Friendly and fast service. I got there when they opened so I didn’t have to wait at all. They have free coffee in the waiting room, and an outdoor seating area so you can be Covid safe. They got me in and out quick. Very convenient.

I used Jiffy Lube in Goleta to perform an oil change. Appointments are unnecessary. The whole process took about a half hour. There are four service bays and I chose a line and remained in the car and a service technician took my information. They were careful to protect the interior of the car and sterilized the steering wheel and interior. After they completed the work they gave me a detailed report on the work they did and gave recommendations on other items that might need attention. The staff was friendly and professional and the quality of the work was excellent. Apparently they do perform others automotive services but I only got an oil change. Super convenient for a quick oil change.

Tim and Cameron were the best! They were honest and trustworthy and told me what was needed and what could wait. Both incredibly friendly and professional. As I pulled away Tim noticed one of my brake lights was out and fixed it for free. Definitely the best service I’ve gotten at any jiffy lube.

Nice staff, quality job (from what I can tell). Honored a coupon I found on the web but was expired. Took a little longer than I’d like but it was a busy day and they were moving as fast as they could. Will use again!

I had them do an oil change a few weeks ago but recently I noticed that I had a leak, I didn’t know what? I took my car back thinking it could have been an oil leak? After looking underneath they couldn’t see where the leak was coming from so the had me go to another Jiffy Lube that could do more investigation. The other shop did a pressure test for my cooling system and found what was wrong. My boyfriend will do the work so I didn’t have them do it but they only charged me for 1/2 hr labor and didn’t charge me for the pressure test or the whole hr it took them! They were very understanding about me having my boyfriend do the work, no pressure! I’ll return to Jiffy Lube to do my oil changes in the future!

Excellent work done expediently. Plus the prices were the best I could find in the area. They cleaned my car too which was greatly appreciated.

Replaced two tires that my local dealership needed more than a week to get. Also had a smog check. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back.

I was really impressed with the quality of customer service at this Jiffy Lube! I had an oil change, smog check, and tire rotation. After driving away, my car had a shimmy when I got on the freeway that wasnt there before. I called the shop and let them know and Tim told me to come back in and he would balance my front tires free of charge! After Tim balanced my tires, the shimmy dissappeared!! I am so grateful and so thankful he was willing to do that for me. Awesome guys, excellent customer service. Ill definitely be back!!

The entire staff helped me immensely. The owner is an absolute blessing himself. The woman technician was extremely sweet. Great service, great price, they went above and beyond, and I’ve never had a better diagnostic service and oil change experience.The owner/ general manager is absolutely amazing. He has helped me out twice now: he is kind, knowledgeable, reasonable, and genuine.The female technician was also amazing. She had shorter hair (so if she sees this she knows I’m referring to her) and had a smile on her face- she was knowledgeable and did her best to make an economical value for me at a time where I don’t have a lot of money.Neither of them knew this, yet gave me incredible service and gave me a fair price.I have always absolutely dreaded getting an oil change and spending the money on it. They actually made this the best oil change/ diagnostic repairs experience I’ve had. I’ve been thinking of their demeanor and kindness all day. It meant more than they can know.

$160.00 for an oil change and air filter. Was never quoted any price until work was done and payment was due. The service person did take plenty of time gathering all of my personnel information which frankly makes me uncomfortable. I’ve heard stories from friends that they do this and loosen up your catalytic converter then visit your car later and easily remove it. Not only do I feel swindled now I deeply regret giving my information. All in all just a horrible experience and will never be back. Amazing any buisiness can survive and continue to operate with such a bad reputation. All in all just total regret. Negative 4stars.

Quick and friendly service. I was in and out in no time for a smog check. They even caught something else that needs attention and gave me a no pressure recommendation about fixing it.

They were very thorough and clearly had a system in place that provided all services were not just performed but double and triple checked. I have the utmost confidence that I got my moneys worth.

Tim and his fellow employees were very friendly and professional. Got me right in on a busy Friday afternoon! That being said, although it was busy I didn’t feel rushed, they took their time checking me in and explaining my different options.

