If you want your fridge fixed dont call these people! The tech didnt listen to my concerns of my fridge freezing my foods or running all the time. ( called a different service repair and they are fixing my fridge now. So unprofessional on top of it! He even corrected my child.

Was a little worried about the bad reviews, but I had a tech come out to my house to check on my new Whirlpool fridge. There ended up not being anything wrong with it, but the tech came between the hours given and was very polite and sociable.

I put in three basic service repair for my dishwasher that was under warranty, and it has been over a month and I cannot even get in touch with them as their phone number rings and rings with no one answering and they don’t have a voicemail set up. Very frustrating

Showed up, fixed my washer, and left. I cannot complain. I do know he seldom answers his phone, but that is per him, because he is extremely busy. Either way, he showed up and fixed my stuff

DO NOT USE!!! The tech that came to my home was disrespectful & rude. By the end I snapped back at him. I called to speak with the owner & he didnt seem care. He was just as rude. I guess the tech was upset that I didnt care for his rudeness bc he lied on the warranty paperwork. Lowes & Maytag should no longer use this business. I wish I had done the research before they came to my home.

Do not use this company for any type of repair!!! After 3 weeks of being in our new house, our oven stopped heating, which was still under warranty. We contacted Whirlpool who connected us with this repair business. My husband has called at a minimum of 7-8 times and spoken to the owner who on multiple occasions had no idea what we were even talking about. After a month of “waiting for the part to come in” my husband called and the owner asked if we were calling about a clock?! This is a horrible company with zero organization and I would not recommend them to anyone. We have spent over a month without a functioning oven, solely due to someone refusing to call us back or not having any idea of what we were even talking about. Do not use them!!!

A appliance service that knows exactly what to do to fix your appliance. Only down side is you will have to pay for the parts in advance. Some people may not like this but this is how it works now days. If you rather pay a lot more then that is your choice. Personally I like it done right and saving money.

Frigidaire Scheduled an appointment with Lee’s for my stove that is still under warranty. The guy who called me was extremely rude and just out right nasty on the phone. I told him not to bother coming, called Frigidaire and asked for another company. I tried to call Lee’s to complain about how I was spoken to but of course no one answered the phone. I understand people have bad days and what not but that’s unacceptable, I should be treated with the same respect i’m showing you. I’d rather wait another week without use of my stove than give my business to this company.

Had a 4 hour window, they blew the time frame and then wouldn’t answer the phone, frigidair then called them and they still didn’t answer. They just wasted my whole day, never use this company.

Dont answer calls and dont show up when scheduled. Ive decided I will no longer use them for any appliance repairs, their quality of work and reliability are less than sub par.

Tried to call after Warranty booklet 800# gave them as company to call. # has been disconnected or changed. After reading the other reviews..I think that might be a good thing!

Horrible company to do business with. After 3 phone calls to Whirlpool for a washer that is still under warranty, they have attempted to send this sleazeball company out 2 of those 3 times. The technician got in touch and confirmed he would be out during a 4 hour window that Whirlpool had also told us. The next morning, the tech attempted to come hours before the set time. Nobody was home and we had somebody come sit at our home to wait and he never showed up and wouldnt answer calls. Just today a tech was supposed to come out and he called right before he pulled up to our house, he also lied and said he was in route when he called. We once again got somebody to come to our home to meet him since we were at work, and I was simultaneously on the phone with the tech. Not only was he rude and smart mouthed to me, he was rude to our elderly uncle who had come to let him in. I was airing my complaints about them not doing what they werw supposed to and the jerk told me he was rejecting our service order and hung up on me. I dont know why Whirlpool contracts with these people, but they know nothing about business, they have no customer service and they are liars.

Lowes send lees appliance to repair a whirlpool refrigerator that was not freezing. When tech show up he called the tech support at whirlpool and they troubleshoot the freezer. He told me that the thermistor was bad. He left two weeks later after 5 or 6 calls to lowes warranty department, they showed up and changed the part. As he left i asked if it was fixed he answered if it is freezing in a day or two it is. Well two days later freezer still not working. Called lowes back now have a loaner refrigerator from lowes wait on another appliance service company. Dont let these ripoff people in your house.

Trust me believe all the one star reviews!!!! These guys are rude!!!!! I called Home Depot and had them send me a different repair shop to cover my warranty claim. I refused to let these guys come back to my house.
