Im no King Midas, but Ive had them design custom jewelry, repair items, help evaluate my parents jewelry, and replace my wedding band this week. Jeffrey Jewelry was honestly incredible, not only because of the quality of work, but because of the great service. Since buying an engagement ring is not something you do everyday, it could have felt like going to mechanic when you dont know anything about cars: its hard to tell when someone is pulling the wool over your eyes. However, Dana at Jeffrey Jewelry was attentive, thorough, and honest. She went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect stones and design for the ring. I was looking to have some jewelry repaired and called a few other stores with wait times of 2-4 weeks. I called Jeffrey and they told me it would be 2-4 DAYS so I decided to pop in. Jeffrey looked at the repair and offered to take care of right away. It was a simple repair but he asked some great questions, gave me a few options, quoted the price and the repair looks great. He even polished up the jewelry and our rings. He is a professional and while it was a quick interaction and I really enjoyed the experience, this is without a doubt our local jeweler. Also...because COVID, the place was very clean, the employees were masked and there were privacy screens, highly reccomend!

The customer service at Jeffrey Jewelry Co was amazing! I had to call ahead of time to book an appointment oh, but I had to get a ring that I originally had to be engraved. It only cost me $10 and took 5 minutes to do. Tom was amazing. He was so sweet and took the time to explain everything for me. He made sure that I like the font and explained the process to me. I do not know where to start with this review. But firstly go here!!!!! I have my own business and have worked in customer service for years and this place goes above and beyond. You can tell the people here actually care about you and your jewelry. I originally called to ask how much it would be to confirm a diamond matches a GIA certification ( not one of their pieces and other places were charging 69+) and they offered to check it as a courtesy. Dana was very professional and passionate. Not only did they check it but she also took the time to show me the diamond and go over all the details etc. I went ahead and decided to go with them for the sizing. My ring was ready in less than a week and Dana was so kind to appraise for free to assure we would move forward with having the ring insured. This clearly shows they truly care for their customers and they treat their business with compassion and care and are not just in for the money. I just had to write this review because a am a very untrusting person and skeptical but I felt confident and comfortable during the whole experience. If you dont choose here, you havent got the best service you could have. I will be recommending and using this place for any future jewelry needs I may have. 100%

I could go on and on about how wonderful everyone is here. Simply put, they are the best. I no longer live in the twin cities and they worked with me from a distance and sent me my rings overnight. They were my bright light at the end of my dark tunnel. Can’t thank them enough. Won’t go anywhere else for my jewelry needs.

These guys are amazing at designing and crafting custom jewelery. My girlfriend and I brought in two rings she was given by her grandmother. We wanted to explore ways to combine them and make them one peice of jewelry. They were creative and clearly communicated thier ideas to us so we could make a decision on what to do. The end result was better than what we expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom work.

6 STARS!!... I went to Jeffrey jewelry Wednesday, mistakenly thinking it was the store I messaged about repairing my wifes necklace that had once belonged to her grandmother. Tom examined it, quickly discovered it was gold plated Sterling silver and explained that welding it, as I mentioned wouldnt be good because it would melt off the gold plating. He took it in back the owner Jeffrey, who I had been watching work on another piece. They found a matching O-ring and offered to fix it immediately while I waited! (The other jeweler estimated a 2 business day turnaround.) Tom confided that the $25 repair cost was more than that of a new chain but due to the sentimental value I felt this was a very fair price. Jeffrey had it fixed in about 5 minutes and the brand new O-ring matched the color of the antique necklace perfectly! The fact that they make custom and high end jewelry and were so quick to help me for very little profit is an astounding testament to their customer service. Im excited at the prospect of having them make some jewelry for me out of stones and seashells my wife and have collected over the years.

Customer service is key here. The people at Jeffrey Jewelry Company are professional, and polite, but also personable, pleasant to work with. I wanted a stainless steel ring resized to fit a larger finger. I had been to embarrassed to waste a legitimate jewelers time on a piece of costume jewelry, but at least at Jeffrey my fears were unfounded. My request was immediately taken seriously, and I they made me feel perfectly at ease while they explored options for me. I had the opportunity to explore (ogle is more accurate) examples of their craftsmanship, and I would definitely recommend stopping by Jeffrey Jewelry Company if find yourself in the market for a piece of fine jewelry, and would prefer a real human experience.

