We rented a trailer space here for 5 years, until we moved away--thats the only reason I ended our rental; otherwise, Mike & Allie were great at every point we needed anything (which were very few), great rate & always helpful.

The concierge is nothing but a pleasure working with. Supposedly you can text them but msg comes back :customer cannot accept text at this time.

I had an extremely hard time getting ahold of the girl that mixed up my appointment, but she was apologetic and compensated me for waiting over an hour for her to show up. (Text messages work better than leaving a message on the answering machine) I must say that if it wasnt for the gal being genuinely sorry, my review would have been a lot less, I hope they realize how important it is to have good employees!

By far one of the best storage companies Ive ever dealt with.

I have two units here. I noticed a small leak in one of my units, I called and they were very helpful and took care of the problem very quickly and even followed up with me.Love that it has code and camera to keep everything safe.

They have a variety of storage units and the girl that works with them is very nice and always helpful

Cant wait to move that gate!
