My husband, myself and our family & friends have bought cars here and the experience was great. What is not great is the servicing. My husband took his truck today for an oil change, and once again, they didn’t plug it correctly. This time however, it was a big problem because oil was leaking everywhere. He pulled over and called the service center and they stated they would send a tow truck out immediately. This was at 11:00am. He called twice and they kept telling him the same story. At one point, he needed to turn the truck off due to the oil draining out completely. Currently 1:45 as I write this review and they just got to him. OVER 2 HOURS.I’ve taken my RAV twice and the didn’t screw the plug all the way in either. Their attention to detail lacks tremendously. It’s very sad how once a car has been purchased they do not care on taking care of you, like they do when making a deal to buy.Even though the oil changes are free, we will not be retuning and I hope you all heed this warning.
I took my mom car to get serviced. In and out pretty quick, which is a good thing because they seem very busy all the time and the waiting area didnt have enough seats. But checked everything and made sure she knew she needed tires, even though thats not what it was there for.
They did my 10000 Mile service and said they checked fluids. However if they checked them they sure didnt fill them up I had to I had to put a whole bottle of windshield washer fluid in and it said it on my dash so not sure why they didnt fill it also they didnt fill up coolant either. Not sure if they were suppose to but wouldve been nice to know or if they did it
Horrible service center. Couldnt even take the time to reset the service light after the oil change.
They were supposed to do a full repair. Only fixed one thing and charged over $2,000 go to a regular shop !!!?
I go there for my required maintenance on my truck. Fairly quick.

Worst dealer I have been to, I purchased a car April 30th they have yet to send my information for me to get my tag they lied to me when I called about my temp tag Expiring saying that my information had been sent out the same week I purchased the car but it really wasn’t sent until June car has been sitting for going on 2 months and currently still waiting

The employees in the service department are super nice and they let you know what is going on with your car and the cost to fix it before any work is done..Everyone is very professional and strive to make sure their customers are well taken care of..
Returned to have grille replaced on Focus as agreed when purchased. Nicely done .Richard was friendly and thorough. Sales didnt harass but everyone spoke. Referred to Ford for Transmission issues.
