Everything was great about my experience. I was able to make an appointment for the day after, it was fast and easy and I wish I remember the name of the nice lady that helped me because she was kind and friendly and made me feel a lot less uncomfortable and like I’m in trouble going in to get a test done than I have in the past going to get tests done.

I actually had a great experience here! I first tried to book at a hospital for a blood draw, and I waited on hold for about an hour, only to be told to drive 45 minutes further out. Then I tried this place and they answered instantly, booked me in less than a minute, and I had my choice of times. When I got there, the receptionist was super helpful and professional, and the person who drew the blood was even moreso on both counts. I was in and out in under 10 mins and it was very pleasant and affordable. Great service!

I am not a fan of medical tests or needles (who is?), but I was impressed that during my medical exam for life insurance they came to my house and delivered the results within 2-3 days. It was very convenient and since I had to fast they came around 8 am. Needle still hurt, but Im not sure they could have changed that.

No cleaning or sanitizing after each person uses pen or iPad to sign in, visa machine is unreliable, nurse had mask under her nose. The lady tested before me had signs of covid19. Not sure why they wouldn’t test her from her car? They let her in and cleaned nothing that she touched. Many ppl go there for travel testing, as we did. It’s no wonder why USA has high community spread of that virus. I wanted to clean the iPad myself because it was likely full of delta variant

I feel like most drug testing facilities are pretty unprofessional and you feel like a criminal walking in. This was the complete opposite! Scheduling was easy! I got in at my appointment time, and they were super kind! I would recommend them for any of their services.

I called ahead and was told that they do take walk in appointments. When I got there I was told that they dont. I was already fasting and had the test kit with me. So I called Any Lab Test Now and they got me in right away.

The rapid result appointment was short, but expensive and the person working was extremely quiet. No customer service, but I guess they got the job done.

I am a healthcare provider who needed ARC services for a background check for licensing purposes. I had never used these services before and was very impressed with the services offered, the friendly, competent staff, the organization and the efficiency. The whole time I observed, I kept wondering why there wasn’t an ARC lab in Rochester, Minnesota so I wouldn’t have had to drive 110 miles. I think a clinic like this would be beneficial in any city of 10,000 or more.Staff was excellent- I watched them move six patients in 45 minutes using only one room, and clean in between!They do an outstanding job and I hope they are appreciated and recognized for the job they do.

My company uses Arcpoint Labs to test outgoing and incoming traveling employees and now first hand contact concerns. Always a pleasant and quick experience. They do not work with Insurance companies. You must pay up front. Make an appointment online or call before showing up.

Just got my rt-prc COVID test to travel and it was a breeze. Aliyah did the nasal swab and was very gentle. All of the staff on site were kind and knowledgeable. I’d recommend going here if you need results same day.

I needed an immediate Covid 19 test for travel purposes, because results from an earlier test at another lab were delayed. I was desperate to find someone to help me ASAP. ARCpoints Lab made arrangements for me to receive same-day sampling and testing (I was scheduled to leave MN the next day) and provided the results an hour or so later. Everyone with whom I spoke was very kind, professional and helpful. They made me feel important and valued as a first-time customer. Overall, I had a great experience and received my results incredibly quickly! If I could give 4.5 stars thats what I would give. The check in process was not the most convenient. While I appreciate the iPad check-in, there was a person checking out at the counter and their checkout was taking A LOT of time discussing future appointments, forms that needed to be filled out and sent, etc. So I couldnt check in because the iPad was too close (1.5 ft) to the person checking out to maintain a safe distance. There were 4 people in the lobby, not including myself and the person checking out, so it was difficult to remain socially distant since the lobby isnt that spacious.

It was so easy to take my PCR test, and I am so happy for the personal of the labs.

Really quick and easy service. We had to get PCR tests for COVID for traveling back home, and chose ARCpoint because of their proximity to where we stayed and the specific travel service they provided with guaranteed results within a specific time frame (36-48 hours). The service was quite expensive, but they delivered on the timing. No frills facility, but friendly service. Would have given 5 stars if it wasnt priced so much higher than similar COVID testing services in the area.

I needed a COVID test for travel, and could not rely on the free DHS testing site at MSP to guarantee the results within 48 hours. So, I had my test done at ARCpoint, and even though I had to pay for the test I am very pleased with the service. The staff was on time, and friendly.

I was relieved to be able to get in and out as soon as possible.I was going in for a nurse check to qualify for life insurance, but felt like I was going in for a parole violation, solely due to atmosphere.You have great employees, give them a comfortable place to work.

I had a very good experience at ARCpoint labs. I dont like needle. I always get anxious/ nervous when I go to the lab, but the attending Phlebotomist who drew my blood was very good. It was just like a pinch and before I know it, its done! It was like in and out.

The lady I dealt with was very kind. Ive been here twice now and had a great experience both times.

I went in for a Covid-19 antibody test on a Thursday before Memorial Day. My husband did the same test the following day (Friday). I was told the results would be available 3-4 business days from then. My husband got his results on Wednesday, while I didnt hear anything. Finally, on Friday (6 business days after my blood draw) I called to find out what had happened. The office manager came on the phone and said she had JUST received my results and was going to call me to let me know that something had happened to my blood when it was exposed to the solution in the collection tube and that they didnt get results. I was offered a refund or another test. I was just disappointed that this wasnt communicated to me before I had to call to find out what was going on with my results. Just didnt seem very professional. My father is a retired physician and I used to work in his office. We alerted people to test results (or lack thereof) as soon as we heard back from the lab.
