John the manager was what made this public storage experience amazing! Every time I’ve had an issue with locks or payments John walked me though every part and made sure I was set! Would 10/5 recommend this public storage

Great attention to customer concerns. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I had a concern which was elevated to the GM. My concern was addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner. I appreciate the level of customer service from the ground up.

Nice and convenient but WOW this place is getting expensive.

John was very helpful with the entire experience here, he helped me with lock issues and payment issues and made everything much more easier and smoothly in such a struggling time, if I could give even more stars I would an absolutely amazing place and John needs a raise!!

NON EXISTENT PROPERTY MAINTENANCEThey never do snow removal, making it impossible to access your unit without trudging through snow and ice. I have fallen a couple times... NOT RECOMMENDThere are plenty of other storage companies that actually maintain their properties

The ONLY storage facility that wont give a gate code for us storage bidders. Clerk was kinda rude demanding to know exactly how long it will take us to unload our trailer all the while staring at his watch...

Best experience Ive ever had pretty much anywhere. Im from out of town and needed to figure out my storage solution in the interim as i have a fairly small apartment. The most amazing and sweetest lady helped me out. Dont quite remember her name. Amy or was it Amber? No! Amelia, cause it was her second time at this location, if I remember correctly. I dont want to work with anyone else now. Such hospitality and fun. I actually enjoyed getting a unit from Amelia. Not quite sure how getting a storage unit could be fun, but it was.

I just moved in, but everything was clean and the staff, Lu, was extremely professional and friendly. She made me feel very secure with my unit and took the time to answer any questions I had. I’d recommend on Lu alone! But great location, not too crowded, and the 5*10 is a perfect size for a mattress.

I had delivered a baby a few days before our moving truck arrived at this Public Storage. Amelia was wonderfully helpful! She walked me through the entire process and (I suspect) even cleaned up after my movers. I cant possibly thank her enough for minimizing how many times I had to climb down out of that giant moving truck.We will definitely be reccomending this Public Storage to anyone moving to the area!

I have been using this public storage facility for close to 3 years now to store inventory items for my business. John at the front desk is the man! Always willing to help with anything I need, and does a great job at keeping the property clean and running efficiently.

Lou & Randy are great!!! They are always friendly and polite. I have been renting a couple units from them for over a year and they have always helped me when I had any issues. (which were either my fault or due to weather problems) Great location right off the highway makes it easy to get to as well. I seriously love doing business with these folks!!!

We needed storage for just a short period of time, and needed it quickly. We chose this location because it was close by where we were staying, and are very glad we did. We were treated with respect in a highly professional manner during the rental transaction, and the close out of the unit. We even received a phone call after leaving to be sure we had received the proper receipt needed for our business! The unit itself was clean, and the exterior of the property was well maintained. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

I have been with Public Storage for over a year now, and I love it. I needed a 5X10 to move, and ended up getting another one later just for storage space. Chad is a great person to work for this company. He is always friendly, and asks me how my day is going. I go in person every month to pay my bill, and am glad I am greeted by such great customer service. He even opens the gate for me upon, entering or leaving so I dont have to enter in the code. Found myself having to move reciently, rather quickly, which is naturally 1 headache after another. Came here to get a locker for some of the things that couldnt immediately come with me, and i was slightly intimidated with what to expect, being that this was my first storage unit. But im pleased to say, it was probably the smoothest part of the entire transition! John was super helpful and very friendly, which was a great relief from the stressful situation moving already presents. I also got my unit for a lot cheaper then i had expected, this being my first one. While explaining out the different prices and how they work, he even color coded them with different highlighters to make the explanation easier to follow, and stayed a couple of min extra 1 night to sell me another box (1 in which i had declined earlier, not realizing i was actually going to need it...) Awsome customer service move john, very satisfied customer here!

Its a decent little storage unit. Im just a mover for a company; but in the same sence, its decently spaced enough for a 26er to maneuver around and fill a unit up nicely. 3🌟staa...XD

I have had the best experience at this spot so far. Lu is the reason for that. I had a particularly unhappy situation dealing with a terrible moving company. Lu personally checked in on me multiple times to see if I needed help with the reservation and she consistently helped me find the best deal for my needs and made sure that I was set up when the company arrived. I had to cancel and re-reserve multiple times because of the awful movers and each time I did, Lu made it all easy and painless for me where all the rest of the moving experience was anything but.

