Dukes towed my corvette when the linkage pin broke. It was in a parking area and he was able to maneuver his flatbed at an angle to get the corvette up on the flatbed at an angle. I was so impressed with the care and professionalism of the driver.

I spent about 10 minutes at this business trying to follow up about a wreck and a car that was totaled by a family member. Both people I spoke to were very unprofessional and had poor customer service. I didn’t receive any help or achieve my goal for being there. There’s no space for you to park. You should treat people with more respect despite what they look or sound like.

These ppl are the definition of crooks. My car....driven by someone else without my permission was towed on Friday and I was not notified until Sunday. I was informed that I could come pick up my car at their lot for the total cost of $335. I thought that was high especially since I did not know my car was even towed but I went down there to pay it and get my car back. When I arrived I was informed that they were closed on Sundays and I could not get my car until Monday at which time I would be charged for another day of storage. The sign on their gate clearly states there is a $75 fee to gain access after hours or when theyre closed however that option was not given to me. I feel that I have been robbed and taken advantage of at a very vulnerable time rather than help me they kicked me while I was down. Very unprofessional very greedy very capitalistic

They like to drive right on down the shoulder of a road and cut people off along an exit ramp to then get back into regular lanes of traffic. Highly unprofessional!

My husband got his diesel truck stuck in the mud in a very bad spot! It was close to sliding off into a bluff in Hendersonville! By the time I got to him it was after midnight! I had called a couple place cuz I wasnt FAMILIAR with anyone in the area, they had said 4 hours! So I happen to see Dukes wrecker service on google & called it! The lady who answered the phone was very nice! She immediately had the tow truck driver call to see if he could find us & help us! You see We didnt need a tow he needed to be pulled out! The driver that came was Charles the biggest gentle giant you will ever meet! It was after midnight below freezing & he wasnt rude at all tho my expectations were that he would be at least grouchy! He wasnt the slightest bit rude! It didnt take but a few minutes to get him out & be on our way! He even followed us out of the HOLLOW & made sure we were on our way! Hes a great Guy! We highly recommend him! Sorry to write a book but for those who read it Im sure u will appreciate the explanations of peoples NICE NOT RUDE ACTIONS!

Well i was driving on the interstate an ended up Wrecking my vehicle and the police call a towing company an dukes showed up an they just took my car an the driver of the tow truck asked me were DOES he need too take it an i didnt know what too do an now they took it too there lot an now in less than 24hrs my bill is 405.00 or they said bring 175 an title too get anything out of the car so im advertising that i wouldnt do anything with this company an the police cant stop them from doing this too the public so its your call as once you call them they own your car no matter what an the police has them as a emergency tow for wrecks so if they show up you better just take it too your closest spot or they will own your car an charge what they want an the police isnt stopping them from doing this so be smart an be aware im posting a review everyday an im sharing this on all sites too get the public awareness of WHAT there doing too families that didnt do anything wrong but i got ran off the road by too cars racing

Needed a tow and was calling around. Dukes was a fraction of the time the other said. Also, they dropped our car off at the repair shop for us. Will be my first call next time.

Our old truck decided to call it quits at the Goodlettsville city dump right before closing time. We ended up having to leave it there locked in the gates. Charles Lamb was able to take care of contacting the correct department to get our truck out of the locked lot. Before we could even miss our truck Charles had it delivered into our driveway. We appreciated his assistance and speed in helping us get our vehicle back.

Awful. The tow driver was great, but they are awful at customer service. Want to clean out your vehicle? Better call ahead for a five minute window to get your things. They delayed the inspection and the tow to the body shop because neither my insurance carrier or body shop could make scheduling a time work. Towing cars makes the money, but you have to manage the lot or you are taking undue advantage of people in a bind. There is enough of that already. Sort reviews to show newest to get the idea on how things are trending.

Called on a Sunday afternoon, Dukes showed up towed my vehicle to dealer. Dukes didnt charge a tow fee and a hook up fee like a lot of companies do these days. Dukes charged me a fair price to tow my vehicle. I was very pleased. Thank you Dukes and keep up the good work.

