This the best service experience I have ever had. I literally could not have been more pleased with the interactions I had with every employee, from the owner (Mike), to the owners dad (Mike), to staff (Reed and Heather).I requested the wrong tire in my original order and they worked with me to ensure the correct one was ordered and applied. Any issues that arose they were flexible and committed to resolving the issue!Truly a kind team committed to excellent service. I can’t imagine a better ‘transaction’ and would definitely recommend to anyone in search of tires etc.

Only place around here that had the tires I needed and did same day mount & balance. Will return again when I am in need. Value and service was excellent also.

Waited 3 hours for two tires. And to top it all off, my rim was bent and I wasn’t informed. As soon as I drove off of the premises I knew something wasn’t right. Either they didn’t balance the tire to see the bent rim or they just neglected to tell me. But, if they balanced the tire as it should, then they would have seen it. Very unhappy.

Ive had 4 different sets of tires put on here and theyre great. Always good service, theres typically a bit of a wait but thats expected with good work. Prices are good, work is good and theyve never scratched any of my wheels. I even had the wrong tire installed one time, called up there the next day and they had me in the shop the following Monday and got me squared away. Ill be back for sure for my next set

The customer service is so great at Public Tire Warehouse. I had multiple phone calls with Erica, who answered all of my questions. Once there Eddie, handle everything. They were quick and skill at the installation. They have nice rocking chairs out front if smoke and an Air Conditioned waiting room for your convenience. The best part is the PRICE. They are 30% lower than anyones price. Go see them for a great tire experience!

Went here this week to get tires. Got a price on the tires one day and the next day the tires were in. Went there to get them put on. Waited almost 3 hours to have them installed. The only major issue I seen was lack of organization. The tech were wondering around looking for tires they couldnt find then had to get help finding them. The only really bad part was watching a tech take a socket the had a lug nut stuck in it and threw it at the ground to get it apart. First time didnt work so he did it again and it came with in a foot of hitting someones f150 of a bigger suv would of been there it would of hit it. So another tech seen him doing and showed him the correct way to do it.

In the past they did a great job took a set of brand new in the box rims and tires for them to mount they scratched my rims put a dent in my rim from the balance machine. I dont know what that got going on there now but they will NEVER get anymore of my business

They have good prices on tires and have several different kinds to choose from in different price ranges. The employees are nice and helpful too. We have had good prices and good service every time we have been there to put tires on our cars. Try them out.

Their price for my Good Year tires was the lowest I found anywhere! Though the wait was bit long, it was worth it.

Good prices and excellent customer support. The only suggestions would be offering appointments and/or weekend hours. Offering aftermarket wheels could be an additional revenue stream as well as Goldsboro seems to be missing that option currently.

You will NOT find tires of this quality or price ANYWHERE ELSE! I have put 2 whole sets of tires on both my vehicles and if I had gone anywhere else I would have blew a wad of cash. They are fast, friendly, and treat your car like it’s one of their own. Will only buy my Goodyear tires here!

Had a flat tire driving thru Goldsboro. Remembered this place from driving by in the past. Limped in. Quick, friendly service. Tire plugged. Tech took the tire off the rim to inspect inside. Thorough. Less than 20 minutes out the door and on the road. Charged a right civil price. Solid!

Im pretty sure the service is great according to all the reviews but they sold me two used tires for my AWD when you suppose to have all tires changed at the same time with a AWD. Now I have over $2000 worth of damage from rear differential internal failure & mind you went I went back up there & I told the young man that sold me that tires what happen he gonna say I should have asked if it was a AWD then gonna have the nerve to ask if I had another car to drive and trying to sell me new tires.
