The girls in this location were GREAT! It was an over sized package that needed to be boxed. They jumped right in with smiles and helped! WOW! I am so thankful. If you ever need anything (cute gift shop too) I would go here first!

Used Impress Me/FedEx Me for international shipping of personal items. The staff at Impress Me/FedEx Me knowingly mislabeled the contents of the package and attached a commercial invoice. Custom officials in the destination country examined the contents and found the declaration sheet didnt match what they found inside. Customs ended up charging an extra $200 all because the staff at Impress Me/FedEx Me didnt take the time to list the 4 items we put in the box. The staff and owner at Impress Me indicated, when we returned to complain, that they thought not listing everything might result in no charge when the package went through customs. As a result, customs assumed the items would be sold commercially and charged a very high tariff. That decision by Impress Me staff cost us a bundle and the owner refused to accept any responsibility. Do yourself a favor and find another shipping agent for your packages.

Not this exact FedEx location. But I am not happy with FedEx!!! We ordered a generator last week online, that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday 9/12/18. Which was not. We received a notification 9/13/18 @ 5:18 AM that our package was out for delivery. I called them at 4:00 PM/6:30 PM expressing my concerns due to the hurricane and requesting for the drivers contact info because with UPS you can meet them with tracking number and get package as their in route. They refused to give me that. AND I had 3 customer service representatives lie to me stating they would run until 10 PM regardless. I asked multiple times to please check to see if it would effect delivery. They repeatedly told me no. Well 8:30 rolls around last night and we receive notice that our package went back to the terminal due to weather. I called back to FedEx and spoke with a representative and asked her to transfer me to a manager. I spoke with Robert from the domestic claims department. He was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! He did not seem a bit concerned at all nor offer to do anything about the situation and the false info I was clearly given. I will be going above him to have something done about this. Now I’m sitting without power and more than likely going to lose everything in our fridge, freezer and our aquarium. (Which FedEx is responsible for) 😡😡😡

I paid $78 to have my package by 4:30 today its after 5pm no package no call no nothing so I called customer service and she said if it doesn’t show up today that will try again Monday. I asked could we call the driver and she said she would have someone call and let me know by 5:30. I don’t need the package on Monday I need it Absolutely positively today.Update at 5:07 the FedEx truck drove by slowly and didn’t stop.No call from anyone so I called fback again these people are no help at all.I would never use Fedex if you really need it overnight UPS seems to be more reliable.6:18 I did get the package Still very poor customer service.
