Went the other day to get a sata cord for my new ssd drive to put into my newly built terminator.The staff was very friendly and helped me obtain the cord i needed very fast while also giving me great advice on upgrading said terminator.Now when the world is destroyed and chaos rules supreme during the enslavement of the human race we can all sleep easy knowing that the device was installed quickly and accurately.

My dad and his friend both recommended Eclipse to me.A bit of a tech guy myself, upon entering the store they seemed well equipped.My needs were simply a laptop cable (not the adapter), which he gave to me free of charge.I dont spend much time in Goldsboro, havent lived here since 1997, but I will keep Eclipse in mind if I require any computer parts.

Rude sent a message that I was on the way, and checked if it was sold before I left the house! A 30 minute ride both ways, wanted to make sure it wasnt sold. No message arrived and it was sold! Will never buy or recommend them for anything!!!!!!!!!

Great computer shop. You can purchase used Laptops and Desktops. Their service is great for keeping your equipment running smooth. They also do IT services for business needs. If you want to build your own PC plenty to choose from. Sure you can buy online but it is nice to run and pickup what you need right now. Not sure what you need Kevin is more than happy to help. He does not try to upsale things you do not need. Local business at its best.

My experience, while somewhat circumstantial, was horrible overall. I was left in the dark for two weeks before I finally got my computer back, and it wasnt until I got home that there were numerous problems that were never communicated to me, and that I had to call back in order to be told. First and foremost, my hard drive was damaged beyond repair when I brought it in, and the person and the counter forgot to tell me this while I was there. Not only that, but the hard drive they replaced my old 1TB one with was 250GB, which is something Id have liked to at least know about, that way I could at least have a say in whether Id like to pay for a better one.In addition, I found out that they installed a free trial of the premium version of Malwarebytes without my consent, which is a problem because a free trial version of a premium antivirus is what rendered one of my old laptops unusable by installing bloatware and causing other problems that I couldnt fix at the time.I dont have anything against their services, but they didnt communicate a thing to me, and this lack of communication has caused even more grief on top of losing over a years worth of data and projects. I just hope they can get their act together someday.

The staff there is great. They are very courteous, knowledgeable and most of all dependable. I took my laptop in to have the screen replaced because every time I would start my computer the screen remained black although you could hear that it was working. So I took it in before lunch and before the close of business that very same day, my laptop was fixed with a brand new screen. I am exceedingly pleased with how quick and thorough they are and to be a small business they apparently keep their inventory maintained.

I have taken my computers here many times over the years for repairs. Most of the staff is nice when you drop off or pick up. They usually take quite a while to get the repairs done. It is usually a few days before you can get your computer back. They have always been able to fix any issues weve had..i just wish it didnt take as long.to get it repaired.

Best customer service especially for someone like me who doesnt know what they are doing. They were patient with me and explained what I needed. Unlike the large retailer, they had what I needed in stock. They even gave me the part at no charge!!!

They have the most amazing staff!!! I went in with my son who is 2 and the owner took the time to play w him and make him feel comfortable (and not bored out of his mind) while the other gentlemen took the time to check out my laptop. They are extremely professional, so smart, and always try and find the cheapest solution for you. I will be going to them for any technology issue I have going forward and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

I came to eclipse with a virus on my computer and figured it would be a couple days to get it cleaned. But later that day I was called and told my computer was ready. That was very fast and the device works great. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. I was very pleased and I highly recommend these computer pros.

I depend on them, they have always come through and fix my laptops and tablets. I had a tablet I thought was done but I took it to Eclipse and brought it back to life an it stills works years later!

I had such a bad experience. I asked them to call me first with an exact price before they ordered my computer parts. I called two hours later. They had already ordered my parts and refused to take the parts back. They ordered a part that I did not want, and tried to make me pay for it. They also charged $130 labor fee for a computer that was not fixed. I will never go back. They did a similar thing to a relative of mine as well.

If you have a small business Eclipse is the way to go. They will go above and beyond to help you with any problem you have. I just called and they remote accessed my computer and fixed it in no time. Great Job.

Ran a quick diagnosic on my equipment, and I was out the door with a new, freshly imaged hard drive in no time at all. Saved me upwards of an hour of work just by pre-loading the new drive with Windows. Great service and very knowledgeable.

Im building a computer by myself and I have NO idea what Im doing. I stopped by for buy some heat sink and they just gave it to me. They answered all my questions and offered advice on how to deal with problems I was having. Super friendly and nice. Meet the owner of the store as he was shopping in my store and discussed issues I had with my computer, he told me to come see him at his store. The owner and his employees where very nice and knowledgable. They called me the same day that I dropped off my computer with the results of their findings and soultions. Within less than 24 hours they had repaired my computer and gave me helpful tips to help me increase the life of the computer. I will return to this location for my future computer needs.

Amazing service on my mac, I spent 5 hours on the phone with apple, then drove to Raleigh to the apple store, where they could not help me with saving my data and to do the repairs would take a minimum of five days. I took my computer to eclipse and they repaired everything including saving my data in 24 hours. I highly recommend taking all your computer problems to these guys.......they are brilliant !

They are the ONLY place in town I will let work on my computer! On the one I had before this one, I was told I needed a new hard drive by someone in my building. I took it to Eclipse, and they had it ready that afternoon, total cost was about $40.00. It wasnt the hard drive at all, it was a new virus on there. These guys could have charged me up the arse for a new hard drive, but didnt do that. You bet your life they are the only ones that will touch my computer. They are honest, they called me to let me know how much I owed and described what happened PLUS they installed a great anti virus program on there!.

By far the best PC repair/parts shop in the area. Very quick turnaround on diagnostics and repairs.

Best service? Hardly. My husband picked up a power supply for a computer we had and we tested it, it didnt work. We took it back and it worked there. Our motherboard was fried. We had the part for all of an hour and they charged a 15% restocking fee to return it. :( 15% to make sure I dont shop there again, AND I recommend others dont.

Has a very small selection of computer parts on hand. They dont seem to carry the more popular brands such as Asus, Corsair, MSI, EVGA, ect.I purchased a power supply from them, and it turns out the CPU power cable was a few inches to short to reach the cpu power slot on my MSI z97 Gaming 5. No big deal, I figured I would just drop by the store the following day and exchange it. The didnt have anything on hand and I had to pay a 10-15 percent restocking fee.While they were in the back I could hear one of the managers/ owners talk mentioning that the cables came in a stock length and I was doing something wrong.Well I returned it, bought an EVGA 600B and what do you know, this stock length magically fit my computer this time around.At least the return process was painless.

My asus laptop had a charging shortage and eventually stopped working. I went to Staples to see what they could do. After testing several universal chargers on it and only having them work when the laptop was propped a certain way, they told me that I would most likely have to replace the mother board or get a new computer because they were unable to change the charging port without changing the mother board. This wouldve cost me the same amount it would have cost to buy a brand new laptop. Almost $500! I found eclipse and they told me this problem was common among my computer and that they could fix it for $30-$90! They even gave me a box of universal chargers for $50! So I can always have a charger whether I decide to get a new laptop or not. WOOOOOOOOOOW! The people here are life savers! Go heaaad

They come thru in a pinch but will get all they can if they can. Wanted $10 for a basic vga cable. I was quoted $5 over the phone. Got the same cable off Amazon for $1.89 free two day shipping. In the past I never had a issue with them, but it was a new guy behind the counter. I agree they are best in Goldsboro at the moment.
