guys
