We have had our Mr. Deburr for a year and a half now. Great machine and great customer service with consumables, plus fast shipping. Had one issue with a damaged shipping box missing media, they had a replacement shipped out the following day. Some things are out of stock currently like plastic media, but that is common everywhere right now.

I placed an order with one of their online dealers and money was taken from my account immediately but Bill at Accubrass didnt reply to my emails or phone calls for well over a week. Then when i was finally refunded due to the product being out of stock, i was not refunded the cc processing fee. So it cost me $180 for a huge waste of time. After talking to C & M on the phone it was apparent that they knew about the situation with Bill at Accubrass and were still allowing him to sell their products. I was never told that the fee wouldnt be refunded if i wanted to cancel the order. He just processed the return and then notified me that i wouldnt see that money back. HUGE disappointment.
