This is a WONDERFUL place to work!!! I have been working with this agency for a while now, I have always been satisfied, and taken care of for the most part. Let me specify, since I have worked with this agency I have seen them go through a number of office workers and management on the inside. Dealing with some of the past management and office workers was the only negative thing I could say about the agency. It seemed like at times if they didnt like you, or if you wasnt on the list of people who they liked best, you wouldnt get to work. HOWEVER, they have new management now as of recently and things have changed for a HUGE IMPROVEMENT AND IN A POSITIVE WAY!!! The new manager Crystal had been so helpful to me and put in so much effort to make sure that I am happy and been taken cate of its AMAZING!!! Thank you Crystal for all your help and making sure that Im taken care of!!! I am in a current position that I enjoy, and its a steady job fore on top of everything else!!! Another thing about this agency is that you are paid on a daily basis, without any problems getting paid, now that Crystal is there!!! I would HIGHLY suggest to go apply for a position with the agency. If you have worked here in the past and had a bad experience, I also HIGHLY suggest that you give it a try again with Crystal and the new team she had there working. It definitely a different experience!!!
Office is under new management. Was very satisfied with the service. give them a try
Professional courteous staff. They are taking temperatures at the door and requiring masks makes you feel safe.
The lady at the window is very passive aggressive and when I asked if the bathroom was out of order she said no and asked why so I told her about the sign on the door that said so and she said, with an attitude, “It must have been an employee.” But the sign I took a picture of clearly said management. She even had the guy behind the glass look over the counter at the door but he just dismissed it and for the remainder of my time there today I receive many dirty looks from them both. When I got into the bathroom there was no toilet paper and I had to call my sister, who was there to work as well, to get a roll from the front counter. If you want people to not be apprehensive about coming to day labor providers, then the solution is simple. Replace the employees that treat the laborers Like second class citizens.
Report to labor finders at 6 AM just to stand in a line to have your name placed for a job assignment that you may or may not even get. the wages are really low for the labor you put into a job. Office workers need to be replaced
You have to arrive at 6am if you want any type of job and youre atill not guaranteed one. They make you fight for a job and you can guarantee people are already waiting in front of you for an assignment which is pointless. Dont even bother calling during the day to pick up a last-minute assignment. You will get nowhere. This is not a good side hustle...
Tina is rude even though we were there this morning for work even called she was unprofessionally rude in person and on phone
One of the workers there is an ass and just stands outside smoking all day. Calls are never answered. He doesnt help doing a job for whatever pissy reason. He is rude & doesnt deserve a job himself. The other guy, Ken, was always helpful could find something. This other guy just sucks horribly. Wouldnt recommend talking to him AT ALL
The ladies that manage the office are the nicest people :)
Not very reliable
Robin is Great and Ms. Tina is clueless
Tina is great
Need work
I like labor finders. Daily payment
