This place is nice and quiet. The homes are very nice. The only problem I have is when we first moved in we noticed roaches. I mentioned it to the office and they told me they don’t handle pest control. You let us move in here with a pest problem and we are paying for lot rent and to rent the home. It appears the people before had them really bad since I can see black gunk in the outlets. We intended to live here for a few years before buying our own home in a different state, but I don’t think I want to stay here that long. Now I’m afraid to move because we will take them with us unless we fork out money we don’t have to eradicate the issue. People have the option to buy out here or rent, so obviously you can’t control what other people do if they own the home, but have some sort of pest control for the people who are paying you money to rent the home or at least make sure it’s bug free before they move in or even for the first few months. The previous place we lived did not have bugs at all, and you can ask anyone that lives there. They took care of their tenets. The situation is getting worse every month and I now have to rewash dishes and my baby’s bottles because they are crawling on everything.

Ive lived here for 20 yrs unfortunately. This park has very poor management & RHP Properties cares nothing about the tenants other than getting your lot rent.I wouldnt recommend anyone to move into Oak Grove or Enchanted Village. Lot rent is way too high & they continue to keep raising because of their greediness.Do yourself a favor,...go buy a house & stay away from these parks. Management isnt concerned with any problems you might have while living here. Its all about money. Your concerns making it a better place to live mean nothing. They cant even salt the street after snow & ice have coated the streets.

Great looking mobile home park with several new homes and affordable rental prices. A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 575 a month..must see!!
