Pat and his crew were very punctual and extremely professional in all phases of their work. When he said he would call or show up at a certain time he did so without exception. The quality of the various jobs they performed for myself and my wife was excellent. He said if anything went wrong while the work was being done that he would make it right. A couple of small things did happen and he immediately corrected what needed to done. His company has done several projects for us starting in 01/20 through 04/20 and we have been very pleased with each one. He always kept us informed and updated on any pertinent information concerning the work he was doing. Without question we would call him for any future projects we might have in mind. It was a pleasure to work with such a polite and courteous young man. We were very impressed with not only him but the with the workmanship of all of his crews. Highly recommended in every way!

We have used Williams Home Center for several projects over the past 5 years. They have refinished our storm damaged wooden floors, paintwork, trim work and outdoor front porch pillars. They always do a great job with attention to detail and are easy to get in contact with.

My wife and I recently had some major repairs and upgrades made to the shower in our home. This required replacing all of the ceramic tile, reinforcing the floor, doing required painting, and installing new plumbing fixtures. Their ceramic tile person is, in a word, excellent! So, what about the results of this undertaking? I am happy to state that the results were excellent, absolutely excellent! I have been told quite a few times over my 73 years of living that I am often difficult to please. That may be true, but the folks at Williams Home Center (Goldsboro, NC) put a big smile on my face. Without doubt, these professionals set a high standard for others in the home repair business to challenge. In the future when we need home repairs, my wife and I will know exactly where to go, and we will go to Williams Home Center. This is a small privately owned business specializing in home renovations repairs and additions. Over the last 7 years Williams Home Center has replaced all of my flooring, including new linoleum in the kitchen, hardwood floors in the main living areas, new carpets throughout the bedrooms, and new tiling in the bathrooms. They have replaced my windows with excellent quality double paned well sealed units and built a laundry room. On the exterior, they have done a number of board Replacements and minor repairs. Overall I could not be more satisfied with the service delivered and all the quality of the work.

This company was very friendly and prompt. They patched up my situation until it could be fixed. They offered several solutions and were very nice. I would recommend them over any company. Prices are reasonable and I overall loved my experience.

Mr Vernon does excellent work... And he has the best plumber working for him Ive ever seen! Clean and QUICK. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE.

Would rate higher because of competent work in the past but recent phone calls have gone unreturned-apparently they are uninterested. If the job is too small at least just tell me.

If you want a deck that will not last, this is your man. Used non quality materials and will not stand behind work.
