Best thrift store. Prices are rising it used to be very affordable there’s a definite markup on certain items that might deter shoppers mostly name brand clothes and vintage items can have a steep markup. But they do at least donate all their proceeds to their food shelf. Very well kept and clean and organized.

And this one is especially nice because all the proceeds to back into the food shelf, that it also hosts.Know that this thrift store is for anyone and everyone! Not just for the people use the food shelf. It IS small, just one large room, but its about 50 x 35 ft, but the PRICES are amazing! Get a rewards card, and for every $100 you spend, you get $10 off!I think the prices are generally under $5....can any other thrift store, claim the same thing? Nope.The volunteers who do the sorting and cashiering, are very kind and friendly!Correction: due to covid /shortened hours, they are not open on Saturdays. They might have evening hours? Just check ahead.Prices are amazing, depending on what you find.They have kids /toy section, knick knacks, high end area for knick knacks & clothing, mens, ladies, athletic, and then kitchen, linens, hardware, scrapbook, dvds, music, housewares, etc sections. Sooooo much good stuff!Recent pictures: a toaster oven for $7!Also, big parking lot, with available parking. Enter in the SIDE door by the parking lot and follow signs to thrift store! Exit door is different than entrance door.

Its clean and pretty well organized. Prices are pretty good.

These are the nicest people Ive encountered since Ive been to another food shelf. No hassle in and out. Plus they have resources.

Great help. If you are in need of food or other assistance, Prism is a place that will help. They have very nice staff, and even speak spanish. A great selection of food, veggies, even a thrift store. It is a step up, not a hand out, dont ever feel that your pride needs to keep your family hungry, these people care. Just take that step and get close, they do not pressure you in any way.

Where did the food shelf go? Went excitedly to new prism location and was very disappointed. The food shelf is 3 times smaller then what it use to be without any given instruction i aimlessly played bumper carts due to the small size and grabbed my few non selection items only to go to the moldy display of a few choice fruits / veggies .My family of 4 was still hungry after leaving there.

Nice friendly people and usually well stocked with all kinds of food . . if you cant find something to eat, your not hungry.

Since I found this place I have not had to buy anything clothing wise from any other store. The quality of the donations are very good. And the prices are amazing. Not to mention the staff is wonderful! !

PRISM is first class all the way! They respect people and empower people to once again respect themselves. I am so excited to be working with them on the Feed Our Kids campaign. Come and see this place first hand on July 14, 2011, 3:30-6pm - free food, many dozens of local business people and learn about PRISM giving back to our community. Bless you.

A good place to bring clothing donations. They have an affordable thrift store here thats open to the public. Theres also a food shelf with other services or referrals provided for those living in Golden Valley.

Usually friendly staff exception of the gray-haired old lady who made a rude comment about my hair color (which is bright pink & red ombre). Had the nerve to ask,Did u do that on purpose? I wanted to reply with, No, I was born this way; my dad had sex w/a parrot while stationed in Panama back in 73. Instead, I held my tongue.

Generous foodshelf for residents of New Hope, Golden Valley, Crystal. In need of volunteers because they have a thrift store. This is the CHEAPEST thrift store in the town. Everyone should check it at least once.

BARBARA DISCRIMINATES! She mailed a letter to a client one time and said you got too much rice and you took 4 Apples you were only supposed to take 3. She also will get to know you by name and will not call you for the Christmas toy pickup beware! P.s Volunteers keep clients from getting products they want to take home for theirselves.

I just found this place. I went into the thrift store and it is gold my friends. I bought a new wardrobe for 24 dollars. Nothing I bought was over 3 dollars.
