Fast effieciant service. Friendly, every thing was quick and without issues.

Everyone was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The storage unit was clean, and renting the U-Haul was fairly quick process (some of which was online). Very happy with this company so far.

Scheduled a uhaul pick up for 9am. I showed up early. It is now 9:10am and there is no one here. Very inconvenient for the people who are counting on these trucks and their rental agreements to be honored so that they can move their stuff.

Tim delivered EXEMPLARY Customer Service! He was very professional and at the same time, her was a REAL people person! He is definitely an asset to Compass Self Storage. The facility was clean and did a great job of encouraging, displaying, and practicing Social Distancing. 2 THUMBS UP!

Julie and Tim are both GREAT, HELPFUL, DETAILED and VERY PATIENT...I always have questions especially when renting rental trucks! The facility is clean, well maintained and their presentation of moving supplies is always full and pricing visible.Julie was able to locate a rental truck for me to pick up in Tallahassee, Florida...that was the closest place that had rental trucks after Hurricane Michael hit the panhandle of Florida . I was also able to rent (1) 10 x 20 climate controlled storage unit from Julie as well. When I arrived back from Tyndall A .F. Base, Florida, I found I needed another climate controlled unit and Julie was able to accommodate me once again. I was impressed by all the lighting, cleanliness of the units and the ease of being able to use their automated box lift to the second floor for my boxes instead of having to carry them up the stairs. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted with a welcoming smile and great attitude. The employees here are super friendly and helpful. When I came into rent a unit, the lady in the office made sure to have the numbers of several units for me to check out to make sure Id be happy. We took the golf cart over to the units. Once I decided on a unit, she immediately went to get a broom to sweep the unit then sprayed for possible spiders and other bugs. The unit was already really clean and I didnt see any signs of spider webs or anything else. This is definitely a great run facility!

I give this company 5 Stars!!! Tim and Julie are amazing!!! They exceeded my expectations with storage and U-Haul!!! Anyone looking for a place to store their belongings there the place to go!!! Being a military family you do a lot of moving, so storing your belongings in storage isnt new for us. These guys are amazing. I came in looking for a uhaul and even though they didnt have what I needed they were super helpful and informative when locating a truck for me. Climate control=82 degrees plus in the Summer, no lighting, and rates promised on contract broken. When contacting the business its hard to speak with someone onsite.

The most dysfunctional n unprofessional outfit Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with...whenever I call to make a payment no one ever answers the phone. Pay by phone has a $3.00 fee? More ripoffs for the customers.They are not smart enough to have call waiting or call forwarding...definitely very low grade service, intelligence n customer dis-service. NOT RECOMMENDED
