I called Mcleans auto body service and talked to Reza. He helped me so much with information on my car and how to tint the tailights! he stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes and even searched and made sure I received the best quality product even without me stepping a foot into the sop. Best Customer Service!!!

I’ve had a bad experience with an auto body shop before that has left me with a general disdain for auto body shops. However, when I went in to McLean’s, all of that went out the window. I was helped immediately and treated with respect, the employee that assisted me didn’t swindle me or overcharge, and overall, I enjoyed my time there. Should I ever require services again and am in the area, I will absolutely return here. Furthermore, if anyone ever asks me where to go for auto repairs, there will be no hesitation when I name McLean’s. I generally don’t leave reviews, but this time, it’s absolutely worth it.

I must say this is the best car repair I have ever had! My car got a major dent, and Michael at McLeans Auto Body & Paint, Inc., who is super friendly and professional saved my day. Even though my arriving time is late in the day, Michael greete me warmly, offering me multiple solutions in great details and eventually solve the problem effieciently. Definitely will recommend Michael and Mcleans Auto to my friends and definitely will come back again if I need any repair for my car.

This auto body shop is the real deal. Theyve been around for decades and they know what theyre doing. Their focus is on quality of work to repair cars to pre-accident condition.I asked my auto insurer, AAA of Southern Cal, if their computers showed any rankings among the auto body repair businesses in the Santa Barbara area. They said the only one in their system that showed a Gold Star distinction for quality of work and customer satisfaction was McLeans in Goleta.Michael and the team at McLeans are good guys with a true interest in doing the best repair work the first time.

They did an awesome job fixing my car in a very timely manner. The spot they fixed looks brand new. I have never had a better experience at an auto repair shop, I highly recommend.

I brought my car in for a large dent, and they gave me an estimate right away and were super helpful and clear about what was going to be done. I brought my car in the next morning and it was ready the following day! When I picked up my car the interior and exterior were deep cleaned really well. Awesome commitment to help. Sent pics of a damaged vehicle and they gave me valuable feedback on price and option and they informed it wasnt worth spending money on. Later I received additional info further explaining the reasons for cost even know I would not be a customer. Taking additional time to help someone who wouldnt be a customer speaks volumes of their service!

Stopped in here 10 minutes before they closed asking about reattaching a side view mirror that had come off of my Audi. Took them 15 minutes to glue it back on and didnt even charge me. It was obvious that they care about helping people and not just the bottom line. Very refreshing!

Great staff and they seem to be very honest and straight forward. They did not return the car on the date they said buy I was out of town so the few days of delay was not problematic. I would use McCleans again.