They stripped my oil pan and plug. They did not mention anything to me about it. Only way I noticed was by reading the paperwork they handed me. They took no responsibility for it. Also they noted that they cleaned my windows. Not at all. They smeared my Windows. I would have rather not come to Jiffy Lube at all!!

THEY CRASHED MY CAR!! i cannot believe they let this happen, they crashed my car when i came for an OIL CHANGE.

I loved that I was able to pull up and get my oil change completed quickly. I was able to stay in the car the entire time. I liked how they washed the outside windows. The one thing I was a bit upset about was that they did not take off the money for the coupon I had shown them at the beginning. Also, I was told I needed 4 new tires at Jiffy Lube. I went to get a second opinion and found out I only needed to replace the two front tires.

Staff was friendly and helpful. In and out in 30 minutes. I also appreciated the fact that I just wanted an oil change and they respected that.

The service here was incredible. Even though there were long lines in all three stalls when I arrived, they were quick, friendly and professional. This will be my “go to” oil change place from now on!

Had an oil pressure light and a check engine light kick on, brought my car in to see if they could make a quick diagnosis. After replacing a couple parts(some for free), Julio let me know that while they couldnt do the work required at their shop, they could hang onto my car for a couple days until I could have it towed to a shop that could. They also took the price of an uber off of my bill which I appreciate. Great service, very communicative, and honest.

This was one of the first times as a woman that I felt comfortable at a car shop. The jiffy lube in Goleta is so nice and didn’t make me feel out of place at all. Other jiffy lubes have before but not this one :) Checked for every safety precautions and my car was in excellent condition besides my tires being rotated and oil changed, they even explained one part of my filter to me :)

After a Full synthetic oil change and tipping 30.00 for the pit crew, I came back to have my breaks done, I only needed pads, as my Van only had 120 KThey Replaced two rotors that actually did not need it... 925.00 for twoThey wanted over 1700.00 for a break job, the Van is a 2012 !!I Trusted Jiffy Lube and they took full advantage of me. They lost a good customer and a Tipper, Fairview in Goleta, kid behind the counter thinks everyone is stupid and Ill never go back, Ever Ever Ever...

Above and beyond for a quick oil change joint. And it looks like Jiffy is keeping everyone employed during covid. Thats really sweet of the owner, given the lower volume of business. Theyre all wearing masks to protect themselves and their clients from the spread of covid-19. social distancing isnt quite 6 feet due to the loud noises of a shop on a busy street corner, so just tell them if youd like them to step back from the window a bit. Got really good service from them.

Went in for a oil change. Was super fast! Got to talking with the gentleman working the counter and got a SMOG test too (about to register my car). Got a discounted price for doing more than 1 service there. Friendly and helpful! Will be back after 5000 miles.

I had a gr8 experience there. I opted to stay in car, and witnessed how their team worked. I was amazed, like a pit stop in racing, they knew their jobs, and got it done. Then a girl walks up and reviews my car, good and bad points. Im a mechanic, and knew my problems, and they were right on everything. I didnt know I was going to need a new tire up front, but I looked, and she was right. I can do this stuff myself, but Ill be going their again because of the service I received

Marco Mireles, Senior Customer Service Advisor, was most helpful in getting our brakes replaced. Mario, service tech, was superb at getting the brakes off and inspected and new pads and rotors on and showed us that besides the pads we would need new calpers on the front. They got them ordered for a Saturday delivery. Since it’s Covid and parts are hard to come by they were spot on the delivery! Everyone was professional and courteous!! Highly recommend them for oil changes AND brakes!!!“Nice job, guys!!”👍🏻

Not happy with this visit. I wanted an oil change. They wrote me up for super European synthetic oil and Gasoline additive. I didnt want those two items, their cost $37.00, I just want an oil change. It toke 2 other employees to figure that out. They showed me the air filter and cabin filter and quoted the prices to be, $30 and $60. I said change the air filter. 2 minutes later they inform me the engine filter is $46. I agree thinking its worth not bruising my knuckles for. But check the market value on the local auto parts store. Three filters 20, 35 and 54 bucks. Then they inform me that they have ordered the filter locally and will be delivered in 5 minutes. At which I inform then that I want to see the receiving receipt because Im not paying 46 for a $20 filter. They say no problem but 2 minutes later they are reinstalling my old filter. They apologized for the mix up. Not sure what to think, not sure Ill go back, I have been using them fo 10 years.