I found a golden nugget today, Jeffrey Jewelers in Golden Valley. I am willing my favorite ring to my grand daughter. So, I searched for a local jeweler to polish the stone and clean the silver before tucking it away for safe keeping. I stopped in just before closing and they took my ring, polished it up, handed it back in a pretty lacy pouch, free of charge. Who does that????? Ill be back.

Whenever its time for a nice present for my wife (birthday, anniversary, Chanukkah, Valentine) its time to check in with Jeffrey Jewelry. Ive bought several new and unique pieces from him. Hes totally trustworthy and gives good value for the price. But the thing that really puts him over the top is customer service. If my wife has a piece of jewelry that needs repair, or if she wants an existing piece modified or refashioned, Jeffrey and Dana and their crew always offer creative and artistic solutions. I liked the old downtown location. But the new Golden Valley shop makes it all the easier to just drop in for a visit or to drop off an item for repair or work.

My boyfriend already left his review about our experience with Jeffrey Jewelry, but I couldnt stop myself from reaffirming his review. I had two rings I wanted to combine together somehow. We explored a variety of options with the gemologist, like making them into a pendant for a necklace, or finding a new crown for the diamonds. We eventually settled on sautering the bands together. The finished product was better than I ever could have imagined; it was even done three days before they said it would be! I will most definitely be a lifelong customer of Jeffrey Jewelry.

My wifes ring was in need of some repairs and we had received some quotes from the more well known stores. The highest was around $600 which just felt way to high. That is when I found Jeffrey Jewelry, after reading the good reviews I decided to give it a shot. They looked over the ring and gave me a quick quote and explanation of what needed to be done. Through some small talk I told them that I was hoping to have the ring fixed in time for my wifes birthday. They told me it wouldnt take long. Imagine my surprise when I got a call just a couple of hours later saying it was ready to be picked up! They said they didnt want my wife to go any longer than she needed to without her ring! All said and done the total was around $80! He even found a couple of things that needed a small fix that he didnt spot at first and took care of them for free. The ring looks amazing and I highly recommend this place!

Incredible repair and service.Brought in engagement ring in really rough shape: bent prongs, paper thin, missing accent stones, etc. Because of sentimental attachment didnt want a replacement - instead - repair it back to original.Dana/Jeff assessed the damage and called with estimates and options.The price was very reasonable.They also asked that we drop off the matching wedding and anniversary bands for cleaning and polishing.THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB! After near 30 years of wear - it looked new. Jeff took the time to go into detail showing how the work was done, He took the time to go through his inventory of stones - to insure the missing/broken stones were replaced with exact matches to the original stones still in place.

Jeffrey did a fantastic job repairing my ring! I had purchased it elsewhere and the band broke, and he fixed it for a very low cost. When I came in to pick it up, he remembered me by name and we talked about life for a while. Hes a kind soul and very talented at what he does. He and his family have been doing this for decades apparently, and it shows. Ill definitely be bringing my business back here in the future, and so should you!

Living in central iowa, I had plenty of nearby options for engagement ring settings and diamonds. Long story short I ended up driving 4 hours north to Golden Valley, Minnesota to visit Tom at Jeffrey Jewelry and I am SO happy that I did. I was blown away by how helpful, knowledgable, and sincere he was throughout the entire process. Keep in mind, in the months prior to visiting Jeffreys I had visited numerous jewelers and NONE of them came close to the overall experience that I had with Tom. He was so helpful in fact that he offered to review the stats of the diamond options I had looked at in Iowa to tell me if the pricing was fair for the quality. He was willing to invest time helping and educating me even if I wasnt going to buy from them! I knew then and there that I wanted to go up and visit them in person, and the selection of oval diamonds that they brought in for me was phenomenal! One of the most satisfying and gratifying purchases I have ever made, all in part to how Jeffrey Jewelry does business. The quality, price, friendly staff, and customer service are truly unmatched. I stumbled across Jeffery jewelry through googling any jeweler that could fix, clean and resize a vintage engagement ring.The employees (Jeffery included) were extremely helpful and we had a nice chat about how I was proposing and our relationship. Not knowing how long it would take I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that I could likely pick the ring up tomorrow and they would call.Sure enough, the ring was ready the next day, with a few extra fixes after some damage was discovered beneath the diamond. The end result was a brilliant ring that wowd my fiancé. Friend who has seen the ring in its dirty, broken state oils hardly recognize it!Turns out she is a slightly smaller size than she had told me so we are headed back in for a slight adjustment, and she is excited to thank them for their help!