Sunday about 6pm as we were headed home on I-65 I ran over something in the road that punctured my LF tire. I pulled to what is considered the shoulder and watched as hundreds and hundreds of cars flew past me at 70mph. Not wanting to risk our lives I got on my phone and found Dukes listed as a good service. I called and was pleased at how promptly a truck arrived. The driver, a very friendly guy, parked behind me and I could see the traffic move over a lane while he changed the tire, something they wouldnt have done for me. It didnt take long and we were on the road again. Great service from a reliable company.

Ive used this tow company a number of times in the past and i had just broke down on the side of the road across from the shell at 31w and 65 and the driver Charles recognized me and came over in his personal vehicle and offered assistance. When we determined it needed to be towed he left and picked up his tow truck and was back in literally 5 minutes and i was home really fast after that. And the owner priced it very reasonably. Couldnt recommend these guys more!

We were stranded on I-65 at the CrossPlains, TN exit Sat. night, May 4. We sat with our hazard lights flashing, rain coming down, cars zooming by (including TN troopers) for over an hour while roadside assistance attempted to find a wrecker for us. We finally decided to take things into our own hands and asked Siri for local wrecker services. We called Dukes...What a great experience! Carl said he would be there in 30 minutes and he was! He quickly got us loaded up and headed to Murfreesboro. We got there about 1:00 a.m. due to a wreck on the interstate. Carl was very polite and patient as we sat in gridlock traffic for all those hours. I would highly recommend Dukes to anyone needing this service!

On Christmas night, I was attempting to drive down very steep driveway with limited to no lights at the driveway area. Also, it was foggy; the ground was wet and slippery. I got stuck, as I had veered too far to the right of the driveway. I could not maneuver my way out. I searched the website for a wrecker service close to the area I was in and selected Dukes Wrecker Service. The serviceman came out within time stated, 25 minutes. Geico sent Dukes Wrecker Service to tow my van which had a blowout on I65 whole traveling from Michigan to Memphis, TN. The tow truck only allows 2 people. I had my father and children with me. Charles made sure that we were all safe and there was a plan because he didnt want to leave anyone stranded and waiting at a rest stop Definitely would recommend Dukes to anyone. I tried to give Charlie a tip and he would not take it just said he was happy to help. Stand up guy 👍

My car was impounded Saturday night, July 15th at 11:10 PM. I picked my car up at 9:30 AM Monday morning. My father and I both made several phone calls to Mr. Duke. He was EXTREMELY rude each time and kept raising the price for me to get my car. He charged me $255, 3 days. From people who have worked in the wrecker business for 25+ years, I have heard that they have 2 hours after the car is impounded to start charging. I even had pictures of where the date was written on the car showing July 15th, 11:10 PM. If they cant charge for 2 hours, that would be 1:10 AM Sunday morning. If I picked my car up first thing Monday, July 17th, how in the world could he charge me for THREE days???? My mother also gave Mr. Duke a phone call after I picked my car up. When she asked to speak to the owner, she was told he was not available. So she went on to ask the persons name whom she was speaking with, just to find out it was in fact, the owner. After being called out for lying, his response was I always say that because I get so many B.S. phone calls a day. Hmmm. So not only is this man ripping people off and extremely rude, hes a liar as well. Im very upset and extremely disappointed that someone could do people this way. Please, if you have a choice, go somewhere else. This man needs to have consequences for his awful treatment to people who are desperate for help. PITIFUL.

Roadside service dispatched them. I was broke down near captain ds in goodletsville near i65. Waited over 3 hrs, stranded and no service or calls from them. I had to keep calling and and each time was another delay with another 45 minutes wait added. This went on for over 3 hrs!!!

My son was in an accident right in front of Dukes and they towed the car 1 minute up the road to my apartment and charged me 155.00. We literally went 5 minute walking distance up the road....never again

I’m sure no one else has had this problem but I got into an accident, was told my car was going here, handed a business card without the address, when I called the vehicle wasn’t there, and the lady I was talking to was very rude . Everyone I spoke to was rude, and I’ve had to wait more than an hour for someone to show up to the lot just to get my items out of the car, just bad .