Not a terrible experience overall though I recommend knowing your car so they don’t talk you into $60+ dollar filters you can get an Amazon for $12.

I had an extremely bad experience at this Jiffy Lube. First, they told me they would call me back ASAP to bring in my car once the parts had been ordered to fix it, then a week went by and I called them only to find out they had not ordered any parts and were not planning on it. I then brought my car back in, they doubled the price after giving me a price ceiling the week before and were condescending in the explanation of why. I then picked my car up a week later only to have 0 of the problems fixed that I paid a lot of money for. All in all, this place was disrespectful, unsuccessful, and ineffective.Edit: I was contacted by Sean and he took the car back to work on it some more, and additionally fully refunded me after discovering there was a repair needed that Jiffy Lube does not offer. I am very appreciative for this!

Staff was very attentive, considerate, knowledgeable, and effective in troubleshooting repairing and getting me out the door! Also, they told me to come right by when I called, they were very willing to see how they could serve me right away. I am canceling my other appointment with the other garage because of the quick and ready service they provided.

People were nice but some oil was spilled on top where oil is added. This caused some smoke from under my hood. I am monitoring the oil level now. I cleaned the spill at home.

Overpriced compared to a dealer. They were nice, and there was an area set up for outdoor seating, but $120 for an oil change is very high. My dealer does an oil change with a tire rotation for less.

Incompetent technician. Didnt want to do my transmission and couldnt figure out how to do the fuel injection service....they said a couple hours so I left the vehicle. Came back and they didnt perform what I needed and never called to tell me....waisted my morning. This place is a joke.

Very helpful workers and efficient service. They checked my battery free of charge and explained the test results to me. They even got me an estimate before they did the service. Then it took around 40 mins for them to replace it.

I was treated very well. They were fast and recommended items the felt I needed. Nothing high pressure so that was nice. I had an engine flush and synthetic oil change and my gas mileage has already improved.

This place was unfairly attacked by a “Karen”. Every single worker was excellent and even gave me insight into possible problems with my car that might be worth checking out. People are sensitive so I hope the workers involved keep working hard.

I was a little nervous about getting my oil changed during the pandemic but I felt completely safe at Jiffy Lube. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. Even though there were 3 customers before me I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great job!!

One can make a good joke out of jiffy lube but you cant make fun of what they do. All jokes aside, Jiffy Lube knows what to do! When it comes to everyday wear and tear, Jiffy Lube is my go-to-pitstop... I might feel like a Formula~1 racer but I value the fact that Jiffy Lube is timely and reliable. I can plan my day accordingly, knowing that I can drop off my car, get it serviced professionally, and pick it up when Im told its ready 2 go :) the warranty and price are fair and Jiffy Lube keeps me safe on the road. Been going to Jiffy lube for years, really like their professionalism and quality and just good service, but my last visit on April 22, 2020 I was on my way to work before I thought I would get an oil change and there was hardly anyone there. I had to wait almost an hour Plus When I was leaving they told me that they wash the windows and vacuumed the inside of the car when I got to the car to proceed to go to work the windows were dirty and the carpets were not cleaned. Didn’t make a big deal bad because I was late for work. Other than that I think they’re a good company.Barry BGoleta Ca 93117

Don´t go there!!! They told me the oil change will be aprox $50 and at the time of paying they it was around $150. Their argument? You were the one that signed this in the tablet when you enter. Funny.

Slow. I brought in a coupon that they no longer honor. As a result, I got quoted 3 different prices by 3 different people between drop-off, paper signing, and check-out. Really makes you feels as though employees have enough latitude with pricing that the pricing is basically made up. Cant know if youre getting a good deal or not.

Ive been coming here forever for my regular oil changes. As someone who knows nothing about cars, its a relief to be able to come here and know I can trust these guys. They are affordable and dont try to upsell me. I really appreciate their thoroughness. The waiting room is always clean, air conditioned, with free Keurig cofee, free wifi, free phone charge station.
