I was in the store last night, started to buy a donut and changed my mind because they were probably there all day. Came back in the morning around 8am looked like the same ones from the night before . I asked if they were fresh, they said yes every morning. I bought one, probably about 2 days old.

This is a story about a TRIFLING service station.Called ahead to check location and gas price. I spoke with Nick who seemed very nice but thats where it ended. Once I arrived everything went downhill from there. Lydia who was helping me couldnt put her cell phone down long enough to focus on my transaction. Im sure thats why it was messed up. I informed her from the start I was doing a split-pay but she didnt know how to do that and screwed it up. I had a Shell rewards card I was unable to use. I said I would just pay with my credit/debit card. She even screwed that up. When I went to pump the gas, the pump wouldnt work and the prices shown on the pump didnt reflect my 40 points and 40 cents off per gallon. They said once I hung up the pump it cancelled the transaction. I stated again the pump was not working in the first place. Apparently the transaction was cancelled before I even went out to the pump. I asked Lydia if she could fix it. Again she had her phone literally up in front of her face and I had to ask her twice. I had 40 Kroger fuel points that she had no idea what happened to them and Nick said I would have to call Kroger customer service. I informed them Kroger C.S. is closed and no longer open 24 hours. Nick said thats f---ed up.First of all if Lydia had have been paying attention to what she was doing instead of trying to text and take selfies my transaction wouldnt have been messed up. Since she was still on her damn phone I asked her if the info she needed was on her phone. She replied she was calling Sheila the manager to ask how to do a split pay and retrieve my 40 points. When she put her phone down with an attitude it was in selfie mode. She was clearly lying.I asked for a receipt showing my transaction was cancelled since they gave me no reason to trust them. Needless to say, I left with no gas and had to go elsewhere. I will be calling corporate come Monday morning.I have one word for this location. TRIFLING!What is so funny, not so funny about this story is I met another customer at the service station down the street after leaving there. She said she had the same issue and had lost her 40 points at this Shell location. She said she would never go back there and it was the most horrible service station in the area.Again... TRIFLING!!!

Coffee price changes daily it seems. $2.00 for gas station coffee is overkill. Tweakers hanging out at night, lock your doors.

On 09/03/2020, there was an employee with her mask pulled down coughing in her hands and touching products. Why was her mask pulled down? Why was she coughing everywhere? Was it on purpose? This should be addressed.

Customer was getting gas and not watching it letting it pour out all over the ground right next to us when we had kids in the car plus two dogs nothing was done talk about scared to death wont return when traveling cause there no customer willlingnes with this store was over charged for two 20 oz milks no help fixing

E85 found here Ethanol Blend up to 51% is anywhere from $0.10 - $0.25 cheaper than the advertised 87 Octane. Must if car capable of burning ethanol. Biodiesel is here, as well. Not sure of price comparison to regular diesel. This google page does not indicate it has either of these fuels and is one of the only stations in the area to carry it. Kroger Plus card acknowledges sale, but no rewards applies to bio blend fuels. Convienant in and out. Great snacks and basic goods.

Truck drivers stay away!!!!! Manager all the way up to director of operations do not know how to work their own system. I paid amex/cash for fuel. Could not get reciept with truck and trailer info on it. Waited 30 minutes to try to get reciept and the manager said he just could not do it. Then called corporate office. The director of operations said that he called all of their truckstops and no one knew how to provide this simple request. I suppose if the guy responsible for training and setting their system up has to call the people he trained...well theres your problem. Too many other options for fuel in this area dont waste your time.

I love the cappuccinos . The store and bath room are clean. The people that work there are nice and polite .

Great location, plenty of drinks and electronics for the road like phone chargers but they rarely lower their prices on gas, food its great but mostly gone when Im there, the squeegees stations for cleaning the windows need replacement and windshield fluid need to be replaced more often.
