We contacted them on Monday and they were able to get us in the very next day. We had a few pet stains from our two small dogs and some marker stains from our kids. The other company I contacted about potentially cleaning our carpets told us each of those would be extra and they would have to come look at our house before even providing an estimate. While we didn’t think coming to look before giving us an estimate was unreasonable, Fibercare gave us the estimate over the phone and were right on the money with their estimate. Overall very satisfied with the entire experience!

Fibercare saved our bacon when the original cleaners we hired bailed at the last minute. They were able to schedule same day, showed up promptly and got the job done. Super friendly and professional. AND half the price of the original cleaners estimate. My spouse and I are super grateful and we passed our move out inspection with flying colors.

I am so pleased with our experience with Steve and Fibercare. Our carpets look like brand new again. They are incredibly fluffy, and Steve took the time to remove pet stains and some ink stains. Steve and his co-worker were kind, professional and on time. He also worked with me and our schedule to get the cleaning done while my kids were in school. I highly recommend Fibercare! FiberCare was very professional cleaning my carpets. They were very thorough and my carpets were dry in less than 2 hours! They are very trustworthy. I like the carpet dry cleaning because you do not have to worry about a long hose that’s been on the ground in your house. It also dries quicker than steam cleaning. I will definitely use them again.

I called and they were able to come out the next day. I am in a rental house and the carpets are old and worn. I had a very old dog that had urinated in several places. They got all the stains out and whatever product they used smelled great and was safe for pets.The technician was friendly and didnt make me feel embarassed about the stains. This is the 2nd time I have used FiberCare and am always pleased with the quality of work, price and customer service. I had to reschedule four times within two days and was not only accommodated but still treated kind. The owner Steve is a standup guy and the gentleman assisting him was also very professional and nice. I wouldn’t use any other company.