Tami was super helpful in getting me setup with my unit. Highly recommended!Review update - 8-1-14:Moved out of my unit today because it was no longer needed. Chad was very friendly and helpful in taking care of closing out. I would recommend anyone to this place if they are looking for storage and will use again if I ever need storage.

We have another storage unit at another property. I always go and pay my bill there because it is closer to my house. Every time I have gone in to pay my bill, Chad is there and he is always friendly and welcoming. We prefer to go there to pay our bill, because I do not care for the property manager at the place we have our unit at. He even met my daughter for the first time the other day and they were joking like they have known each other forever. We just rented another unit from him and as soon as we can we will be moving the other unit to his place. To lose Chad would be to lose a friend.

Renting a storage unit has not been easier for me than at the Public Storage on Simms. The staff was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process and fees. I felt that every charge was even handed and fair, and I will happily use their services from this point on for all my storage and packaging needs. I rented a 5x10 from a Public Storage place down the street but I realized when I got there that it wasnt going to work. I was transferred to this location because they had a 10x10 at a better rate. I walked in near closing time and Adam did a great and speedy job getting me setup despite the less then optimal timing. Adam hooked me up last night with a new unit last minute and was great about it! Props!

Best customer service ever great guy “john”

Ive had my storage unit at this location for about a year now. Ive had storage units before, at other locations and this one is far and away the best. Chad is great to work with - I recently lost the key to my lock. Not only did he arrange to have it cut off within 24 hours, he also only charged me for the the new lock - no fee to cut the old one off. Theyve also called to remind me my payment is due BEFORE the late fee kicks in. Of course, Id rather not have to have a storage unit at all, but given thats not an option - I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this Public Storage.

Lu is the manager at the 8th and Simms Public Storage. She is fantastic, wonderful, helpful and very supportive! She listened to my needs and helped me to find the best storage space for my personal belongings. I had to rent at another PS facility and she cancelled that rental and got me a fabulous move-in rate at 8th and Simms. She is truly a gift for this company! Thank you, Lu, for everything! You are the best!!!

I reserved a unit online.When I got there the size was different, there was supposed to an elevator, there was no mention of having to have insurance or a special lock.The move price was actually twice as much as quoted

I truly despise moving, and all the random horrors that go along with it. However, the best part of my move to Golden was the assistance I received from Connie A. at this Public Storage location. She is incredibly knowledgeable, was helpful beyond measure, and made sure that I had a unit to fit my needs. I highly recommend Public Storage, and would encourage anyone who is relocating to the west metro area of Denver to give his location a try.

Chad has become an integral part of my day to day business. He often goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist in making sure that regular, special, scheduled and unscheduled deliveries are handled correctly to & from my unit. His interaction with my ever changing team, in regards to entry and exit is outstanding. Considering that this is not the first storage facility that we have worked with, we have maintained this unit, as well as others at this location for over 3 years. Great job Chad! Thank you.

Needed to rent a space while between houses. Chad was very helpful and patient with me when I needed to reschedule coming in to rent the unit. He was very thorough and very friendly. He has great customer service skills and, personally as a manager of an IT Service Desk, know that isnt easy to find.

Chad was terrific. Very knowledgeable and helpful to us. We had a 26 U-Haul truck filled to the brim and he came over to check on us several times throughout the day. Truly great customer service and made our chore and day long effort so much easier! Thank you, Chad!

The facilities were clean and ready to move-in and the assistance (for paperwork) was detailed and hands on. I have stored belongings on several occasions, and this one is centrally located, safe, and clean. Chad was very helpful and friendly upon move-in; highly recommended.

The on-site manager was very friendly and honest about all the prices. He was there on time and got things done quickly. The unit itself is clean and everything seems to be in working order.I dont have a complaint about this facility, just Public Storage itself with charging a start-up fee and not allowing you to use your own lock. Yes, most storage facilities are going this route, but it is still ridiculous that they try to get money out of you any way possible.

Walked in and was greeted immediately by Randy, who answered all my questions, showed me the available unit I was looking for, and then completed all the necessary paperwork in an efficient and timely manner. He explained the contract thoroughly and addressed the few questions I had. It was a pleasure working with him.

Chad was very helpful and friendly. I reserved the unit online at 9AM and had all of the final paper work filled out and my belongings moved into the unit by 11:30AM the same day. Cant beat the $1 for first months rent, especially if you only plan to store for 1-2 months!
