I was referred to Bruce after looking at two other shops (fully booked) for a battery problem. He took my car in and serviced it and had it back to me in less than 24 hours of my initial call. Great service and competitive pricing. Highly recommend based on initial experience.

Went to get my AC compressor replaced before a long road trip. I was told it could be replaced the next day before my trip but when it was supposed to be done I got a call saying the part ordered was incorrect. I understand sometimes things like this happen so just did my trip without AC. What was frustrating was when I ordered the correct part and replaced it I noticed part of the wiring harness on the compressor had been cut off with the factory plug, which did not need to be cut in the first place as the entire wiring assembly on the compressor can be transferred to the new compressor (pretty basic). Called and apparently it went back with the original incorrect compressor that was ordered so now I need to buy the factory part which is hard to find and was not offered to have it replaced. I gave 2 stars just because the price would have been decent and he was nice. Might have just been a bad experience but wouldnt go back.

The most honest, ethical, trustworthy and knowledgable mechanic in the state of California! Have been a client of Bruces since 1982. He knows everything about cars, and his prices and service are fantastic.
